I have had shrimp and grits at almost every spot the sun sets on in the Detroit Metro area. This iteration was very high quality. Lots of gumbo sauce and lots of shrimp, just as god intended. Also the grits were very creamy and not mealy or lumpy at all. Loved it! The smoked salmon skillet was also extremely good. A good amount of salmon was on the skillet and the salmon was smoked well. Good sized portion of crispy hash browns as well. Well done I am going to be coming here multiple times to try all the items that caught my eye on the menu, so stay tuned as this review may be updated. Service has been great every time I've gone. Bronson was an incredible waiter and knew his way around the house specialities, was extremely pleasant, and was awesome with the refills (I drink a ton of water and coffee so this was much appreciated). He made the visit a treat and the excellent service I've received is a big reason I've gone back to FH multiple times. The restaurant has a "factory" theme to it! It's not overbearing at all, and makes for very fun decorations, bathrooms etc. I thought it was very cool. There's plenty of parking here (which is often a problem with nice brunch spots in the area) and the menu value is very, very good for the quality of dishes you're getting.
