I ordered a double cheeseburger and a large chili today. Total cost was $13.50. Never again. No value.

I came here for a nugget meal and asked for it fresh they acted as if they could not understand me when I asked several times. When I got the window I saw angel laughing I'm the back. They then handed my bag of food with "write a review" on it so here I am to write about how trifling the employees and manager are. They then handled me a bag with my nuggets almost black! Then the lady in black shirt (I assume manager) a black lady then seemed like she had an attitude I literally pulled the food out the bag like " you wouldn't even eat this!" She then said "we'll drop some nuggets again" as if they werent giving people old/ cold food! As someone who has worked fast food I would never have given someone food like that. Oh almost forgot I asked for my drink and afterwards the person said "oh we are out of ice, you still want your drink?" Like duhh if I'm paying for it tf??! it seems as if none of the workers care and I'm sure they probably did something to my food and drinks which is a shame, you can't even trust ppl with your food. read more

How can a restaurant be operated so poorly and still be in business?? Such a shame considering the limited eating establishments here in Manor. The line is ALWAYS long as they take forever to get food out. Then the food is half cooked! How disgusting it is to bite into a half cooked patty!! I came back and the manager apologized but then took a whole thirteen minutes to get me another. Another incident, I ordered a mobile order, sat in the mobile order parking, checked in, and sat for 20 minutes. Nothing. They have a sign saying the lobby is for mobile orders and pickup but of course each door was locked. Finally had to wait another 15 minutes in the drive thru. Definitely would have left if I hadn't have paid for my order online. NEVER AGAIN. You guys can't use COVID as an excuse for poor management. That doesn't excuse poorly made food, that can KILL PEOPLE HELLO! read more

The only reason we came is because the youngest grandkid likes the chicken nuggets and the wife urging to give it a try...If any law should be passed it should be for false advertising in the fast food industry...you never get what you see in the photos...The baconator looks huge, but shows up deflated. And the cost is just ridiculous for what you get...they highlight of the visit was the fries...The Frostyccino was good once we got it home and added some ice (zero ice when served?) The wife knew I wasn't happy and just reinforces the fact... fast food is just not good!!...Do everyone a favor and support small local businesses serving scratch made food!...it's literally the same price for a much, much higher quality product! There is a line wrapped around the restaurant and 4 of the employees are just standing around 2 are hugging while one looks at the others elbow. And for some reasons it takes 10mins even more to complete 1 order while I'm watching 4 employees just stand around.and after sitting in line for 40 minutes they tell us they are closed for the night I am outraged and will never be visiting this location again. read more

The 'new' Classic Chicken sandwiches I ordered today were both cooked really well, and the chicken tasted great. I ordered extra sauce... would've been nice if they'd have added that. I also wish the rest of the order was put together/bagged correctly. These days, I do mobile orders... so EVERYTHING is in writing, right in front of whomever is making the food. Yet, rarely do I ever get exactly what I've asked for. It's a bummer! I ordered regular nuggets today & got spicy, so that was wrong. None of the dipping sauces for the 2 orders of nuggets were included, either. I was 'parked' so they could make my order, so it's not like they were being pressured to slap it all in the bag really fast. Honestly, I'd be fine waiting a couple extra minutes to get everything out to me correctly. Saves me a fight when I get home & no one got what they wanted! read more

Wow, I should have read the reviews before stopping at this Wendy's. We ordered the Pretzel Pub Chicken Sandwich with no honey mustard and no pickles and ended up with a cold, very sad looking chicken breast and mushy tomato on a bun that was nowhere near a pretzel. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no mayo was just as bad, and the chicken Caesar lettuce was old, wilted, and soggy. All three items were thrown in the garbage, not fit for consumption. I wish Manor had more selections. This Wendy's I'm certain all the workers are just on drugs -- high out of their mind. Always just lacking basic greeting skill. Very nonchalant like it kills them to be nice. Always just state the price; no hellos. They always have a difficult time remembering the order (again, giving me drugs vibes because how are you that forgetful?) If it's not that, they always mess up on orders. I try not to come here because the workers are really young and generally just do not care and it's like they want the customers to know that. They don't care about you, your business. read more

8:30pm out of choc frostys. Next day,everyone, employees, were leaving at 10:30pm. They might close then idk. Next day no credit cards. Exact cash only. If this is owned by a single franchisee, I'd buy it to get it off their books. It's costing them money. This should be a single owner store so they could make it profitable. Contrary to the other review on here.....this is by far the quickest and easiest fast food option in manor. They never get my order wrong and even if it's right in the middle of the dinner rush, I've never sat in their drive thru longer than 7-8 min, tops. Whoever manages this location could teach Whataburger a thing or two about efficiency :) read more

None of the crew speaks English. I complained to the Manager who barely spoke English herself. When I asked her why she's placing someone who doesn't speak English at the front register to take orders, she replied, "because people who speak English don't want to come into work". read more

Got off from work at 9 and I looked up what time the fast food places closed around me closed so I could eat. Wendy's was supposed to be open until 1 am. I was in line behind 3-4 cars and they said that they were closed. When I called to see what time they closed the girl on the phone said I'm sorry we closed at 9 tonight. They should have put a sign on the speaker box or something since they closed early. Maybe you need to update your hours or put signs up next time. read more

This is disgusting Today I went To Wendy's to get some food and The fries was very VERY Salty I Will NEVER come back anymore!!

I try and go here to get breakfast because I love their croissant breakfast sandwiches and I have to cross 290 which takes some extra time. What I can say is that it is a crap-shoot whether they will be stocked with potato or diet coke or even open. I've tried to be patient with the hiring gig but not being prepared with potatoes in the morning, having diet coke, and being open for business at 7am is poor management. If the manager sees/knows his staff isn't going to make it, then come in yourself and at least put a sign on the drive thru to let your customers know. It is just not worth the extra time it takes to get there and then get back out onto 290 to make it to work without getting breakfast. There are other options. read more

My food always tastes good and fresh, except this morning, I stopped for breakfast before work, and I got a chocolate chip cookie that was very hard and dry... kinda sad...
