Panda is great, for what it is. Chinese on the go. Love they are in this location, it's been my in a pinch dinner solution many times. It's busy, so service seems a bit slow, however, the employees are friendly and fast, keeping pace with the demand. I think the food is flavorful, I feel like I read in a dietary book, Panda (some menu items) are to be rated healthy choice. Restaurant is always clean. Bathrooms the same. The food was what I expected but the service was awful. Very sassy attitudes when complaint was brought up about being told one thing about an order and ends up to be different. No acceptance of accountability whatsoever. If a customer wasn't satisfied, it was an "oh well" attitude. I feel it could have been handled differently. No apologies either. It tickled me nonetheless but what can you do. Strongly recommend some customer service training or a refresher. read more

The service was fine, but the food was sub-par.

While the food here is consistently good, the customer service is poor at best. This panda location never has had the teriyaki chicken ready when I've ordered it. I have waited up to 25 minutes for them to give me my food. Panda express is billed as a fast food type of Chinese restaurants. Not so at this location. The girls who work the drive-through are often flippant and unconcerned with the service at this location. The one tonight on February 24 was downright hostile. My advice... I would prefer to give it negative stars. My family and I ate here last night and everyone has gotten food poisoning. I was up all night throwing up nonstop and I still haven't been able to hold anything down all day today. We got the orange chicken the fire sweet chicken and the shrimp with almonds. Who doesn't like Panda Express? It's always super good! For some reason the drive through always takes a while.. and there is always something that's going to take an additional 10 minutes. Chicken, brown rice.. etc. as always, it's always worth the wait. read more

I have to say I'm pleasantly pleased with the customer service and the decor. Contemporary, cozy and clean! Typical Panda Express food. I'm happy Panda is close. Parking can be unbearable at times because the people in the drive thru line block the cars in that are actually in the parking lot. Thank you Panda for deciding to reside in Manor. Wow, first of all Iam very surprised to receive the service and uncertainty that I received at this location...I am usually always satisfied with the service, food quality and friendly staff at PAnda Express...On this visit one of the staff members (Ana) was asking a question and to myself aand my mother she then made a face to her at that point I asked the manager (Lucia) what was that for and she just stood their not knowing what to say I then told the manager on the floor (Rene) the situation and he as well stood their looking confused. On 11/11/2019 at 2:59 pm decided to pick up some chinese food at this location, arrive home got settle to ate the food, about 7 pm stomach started hurting and swollen, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, body ache, I did reached out to the manager about 8:33 pm told manager what happen requested a refund, manager stated don't give refund. They ripped me off yesterday. I paid for two plates so that I can have extra food instead of the bowl portion. Well,I asked them nicely to make sure they give me good portions in the plate. Well, when I arrived home , they literally put half of a bowl size portion in both plates that I purchased at an$8 price each. I'm so freakin mad because I've had this issue with these people before and it seems like both gets done about it. I was starving and I still didn't get full. My son was upset because he had to stir his food together which we never have to do with the plate. I need the rest of my food....... read more

I was happy to see another food option pop up in Manor. I hadn't been to a Panda Express prior to visiting this one, but chinese is a favorite of mine, so it was an easy decision to give this one a shot. First the good: Customer service is always excellent. The employees are always very presentable and friendly. I immediately noticed how much nicer and welcoming they were than those that work in other fast food restaurants. As for the food itself, it can be good, but never stellar. I've tried several entrees and none of them knock it out of the park. Rather, they're sufficient when in a pinch. My favorites are the black pepper chicken and kung pao chicken. But one menu item deserves honorable mention: the chicken egg rolls. I always get one or two w/every visit. They set an example of how egg rolls should be. They're noticeably better tasting than the typical, small, frozen rolls you get at other chinese joints (that always look and taste the same, regardless of what restaurant you're at). Here's the bad: While the food isn't terrible as a whole, some entrees can be pretty bad. For example, if some of your favorites are orange, sesame, or General Tso's chicken, you may be let down by the orange chicken at Panda Express. Lots of batter, little meat, and has been luke warm both times I've ordered it. Panda Express' beijing beef was another let down. It was luke warm, approaching cold, and lacked flavor. So overall, in a pinch Panda Express works. Their egg rolls and black pepper chicken top the list (at least for me). But the lack of options and excellence in their other entrees makes me prefer other options. read more

I don't mind paying $1.25 extra for walnut shrimp but what I do mind is that I only get about 5 shrimps.

A male employee (assumed manager) taking orders at a side door was argumentative with a long standing customer. He exhibited poor customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills. I felt compelled to contact the corporate complaint line and file a complaint against him. I recommend retraining and close supervision of this individual. read more

It was about 2:00pm, there was 2 people at one table. The place was a disaster! Not one clean table to sit at. Having to dodge spilled liquid and food all over the floor was like an obstacle course. There were no utensils on the counter and I saw about 13 employees. What are they all getting paid to do? That was the worst experience ever. Being greeted warmly is always something good for a restaurant, and that is what Panda Express always does. The speed of service was great. The server got me in and out due to her attentiveness and listening skills. And she was very nice. read more

Quick serve Chinese food. It's nothing special but it tastes good. The drive through is incredibly slow which is a negative. But if you are in the market for fast food Chinese it's worth the stop. read more

My second visit to this locations drive thru and I have never left with food. Seem to always find myself at Whataburger instead. This location is either high volume or under staffed. Arrived to the drive thru and attempted to order three different entries, all of which did not have any prepared. While I appreciate making food to order, not having many of the entries ready is a bit frustrating for a drive through experience. If this is always the expectation, post or make customer aware at beginning of order. This has happened on two occasions, both of which I ended up leaving the line to go somewhere else. read more

Ordered at the drive thru, told mixed veggies would be 8-10 minutes so I came inside to wait. I smiled and waved, letting the staff know I was inside instead of waiting in the car, they said that was fine. Mixed veggies were full when I first stepped in. 17 minutes later I walked out with food mostly like what I ordered (fixable differences). They are very slow. One person working the food line at lunch time? Seriously? It took over 10 minutes from the door to the counter. It's a management problem here as they don't staff with enough people. I wanted vegetables instead of rice. Even though the rice bowl was over half full, here comes another order of fried rice. if i were mangement i get rid of all thoes little young girls with attitudes. i have been going to this location since it open and the crew they have right now,is going to make me stop going and get my panda in austin. they are very, very rude i ask for beijing beef a half a scoop and hardly no meat all bell peppers and when i said something about it the girl gets upset as if they are saving the food to take home. the portions are very small. someone needs to tell theses ladies that without good customer service the business wont make it in a small town like manor. give people their money worth and not alot of rice and bell pepper. read more

I love Panda Express but this location I won't be going back too. The rice was stale and my orange chicken was way over cooked.

Dec 30 9 pm. Extremely clean, Very good employees. Food looks fantastic behind glass. However , no one has been stirring it so I was served everything that was the temperate of the room. What a shame as everything here is excellent except the reason I walked into the place. We have given this place more than a few chances to get it right. In the evenings they seem to stop cooking food and consequently run out way before the 10pm closing time. Tonight at 9:10pm, no rice available, and also none of the other items we asked for. They then said they could give us a list of the few items they did have available to choose from. Hello! You are a restaurant! You cook food! Until closing time! Our only hope, since management must be ok with this no food strategy, is that they go out of business and stop wasting real estate so someone who actually wants to cook food can occupy the space. Dulce was so charming and helpful. It was my first time here and she walked me through everything from a bowl to a plate. She let me sample the new honey sesame chicken and the teriyaki. She didn't let me leave a tip instead she asked if I would like to donate it for the children's hospital. Her store looked so clean as well. I never had Panda express and then one day Manor opened one. Never again! the beef was like chewing on recycled gum! I threw it up!

My favorite restaurant in Manor! I love the shrimp, angus beef, chicken. The veggie spring rolls are always crispy. Love Panda Express!

I too was happy to see some variety and options for food in the Manor/Elgin area. I stopped in Friday ~ 5 pm. Only 2 people ahead of me, but a line in the drive through. Warm welcome walking in. Good size portions. Had to wait for a very long time for them to cook another batch of my selection. The other selections sat prepared on the counter...not being kept warm. Lots of staff running around and they all seem to be busy and have a purpose but it looks like chaos! They offered me a free drink for the inconvenience of the wait which I declined. The egg roll was awful. I hadn't had any Chinese food for years so I was definitely looking forward to it. Unfortunately it was just average. read more

I just went to the new Panda Express in manor, tx and it was an awful experience!! I went in and placed my order, then I find out that they are out of three of the things I'm ordering so I wait. Then I get my order and check it before leaving the store. It was wrong the forget part of my order, so I waited again. The manager fixed my order and I left. While driving down the road I checked the order again, and again it was wrong. So I turned around and went back. At this point and time I just wanted my money back, so I told the cashier what happened and I said I wanted my money back. The cashier told me only the manager could issue a refund and then she pointed to the manager and told me there he is. So I went and got the manager myself. He issued the refund. Also I should point out that the owner of Panda Express was there. It was there grand opening and they were not even busy. I told the owner about it and started to walk off, the owner seemed like he didn't even care about the situation. But one of the many people with him followed me to my truck talking with me about the situation. She tried to explain that the problems were because they were busy and she apologized. That made things worst because they weren't even busy. I eat at Panda Express in Pflugerville and I like it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE PANDA EXPRESS IN MANOR TX EVER AGAIN!!!! read more
