I let him know I was picking up an online order. He let me know they were still working on it. They decided to mop the whole floor right then blocking all walkways to the dining area and the drink fountain. Not the smartest decision. Food was good, the only reason this was two and not 1 star.

Since I had already set up my favorites and my payment in the Chick-fil-A App, I placed my order and headed straight to the mobile pickup lane. No wait at all. Two minutes later my food was in my hands while everyone else was still stuck in that long line. So here is the tip: Get the app. Set up your fave meal and your payment method ahead of time. This location is in the Manor shopping center (still under development), but a few businesses--including this Chick-fil-A--are already open. There's a drive-thru, but I recommend walking in! While the drive-thru line was long, we were able to walk right in, place our order, and get our food in under a minute--super fast and efficient. The staff greeted us as we walked in and were incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process. The team member who rang us up was especially polite and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We ordered: 2 Kale Crunch Salads 12-piece Grilled Nuggets Spicy Chicken Sandwich Large Waffle Fries We grabbed a booth in the spacious dining area--plenty of seating for all group sizes, plus a play area for kids, which is a great touch. The staff brought our food right to our table, but there's also the option to order by scanning a QR code if you prefer. Everything was fresh and lived up to the hype! The location was spotless, including the bathrooms, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. If you're heading to Chick-fil-A, skip the drive-thru and head inside for faster service and a great dine-in experience! Also don't forget to download their app for rewards!

Nothing in the bag was what I actually ordered, which is incredibly frustrating after paying that much for a meal. To make it worse, the woman at the drive-through window was rude and had a bad attitude the whole time. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here. If you're going to charge people $20+ for a meal, the least you can do is get the order right and treat customers with basic respect. Instead, I ended up wasting my money on food I didn't even want.
