One of the few fast food places that you can get tator tots and good tator tots at that. Their onion rings aren't bad either. I just stop at times for the ice. I got the junior bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. The sandwich was a perfect size for a light eater and I have enough rings for a few meals since I ordered the medium for once. With a large diet coke, it came to less than $10. If you put a paper towel under the onion rings in a toaster oven at 400, they heat up well. Easy to get in and out from 7 Mile. Will be back.

I waited by the booths in front of the cashier. The female cashier was not very helpful or so friendly, rather curt with me. She clearly doesn't like her job much. I know she can smile since she was smiling and laughing with other customers ahead and after me. Too bad. 30 small sliders come in a briefcase paper sack. It works. The cheese and the Jalapeño were the most popular, the plain was rather bland. These are simple, consistent and easy. Guests like them for a variety other than pizza and charcuterie. I will be going back to make more in-depth reviews on this wonderful restaurant in the future. For this I can't give this spot a 5 star rating yet. The location is easy to spot via the well-lit sign as shown in the picture. The ambiance was inviting both inside and out. The interior looked clean. As for service, the drive thru was quick especially on a Friday evening during a Summer in Michigan. I honestly forgot everything I ordered but I do remember that I got 2 burritos and I felt the size of them justified the price I paid (under 10 dollars for two burritos comparable to one from Qdoba or chipotle). I will be going back to get more food and perform a more in-depth review. It was a drive for me as this location is about an hour away from me but I will be making that drive this year. And I can't wait for that time to come.

I think when I ordered a Del Combo burrito and a Del Beef burrito with extra meat and extra cheese at their self-serve kiosk as the only customer in the store, I must have broken the whole system. After about 15 minutes of hearing the staff repeating my name over and over while working on my order and collectively staring at the order screens in the prep area, I guess I stumped them. The entire floor is sticky and most of the tables are disgustingly dirty. They were out of mild sauce, which is one of the primary reasons I used to go to Del Taco. Then, they served me a Del Combo burrito pictured here. Unacceptable. Why would the shift manager ever allow that to be served looking like that, even though the wrapper? If I had t waited so long for this slop already, I would have insisted they try again. But then, I can only imagine how that would have gone, so I opted not to give them another chance to fail worse. Close this location before someone gets sick.
