The times I have walked inside to order food to go, you can tell its a very young crew and most of them look like they are in high school. They all seem to work hard, but it also seems like they are always ordering food for themselves and getting served before customers who have ordered and are waiting. Personally, if you are an employee and have ordered food, you should wait in an area that is not viewable by the public, so it doesn't appear you are getting your food before any of the customers. This location is convenient due to being open 24 hours, but I think they need to work on their appearance and how they interact with each other and the customers to avoid having a customer interpret your actions as being given special treatment because you are an employee.
