This place is absolutely goated. I would take a road trip up here just for the hot dogs. Our burger was great, the poutine had a nice mushroomy note to it and the cheese was perfectly squeaky, and the burger was bangin'. The people behind the counter are so kind and friendly, and I couldn't be happier with the food or the vibes. Thanks for an amazing meal and a nice memory. Definitely try this place out!!! read more

If you enjoy a good dog or burger you must come visit! The variety of dogs/burgers and toppings are awesome. I was in for lunch today and had the February special dog, a chili cheese crunch dog. Their all beef hot dog on a sesame bun, topped with chili, potato sticks, pickles, and cheese!! Should become a full-time menu item!! This is my new favorite place in Maine. This place knows their hotdogs. They have a pretty expansive menu with almost anything you want in hotdog land but I always just get the Chicago dog and it is always perfect-just like the ones you'd get in Chicago. The fries are always cooked well. The owner is always so nice and chats with us and always asks what we think he could be doing better (which in my opinion Nothing Im into it as is). A modest taplist but all you need is a tasty lager and one of these dogs. Plenty of parking and we've never had an issue getting a seat. Worth the trip to Windham for sure. read more

There is nothing positive to write about regarding this venue. Here are my thoughts from dining at Cormier's today: 1. It was a Thursday at 1:00 pm. They had no customers. The female at the counter was on her phone. She was anything but welcoming. My presence was an inconvenience. 2. I ordered an all-beef hot dog for $8.95. When the dog arrived, there was a piece of flaccid cheese on the top that had been heated in a microwave for a few seconds and tasted like plastic. The dog was mediocre and way overpriced. I cannot imagine how long this milieu will stay in business. Two thumbs down. Not recommended. read more

If you're looking for the best burger and hotdog in town, this is it. They have very fast and friendly service and the food is great. My usual wait time for walking in and ordering a couple of burgers or dogs is closer to 5 minutes than 10, and I'm always very happy with what they give me. The inside is bright and family friendly, with sports playing on the TV's and mostly baseball (and hotdog) themed decor. Their specials are usually fun and different, but I think the Big Hurt is a near perfect burger. read more

Most everybody has tasted a Chicago dog - Vienna brand with a whole bunch of stuff I don't eat. Not to despair- because Chicago also has Chicago Italian beef sand which. The best! Have been trying to get up to Windham to try Cormier's since I first heard they had opened. Finally got there today. I tried the Chicago Dog Which was so good the peppers Gave it a bit of a kick. The Maine Dog with a traditional Red Snapper on a grilled roll was perfect with mustard, relish, ketchup, raw onions. My Son loved the chili dog. He also tried the PB&J dog and liked that as well. We just enjoyed a late lunch! The baby had his 1st pickle and approves of this review!!! I had a Chicago style dog that was so fresh and delicious. The fries were yummy! You can eat in here. Hot dogs, burgers, chili, fries, chips, sodas, soup of the day, roast beef au jus sandwich looked good too! It sounds weird, but it was Seriously, the best hot dog I have ever had! My husband and I went there twice in 2 days! They toast the buns, so it's kind of a grilled cheese with a hot dog! Stopped by to check this place out on the opening day and was amazed at how friendly and welcoming the staff were. As someone who is a baseball super fan, the decor is amazing! The food.... Phenomenal! I personally haven't been to Chicago so it was nice to experience some Chicago flavor in Maine. The fries are wonderful and highly recommended. It's great to see a locally owned business in such a busy corridor like 302. The owner took his time out of his hectic first day of business, to personally ask for feedback on the food. Visited on opening day, and i'm honestly glad to have a smaller restaurant in the Windham area that is GOOD and not a generic chain restaurant! Hand cut fries, and a clean atmosphere; staff was super inviting and nice! Will def be visiting again soon read more
