I wouldn't go to Foundations expecting Neapolitan, since they explicitly sell Detroit. Nor would I go to Coletti's expecting bar pizza, since they sell only Neapolitan. I have only been to your establishment once, and it was directly due to your social media. I knew what I was getting. I met you, and am thoroughly impressed by your customer service. Neapolitan is my boo, and Coletti's Pizza Factory is my God. However, any time I am in the Windham area I will get pizzas from your establishment.

As I've moved up to Aroostook County, Maine, ive had some of the worst pizza ive ever had up there so on a recent trip back from CT, I searched out "New Haven style pizza in Maine" and "Fire & Ice Maine popped up so I tried it today! The service and people working there could not be nicer and when they knew I was from Connecticut, we really got into the nuances of what makes it great. I actually met the owner on my way out and he could not be nicer, telling me all of the places he's been to and worked at in the New Haven pizza area of Wooster Street. So I got in my car and opened up the box and was pleasantly surprised to finally see a pizza even look like New Haven. After biting into it, it was addicting! No flop, an "8" on the undercarriage and cooked right on top! The sauce was very close and it was crispy too! The only thing off and this is REALLY being picky was the chewiness but again, this is really being picky! Overall, a 4.8 on a 5 star scale and THEE BEST NEW HAVEN APIZZA is. MAINE to date! I would drive 2 hours to get this pie! Great service, great pizza and the price was reasonable too!

The only thing that confused my husband and I was the salad that comes with the entree. We each ordered the chicken parmigiana and it comes with house salad. She asked if there was anything on my salad I did not want, I responded with no onion. She then looked at my husband and asked the same question, he responded with he was fine with all items. She asked if he wanted onions on the side. He said no, on his salad was fine She brought one Salad, two bowls. No onions. We did not get individual salads. We have been during lunch in the past and did not order anything that came with a salad so honestly we were a bit confused. Now portion sizes he and I could have ordered one chicken parmigiana and split it. Their sauce is fantastic! Food delicious! The day we went for lunch, I ordered a sausage and onion calzone and their roasted Brussel sprouts. Also both yummy!!!

We order one large pizza, one child's small pizza, one small lobster roll, one Reuben, and an antipasto salad. Drinks: two beers, two virgin marys, two child's Pepsis, and a ginger ale. Our order came out in one hour and ten minutes. Seventy minutes. As much as I could, I saw the kitchen as the problem. The waitresses hustled; they were on a dead run. But their duties were split; one seated new parties and waited table as well. Another, ours, admitted she had been pulled into the kitchen to assist in plating. As well, the kitchen must deal with takeout orders, which on a Saturday, are many. So the blame must be the management. The only solution should be to stay away- vote with our feet- go elsewhere, until management feels the loss of income and corrects the situation. When the word is out, that Pat's decides on the family restaurant model and not a beer hall, we will return. And not before.

We ordered an old fashion, the beer flight, fried pickles , and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The server was great, checked in with us and made suggestions/explained the specials. Pizza was good and had lots of flavor. My husband loved his old fashioned with muddled blueberries at the bottom of the glass for a tad of sweetness. Didn't take many pictures because we were really hungry! Not one complaint/critique about this place. Saw tons of families and very kid friendly.

The blueberry seltzer was also really good and refreshing! On the food side, a couple of minor drawbacks: the bowl only came with four small pieces of meat, which didn't feel worth the price, and the Flaming Arrow was extremely messy because it was drowning in way too much buffalo sauce. That said, the service completely made up for it! Our server, Kyle, was fantastic--super friendly, attentive, and our food came out really fast. The restaurant has a great vibe, cool decor, and fair prices overall. The only other issue was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Worth a visit, but hopefully they tweak the bowl portions and sauce on the Flaming Arrow!
