This place was not known to be for many years, just one of those places I drove by and didn't stop in. Then we stopped and ate, haven't stopped going back. The staff is kind and greets you with a smile or hello! The food is delicious and they have gluten free options as well. They have a small dine in option as well, of course during Covid19 things are different. If your in the Midcost area plan to stop by sometime, you will enjoy and want to return. Moved to the area in 2020, saw this place in a strip mall, didn't stop. Repeatedly tried Pat's in Brunswick where the crust is consistently under cooked. Good pizza, great service, I ordered 3 of their specialty pizzas and one custom pizza. They were cooked perfectly and ready at the time I was told. Toppings were generous and tasty. Only reason I can't rate a 5 is that the crust was quite thin and kind of nondescript. It seemed like a thin crust though I didn't ask for thin. I would have liked some more pizazz in the crust like maybe some garlic or Italian seasoning, and will order a thicker crust next time now that I know. Overall pretty good pizza though. read more

Still exploring the area we moved to and decided to try Romeo's in Topsham. Familiar with the one in Scarborough and anticipating the same quality. WRONG! Same franchise but the food and customer service are not the same. We decided to order a pizza with Hawaiian on one side, hamburger, mushroom and sausage on the other. This was part of a special 3 topping deal. Sounded good. Ordered by phone so it should have been accurate. Hubby went to pick up the pizza, smelled something different but couldn't place it. When we bit into it, surprise! No mushrooms but loaded with onions. We are allergic to onions. We try to be very careful and always ask about ingredients.. And here is a large pizza that we had anticipated, half ruined. Called back and spoke with Frank, same guy that took our order. We were given the excuse that the onion button is right above the mushroom button. He offered to make another but not in the mood to drive all the way down and back again. Asked for a manager to call and for a credit. Never again. Did try to give them a chance even though the Yelp reviews were not positive. Trust the Yelp reviews and go somewhere else. Plenty of good places around in the area, this place is just a big disappointment and not the same as other stores in the franchise. read more

I have enjoyed other Romeo's Pizza locations in the past and was in the Topsham area so figured I could go wrong. Was disappointed as when I went to pick up my order I learned the Chicken Alfredo was not with Alfredo ... they tried to talk me into something else ... and the ravioli with meatballs ... well ... the meatballs were raw ... lastly the Buffalo chicken wings ... had no Buffalo ... was just plain chicken wings. I will not be trying the Topsham location again ... :( read more

Went in today for lunch. Restaurant being renovated. Workmen made an intentional effort to move out the way for customers, but it was still awkward moving around them and their stuff. Asked the staff what was in their meatballs. Person went to look but came back and said the the "box" was gone. Later acknowledged that they came in frozen. With prevalence of food allergies these days, restaurant employees really need to have access to ingredient lists - especially for things they bring in/can't control production of. Took a chance and ordered meatball sub with cheese. Got back to work and opened sub, and the cheese peeled of with the wrapping paper. It had been laid over the top of the roll (not in the roll), melted in the oven and immediately wrapped so it fused to the wrapping paper. Paid for cheese I couldn't eat. Sub was otherwise ok. Not bad, not great. Dining room was spotless, despite the renovation. read more

The service was prompt and friendly. They do take out or dine in. They will deliver the food right to your table with a smile. The special of salt and vinegar dusted fries was so good!! It was like eating fries at the fair that don't get soggy. The pizza was fresh and not at all greasy with great toppings. It had a crispy crust that was excellent. They have a huge toppings selection, pasta, sandwiches and salad. This is a great spot for lunch or when you just don't feel like cooking. read more

Loved the large Greek Salad - delicious dressing and chock full of fresh garden ingredients! Place was very clean and the service quick. Pizza had some really tasty crust, although the cheese and sauce weren't nearly as high end as the crust. Still, the pizza was very yummy, and I won't complain too much! Eggplant Parm was the only mediocre (at best) dish; obviously fried, which is a lazy way to make real eggplant. The sauce was 90 percent water, and didn't have much "holding power" on the dish. Overall, 3.5 stars, and I would come back for the salad and pizza. read more

We discovered Romeo's Pizza by accident several years ago and were instant fans. We live in Augusta (25 minutes away) and just pulled in on a trip home form Portland. Their pizza is among the best that we have had anywhere. Every sandwich we have tried is excellent as well. They use fresh ingredients, portions are just right, even when busy they are quick to serve but nothing is prepared ahead of time so its always fresh and hot (or cold if it's supposed to be). My favorite part is that we have always had friendly and engaging customer service! This is something that any restaurant patron should expect but unfortunately today it rarely occurs. I'm happy to say that for all the years we have been coming we have only experienced great service. read more

Awful awful customer service... 3 times and I have placed a delivery order and ALL 3 TIMES they've called me 45 minutes later to tell me they can't deliver for some ridiculous reason. 1st time they weren't busy enough so they sent their driver home... after an hour of my order sitting there, second time same thing and this last time they are not delivering during the day...this information by the way is no where to be found in their site. Romeo's Pizza in Topsham is a restaurant that I've never been to before. My son frequents Romeo's often and suggested a quick bit for lunch. We both ordered the Steak Bomb, great choice. The sandwich consists of a generous portion of shaved grilled sirloin steak, bacon, onions, green peppers, mushrooms & cheese all on a toasted French roll. They offer many other meals from pasta dishes, salads, desserts and of course pizza. The establishment is clean and has plenty of seating. There is plenty of parking. I understand they also have delivery in the local area. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. I do have one small problem and that is the size of the fountain cups, but of course, that's just me. I will be returning when in the area and would recommend Romeo's to anyone looking for a great meal. read more

We stopped in for a late lunch. Shared a small Greek Salad and a small Greek Pizza. The salad was great. Fresh, full of green spinach, red lettuce, feta, calamatta olives and more served with a nice dressing on the side. The Pizza was really good too - thin crispy crust, fresh toppings and a well balanced blend of oregano with a tasty sauce. We will surely return to Romeos.
