A regular sandwich was more than enough for me as they don't skimp on the meats. Unlike some food chains they put more meat the bread which is the way I like it. All the veggies tasted fresh and not like they been sitting there for a while. I love their sandwich, their approach to making it and the quality of ingredients they use. I actually prefer them over Subway. Subway is more bread less meat, Jersey Mikes is more meat less bread. I will definitely come back here again anytime I pass thru. It's worth the wait.

I went to Benes for the first time last week and got the Super 3 way. The roast beef is literally sliced to order right in front of you and weighed to order. They toast the bun to a perfect level of crispy without burning or losing its fluffyness. I literally thought about the sandwich all day after eating it and had to go back the next day and have another. The vibe in Benes is awesome too, every time I went they were popping off with order after order yet still got it done with speed and without losing their cool. You can tell that this family really cares about making quality food and serving their customers with real human interactions. I've been 4 times since they have opened and they haven't missed once. The food is 100% worth every penny. 12 out of 10. I can't wait to watch what this place will do. read more

Have been living in Maine for the last 8 years and have been waiting for a north shore style beef spot to open up. There have been a couple here and there but they just haven't cut it. Found Bene's Beef in Lewiston recently and had to turn around and grab another 3 way to go. Happy to say I'll be coming back regularly as Bene's currently holds the crown for the beef king in Maine. Perfectly cooked beef melt in your mouth great flavor. Bene's also has several different spins of the classic 3 way on the menu. My 2 hour drive to the north shore for beefs , just shortened to 20-30 minutes to Bene's in Lewiston ;) read more

Absolutely delicious food! Don't expect to be able to eat the sandwich by yourself! Everything is freshly made right in front of you, you can just see him pouring his heart into the food . Looking for a lite dinner in Lewiston and found Benny's. TJ and his dad Tom are a great team. I got a large roast beef with BBQ sauce, and it was fresh, perfectly rare, fantastic sandwich on a soft sesame seed bun. Large portion of Fries with lite sea salt, that I completely finished off. I also also love their breakfast sandwich options. They have a cooler of beverages. My favorite is Fresca. A soda I never have at home and I soda I always buy when I can at a deli. Pairs perfectly. Don't sleep on the sweets for sale by the register. The cookies and whoopie pies are usally tasty. The staff seems consistent - hardworking, customer service oriented and nice to interact with. They keep the simple dining area as clean as they are able - during the lunch hours during the week - this place is always packed!!! Wow...it's great to see and hope this means this buiness will stay around for years to come. Parking - many parking options within .5 mile from the location. We still visit here and we still recommend it to family and friends.
