On my latest visit, my breakfast burrito had a tough tortilla that was poorly wrapped and fell apart when opened. When I mentioned it to staff, the response was simply, "Oh, okay," which felt dismissive. On a previous visit, we placed a mobile order 8 minutes out to save time but still had to wait in the drive-thru line, then pull forward and wait while several cars received their in line orders before us. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve both food quality and mobile-order service.

It's a classic fast food spot that delivers good value and satisfies the craving when you're in the mood for a burger. I ordered the Big Double Burger Out West Style with Cajun Fries and a Chicken Quesadilla as my two sides. Of course, I had to grab both the Cook Out Sauce and their Honey Mustard, which are must-haves in my opinion. Everything came out quickly, and the food was hot and exactly what I expected from Cook Out. The staff were very friendly, and despite the restaurant being busy, the service was efficient and the wait for food was minimal. The only downside was the dining area bathrooms, which could have been cleaner. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something the restaurant could improve for guests eating inside. Overall, I'd give Cook Out a 4/5. It's a classic "you get what you pay for" fast food restaurant with good value, quick service, and consistently satisfying food. I'll definitely continue stopping by once in a while whenever I'm craving a solid burger and sides.
