Easy access off Lahser Rd. just north of 9 Mile Rd. in Southfield with free, accessible lot parking. Easily ADA accessible entryway and seating too. Big, open, CLEAN space inside with booth and some table seating generally for 2-4 people per/table. I did see one bigger table that would seat 6 persons along the window though. One wall television at low volume (thank goodness!) on this morning. It felt inviting with friendly staff: singular and double diners seated reading and quietly conversing. A good place for locals. We were seated immediately, and given iced water and menus. Orders were taken for breakfast shortly thereafter. Everything came out fresh, hot and pleasantly plated. My glass of milk was ice cold and good. My scrambled two-egg muffin sandwich was bland to my palate, so do be aware that you may want to order cheese with it, or use the salt and pepper. The English muffin was barely toasted or buttered, so i would likely order the sandwich on toasted bread next time. My butter grits side was served piping hot, and after adding sugar (sugar substitute was NOT on the table) it was great. My companions seemed to enjoy their breakfasts. With the caveats mentioned, I'd like to return and sample the lunch menu.

I met a friend for breakfast at Stackerz. She lives nearby and eats here often. The first visit was four stars. The pancakes and bacon were cooked well and that led to my second visit. The breakfast was a disappointment on this visit. Everything was basic and average tasting. I wasn't wowed and neither was another friend who was with me this time. I might return because I had two different experiences, but I will not rush back. The staff is great though.

What a pleasant surprise! This is one of those places that you drive by 1 million times and never stop in because it doesn't look like much. In fact, at 8:30 on a Tuesday morning I was the only customer who was not getting takeout. Coffee was very flavorful and fresh, scrambled eggs extra creamy, meats were generous, and I love a crisp tomato slice. Also Jewish rye thick and chewy. Used to be a very Jewish deli! Owner was very friendly and willing to talk to me about the history of the place and I will be coming back and recommending this to others. Well done! Next to Walgreens... but hidden from 9 mile by it. Tiny strip mall. Perfect.

Food was not remarkable enough to return. The highlight was our server, who was hospitable and very kind.

The bartender is bad because it takes forever for drinks to come to the table! tonight it took me over an hour to get a drink when I was sitting at table 1 and my food never even came out. It took over two hours before they took my food order' She came with the bill. Then I learned that she was the manager and she tried to argue with me about not paying for a drink that took Too long to come out! I had a party of four. Which was originally a party of two and then two more joined us, but the two that joined us got their food and drinks before we did! The table to the right of us got their food and drinks before we did! This is ridiculous. They planned a fight night party today and didn't staff enough people to handle the business they received! I was forced to pay for a drink that took over an hour to come to my table and then was told I was giving my food for free even though I had to wait over an hour for service and over 2 to receive it! The manager likes to argue apparently and doesn't care about customer service and customer experience! And i for one used to work at a restaurant and have over 13 years of knowledge! I was a manager a bartender and a waitress before in life! She is dead wrong. And she tried to blame her overwhelmed server! Reality check that there should never be just one server on the floor on a Saturday night

Walking in, there was very limited seating and about an hour wait, which clearly showed how popular this spot is. Thankfully, the hostess told us about their basement bar area where you can grab drinks and snacks while waiting. The downstairs area had such a cool speakeasy vibe dark ambiance, vinyl music playing, and honestly the perfect date night atmosphere. The drinks were REALLY good, and you can also order appetizers down there. Once we made it upstairs, we grabbed bar seating and talked to a few people around us who all said this was their favorite spot. Our bartender was amazing -- super attentive, explained the menu well, and gave great recommendations. We ordered the wings (perfectly seasoned and so good) and the chicken sandwich with buffalo added for a little spice... absolutely delicious. I also tried the pistachio martini, and wow definitely one of my favorite drinks I've had in a while. Overall, such a great experience from the atmosphere to the food and service. I'll definitely be back, and I've already been telling all my friends about this place!

Ordered two build our own bowls with chicken: Spicy hummus, spicy garlic sauce, salad, red cabbage, spinach, onion, yellow pepper, beets, carrots, parsley, pickled radish, pickles, chick peas, 6 piece falafel, two crushed lentil soups, regular fattoush salad. $55 I would ask for the hummus and garlic towards the bottom, so you don't eat it all at the top first? The falafels were being made as we walked in, they are good, super fresh, not overcooked, soft center, quite yummy. Even better with their spicy tahini too. They were the best part of our meal, hands down. The bowls are packed to the gills, super filling. Tomatoes, raw radish, Jalapeño, yellow peppers and cucumbers look a bit dried out or not super appealing. I don't mind the red cabbage, would like the pickled cabbage or turshi more. Bowls are still not too bad. Good about of chicken shawarma meat and toppings. No skimping here. The staffers are quiet, but attentive. The crushed lentil isn't bad, no rice filler at least. Not a lot of flavor, but tastes healthier. The fattoush looks sad with the dried out radish, cucumber and unripened tomatoes. I do like the spicy garlic sauce, spicy hummus options, along with the shatta. The fattoush is ok, the dressing tastes rather perfumed to me, my husband says it's really lemony. It takes some getting used to for sure. Tried their pineapple and pomegranate and tropical fruit infused water, but it has way too much sugar. Would come back for the falafel and the build your own bowl.
