Convenient location on Farmington, just north of Seven Mile Road. Overworked staff who are trying hard from what I could tell. They forgot one of three items, so as usual I was ripped off by McDonalds. My fault - do not use the drive thru at any McDonalds in my experience. read more

Last two times was very disappointing, pre order my food in my app and opted to have them bring it to my car in spot 2. Sat there for 20mins and watched several cars pull up and order and left. After the long line cleared I went into McDonald's to get my food. The lady said I was just about to bring it out. SMH! The last issue, I pre ordered breakfast and one of my Egg McMuffins had eggshells all in it. I didn't have time to go back because I would have been late for an appointment. I called the store and got voicemail of course no one responded. I'm done with this establishment, eggshells/poor customer service and all! read more

This place is so bad. I waited 30 minutes for a Diet Coke. My friend order a large iced coffee, they gave her it in the wrong size a medium instead of a large and then lied to her when she asked if it was a large they were lying and then the person next to me got a large. We confirmed with them so we know they were lying. read more

Food was ok. Dining room is like a medical office. Empty. No soda machines. No ketchup/salt. No customers. A bunch of Loud beeping noises in the back sound like life support systems, sticking with the medical analogy. Eerie. Doesnt seem like a restaurant. Why is every McDonalds nice except Livonia's lol. Still the food was good. read more

McDonald's - a drive thru sign in the back of a car - Fast Food Near Me - Livonia, Michigan

This McDonalds is a lot better than many in the surrounding area. I don't think we should judge it based off only a few reviews. Everytime I've gone here, I've only had good experiences. The people working are very kind and helpful, and they genuinely put a smile on my face when I leave. The food is fast food, what do you expect? My order is always correct, and everything tastes as it should! No complaining on my part, not to mention that service is extremely quick and efficient! read more

Food is always undercooked, staff look at you like an idiot when you ask for it to be done right, quite possibly the worst McDonalds Ive ever gone to, it came back burnt after they recooked it read more

The girl that served us in the drive-thru on Fourth of July evening was extremely pleased and kind. Establishments like these usually get a bad rap. But it's individuals like her (apologies for not receiving her name ) make me smile.. for I can still believe in the magic of customer service. read more

It's fast food but when you're in a hurry, it's great. The first time I went I got a quarter pounder with cheese and it was cold. However, I've gone back many times and it's ok. The drive thru folks are nice and quick. Although it's listed as 24 hours, it's not. On Mondays especially I'm not sure what time they open, but every other weekday it's open by 6-6:30am. read more

Hours suck. The past 5 days straight I have been here bright and early, to get breakfast after my night shift, and not once have they been ready at or near 5AM like the website shows. May sound like a minor inconvenience, but all I want after work is something quick and easy to eat. It's bad enough these places don't stay open past 10pm anymore, would just be nice if I could get some food in the morning then at least. Anyway, landscaping looks good... 2 stars. read more

We went to this McDonald's expecting a quick drive through, the line wasn't moving so I parked and went inside. I saw that they were a little busy but no worries it's okay if there is a little delay it's not like they were understaffed there was 7-10 workers in the back all chatting and laughing having fun but not cooking. We got there at 10:08 and left at 10:28 it took twenty minutes to get two sandwiches. Why? I would not recommend read more

Ok I've reviewed this place a few times due to food quality and how it's prepared Mainly putting the entire egg with shells in their egg sandwiches.but now I have issues with management while ordering my usual my bill came up to 6.02 so have a mess of singles I put them on the counter to sort my payment much like I've been doing since elementary school.then I was confronted by the manager as to why I did that and that I'm supposed to hand them the money.it was then I realized there's a Racial thing going on and they obviously think I'm racist.so getting the message they don't like me for a habit I've had for 53 years I'd rather not Deal with people who hate me and maybe that's where all my other problems came from I'm done exchanging any money read more

They did not gimme bbq sauce I was very disappointed as I went to grab a nugget and realized it was gone and I specifically ordered more, they have made me very sad, almost sad enough to not go back, not that sad though. Food was very good though. read more

Thank you for being one of the only good McDonald's around. It's hard to find any in the widespread metro area that actually makes food directly. Sausage and cheese McGriddle made perfectly. Asked for well done sausage and I got it. Pancake McGriddle buns were soft warm and fluffy with crispy, browned edges. Cheese was melty. Perfection. I'm not going to actually review McDonald's but I came to grab a double cheeseburger (I crave the yellow cheese for some reason) but the line was enormous, so I went inside. All I know is, I remember when we were kids and they had the brown, boring, line-item menu boards. Do you remember those? I was blown away by how virtual everything has become at McD's. Don't get me wrong the food isn't any better, in fact it's not as good as it tasted when we were tikes and it's likely worse for you now than then, but I was just impressed with all the marketing....4 big screen hi-def menu boards with video of smoothies being mixed, soda being poured and bubbling up...it was like Back to the Future. I just found it fascinating...that tells you how long it's been since I actually walked into a McD's. Way to step up your game McD's...enticing America's less healthy cravings one customer at a time. You had me at yellow cheese. Haha. read more

this is the absolute worst McDonald's there is, customers get treated like shit, make you wait and give you the wrong order.

I came to this McDonald's maybe once a week for breakfast. This morning 4/5/22, I placed my usual order. The total usually comes to around $10.45. This morning the woman tried to charge me $13. I calmly explained to her that the total should be around $10.45 because of the bogo deal on the hash brown and sausage mcmuffin. She immediately got irate, and started speaking extremely disrespectfully. She then read my order back and stated the price, rather than trying to help a paying customer. I told her that she didn't have to be so short, to cancel my entire order. For as much as they charge you can sit down and have a decent meal already anyways. This experience was extremely disappointing. I highly suggest staying away from this business unless you like being talked to like trash. I will certainly never return. read more

Placed order at drive through before 9pm. Got to window to pay and was told that they were closed and no longer taking orders. Thanks for the service guys! Get your acts together!!! Unbelievable! read more

Took 14 minutes to get through the line and sandwich was ice cold. Cheese wasn't even melted.

Cheeseburger and fries were cold. Very disappointing since it is the only McDonald's in our area

If you hate your life and decide to taste something so god awful then try the Smokey BLT Quarter pounder with cheese sounds great right..... Wrong such a terrible sandwich can't believe it is even advertised the sauce they put on that thing mixed with the lettuce and grease you'll be disappointed just stick to the normal quarter pounder with cheese unless you hate yourself read more

The employees at the drive through have been amazing with their customer service! I didn't catch her name but the elderly lady who always says "good morning sunshine!" Makes for a great start to my morning. Employees at both windows were exceptional and we will continue to visit only this McDonald's because of the great customer service we have received. 5 stars! Also... give that lady a raise, she rocks! read more

Don't knoww what happened. Used to only go to this location and not have to worry about issues with my order but the last 3 visits they've consistently messed up my order. Missing items. Wrong items. Now I have to check each bag and even unwrap my sandwich to make sure it's right. read more

I've been to many McDonald's. This one is nice. They have redesigned it so the inside looks like a very nice restaurant. They missed the mark in a couple of spots, however. In most of the newly designed ones I have been in there is a dividing wall between the dining and serving area. In this case they had built some tables into the wall directly in the serving area. There was then an alcove of tables that I expected. It looks out on the play area. But don't think you can let the kids go in there and expect that you can see them from the internal dining room. Not going to happen. In any case they cut some holes in the wall between the dining alcove and the serving area. That's okay unless there are diners on both sides in which case you get a full view of their table especially when they get up or sit down. The drive in area was filled up all the way to the roadway. We were going in anyway so no big deal. My personal experience here went like this : My family ordered the staples - cheeseburgers, number 1, et cetera. I gave them a chance, for the first time, with a special order. A 'sweet bacon' chicken sandwich. That turned into an ordeal because I had to answer like 8 questions to get one sandwich, some fries and a cup to get my own drink. They produced all the food almost immediately including my 'special made' item - only it was wrong. They took it back and said someone would bring out the new one. About ten minutes later I had to go to the counter and ask what was happening. I was told they were getting the crispy chicken ready. About 5 minutes later I got the sandwich. The cheese wasn't melted and it looked like the whole thing had been slapped together. On top of that the ice machine had no ice, drinks were out of order (with paper messages taped on the spouts announcing that), the garbage bins were overflowing and the floors had not been swept. As I was leaving I noted five employees standing around having a chat with one of the cooks on the grill. read more

Absolutely horrible cutler service. They are rude and always get my orders incorrect. I am done and discussed by how they treat people.

Worst service ever! Also I found a a huge lint ball in my fruit and yogurt parfait...gross. And their fries are consistently burnt

Well, if you like to wait for your fast food .... this is the place for you. It doesn't matter if the place is empty or crowded...expect a long wait. My last time I went, I left without my food....really 15 minutes for egg mcmuffin meal is b.s. in the morning The said part is, I was the only customer in the place. This McDonald's brings fast food to a new level. read more

Did not have a great experience at this location. I very seldom buy food here but I always buy my drinks and my pies here. Was very disturbed at how the workers treated me. Slam the window in my face, made comments in the back such as 'refuse her service', just very rude and created a crowd of workers to watch as if it was a major event. this whole visit included the manager and supervisor that engaged in the whole thing. I've been in customer service for 36 years and if I had disrespected my customer, I would have been fired. $15 an hour?.. Not this crew read more

Upon entry, there's a sign that says "Time Limit: 30 Minutes While Consuming Food" = we're only concerned about your money. I know I shouldn't expect much from McDonald's, but that was just a jarring offense I've never seen anywhere else before. read more

This McDonald's is one of the worst. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at this location. The managers don't do their jobs and they are unprofessional. I'm a 20 year old woman and earlier this week one of the managers physical touched me and was aggressive towards me. The manger is a 32 year old man and had no right touching me. The head manager has yet to reached out to me regarding the situation and has blown it off. I am the victim and I am being treated as if I'm the in the wrong. Something needs to be done and I refuse to be silent. The employees are under paid and the store is under staffed. For this store to be one of the best in Michigan they are doing awful and it's saddens me that this is what we consider one of the best when they aren't. If you're a parent place please don't let you kids work here. They might be assaulted by a grown man. read more

Worst McDonald's in the area. Occasionally I order a 20 pc McNugget meal from McDonald's with hot mustard sauce. Stopped here and ordered this and I see only 3 sauces on the screen. I ask why not 4 and the girl tells me that is all they do. I ask if I order the 10 piece meal how many sauces? She answers with two sauces. So if I order two 10 piece meals? I would get a total of 4 sauces. So why would a 20 piece meal only come with 3 sauces? "that is what the screen tells me - you will have to pay if you want more" is the answer she gave me. I will never return to THIS McDonald's; don't have time for this level of stupidity. The McD's at 5 mile and Middlebelt is much better and nicer. I asked for 4 sauces and they said "no problem", and actually gave me 5 - at no extra cost. read more
