I reviewed Cormiers a year ago . We ordered again today thru door dash and I still give them 5 stars. I think ppl think of them for their hot dogs , but they do really good cheeseburgers as well. Not to mention how good their ff are also. read more

This is my new favorite place in Maine. This place knows their hotdogs. They have a pretty expansive menu with almost anything you want in hotdog land but I always just get the Chicago dog and it is always perfect-just like the ones you'd get in Chicago. The fries are always cooked well. The owner is always so nice and chats with us and always asks what we think he could be doing better (which in my opinion Nothing Im into it as is). A modest taplist but all you need is a tasty lager and one of these dogs. Plenty of parking and we've never had an issue getting a seat. Worth the trip to Windham for sure. read more

There is nothing positive to write about regarding this venue. Here are my thoughts from dining at Cormier's today: 1. It was a Thursday at 1:00 pm. They had no customers. The female at the counter was on her phone. She was anything but welcoming. My presence was an inconvenience. 2. I ordered an all-beef hot dog for $8.95. When the dog arrived, there was a piece of flaccid cheese on the top that had been heated in a microwave for a few seconds and tasted like plastic. The dog was mediocre and way overpriced. I cannot imagine how long this milieu will stay in business. Two thumbs down. Not recommended. read more

If you're looking for the best burger and hotdog in town, this is it. They have very fast and friendly service and the food is great. My usual wait time for walking in and ordering a couple of burgers or dogs is closer to 5 minutes than 10, and I'm always very happy with what they give me. The inside is bright and family friendly, with sports playing on the TV's and mostly baseball (and hotdog) themed decor. Their specials are usually fun and different, but I think the Big Hurt is a near perfect burger. read more

Ordered in store to go. Service was fairly fast. Ordered burger and fries, will recommend the burger although the bread was a little bit too saggy. Casual, employees seem to be happy to see customers come in. There is a few tables for people to eat inside and is in a mall so there is plenty of parking. read more

Here we go. Getting board in the middle of winter. Where is it colder than Maine, Chicago of course, and where it's cold there is good food. Most everybody has tasted a Chicago dog - Vienna brand with a whole bunch of stuff I don't eat. Not to despair- because Chicago also has Chicago Italian beef sand which. The best! Au jus and giardiniera (really good hot peppers). They even have beer on tap. So as you sit, wishing winter away, warm up with this sandwich. I'll be going back!! read more

Great food, the dogs and fries are epic. The few times I've been there, they are consistent...prepared with flair and true Chicago authenticity. My only criticism is the help seems a little snarky. During last visit, the fella that took my order was awkwardly direct and not pleasant. Kinda felt like I was at the DMV. read more

Have been trying to get up to Windham to try Cormier's since I first heard they had opened. Finally got there today. I tried the Chicago Dog Which was so good the peppers Gave it a bit of a kick. The Maine Dog with a traditional Red Snapper on a grilled roll was perfect with mustard, relish, ketchup, raw onions. My Son loved the chili dog. He also tried the PB&J dog and liked that as well. I was not as adventurous. The fries were good as well. If you are driving through Windham be sure to stop in and check them out. read more

It sounds weird, but it was Seriously, the best hot dog I have ever had! My husband and I went there twice in 2 days! They toast the buns, so it's kind of a grilled cheese with a hot dog! The owner is super nice! He comes out into the dining room and speaks with each customer! We would DEFINITELY recommend! read more

We just enjoyed a late lunch! The baby had his 1st pickle and approves of this review!!! I had a Chicago style dog that was so fresh and delicious. The fries were yummy! You can eat in here. Hot dogs, burgers, chili, fries, chips, sodas, soup of the day, roast beef au jus sandwich looked good too! I'm so glad we ended up giving this place a shot ( who doesn't love hot dogs?) because it was fast, friendly, and the food hit the spot. Looks pretty interesting in there- and was clean. read more

Absolutely Love this place. Nothing better than a good dog with all the fixings on a Saturday afternoon. (Or any time, actually) The Polish sausage was outstanding too!. Can't tell if the fries are hand-cut or not, but they taste like it.. and are very good The manager (owner?) has dropped by the table each time we've been in to quickly check in and see if there's anything we needed. The cheese was not melted on the dogs. The hot dogs were not hot as well. The French fries were cold, like they sat under a light. The burgers were very good. This was sad because the first time we went the food was cooked properly. Service and atmosphere were great. read more

We ordered the special which for this month/week is a pizza burger. Great concept and the picture of it was awesome. There was a tiny bit of pepperoni, sauce and cheese in the middle of the burger. I tried the PB&J dog and it was better than I expected. Granted I should have gotten no chopped nuts it was still good otherwise. Madi, was very nice and patient while I was trying to choose what I wanted and on top of her work. It was great service! The whole team did a great job while I was there. Got my order pretty quick! Stopped by to check this place out on the opening day and was amazed at how friendly and welcoming the staff were. As someone who is a baseball super fan, the decor is amazing! The food.... Phenomenal! I personally haven't been to Chicago so it was nice to experience some Chicago flavor in Maine. The fries are wonderful and highly recommended. It's great to see a locally owned business in such a busy corridor like 302. The owner took his time out of his hectic first day of business, to personally ask for feedback on the food.
