The portion was very large, and the prices matched the sizes but were reasonable. The bowl was amazing, with rice, lots of crisp veggies, spicy/creamy sauce, and fresh tuna. The ratio was generous and balanced! They did not skimp on avocado or other toppings. I also picked up a spam masubi at checkout, which was delicious. Right after checkout, they had chopsticks, forks, soy sauce packets, napkins and anything else you needed to grab-and-go.

And they ran out of steak - one of the people at our party who ordered steak frites was served a hamburger (which isn't even on the menu). The part that left such a bad taste in our mouths happened next. As a group of young women, we were standing outside when a group of loud, rowdy men across the street started making us uncomfortable. We genuinely felt unsafe. We went back inside and politely asked if we could wait indoors for our Uber, explaining that we didn't feel safe outside. Instead of showing any concern, the bartender looked at us and said, "Oh, that bachelorette party? No." The bar was still full of customers, and we weren't asking to order more drinks or stay all night. We simply wanted a safe place to wait a few minutes for our ride. After how warm and welcoming they had been earlier, the complete lack of compassion in that moment was shocking. Customer service isn't just about being friendly when you're serving drinks. It's also about treating people with basic human decency when they tell you they feel unsafe. Unfortunately, our final memory of The Abbey wasn't the complimentary champagne or the great service at the beginning of the night. It was realizing that, when it actually mattered, our safety wasn't important to them.

He was running the register, sweeping the floor, moving constantly but not in the kitchen. The other children (w no work ethic you are a child, not an adult) were talking, leaning on the walls, do barely enough to get a very small amount of orders cooked. I was the only person in the restaurant, sitting right in the front where the employees putting a pizza on the shelves behind the register guy can see You, and from proximity they are 12 feet from you. So not far away. They put my pizza on shelf, an inside order that was pickup, and did not say my name. And they did not say for about 20 minites. The after much talking and no working the only kid working there that was working, paused cleanig and sweeping and running the register to notice a few pizzas waiting. Only then did any of staff do what they are being paid to do by their employer and give me my pizza. Only it was not hot anymore, and was getting damp by sitting in a cardboard box. The management of this place is very lacking. The kids are WAY overpaid in the kitchen (probably socialists since conservatives and capitalists are motivated and not lazy) and are super lazy and shoud not be there faking their work to unethically steal an unearned paycheck. Pizza was fair, not great. It maybe would have tasted better if it had not sat for so long to cool as I waited right in front of the kitchen staff for my pizza. Not going back, ever
