We ordered 2 burgers and 2 regular fries not realizing how big the fries order was Manager caught our mistake But our credit card had already paid He was very gracious Gave us a large fry and a $10 gift card It's wonderful to see some business owners still care We will definitely eat here again when we come to town read more

My favorite place to have a burger with lettuce! Love the free peanuts too! My daughter also loves your restaurant!

So good! Burgers are amazing, hot dogs are incredible, fries were fantastic and plentiful. Ordered online, walked in and they asked me my order name and had the food pretty much ready, they made fresh fries. read more

First time eating here! Shout out to "Emmie S" for recommending a delicious burger choice. Good burger and fries, served HOT and FRESH!! You can actually watch them prepare your burger. Seating area was clean and well stocked. Will be a returning customer because of her service. read more

The nicest people work here! It is one of the best places in town to order a burger and milkshake. I always get extra mushrooms!!

Service was average for any fast food restaurant. I mean the food was good but they hyped up the fries and they were mid at best. One thing. Are we so fr rn because why am I tipping someone who only took our order read more

I love 5Guys!!! Their burgers are the best. And their fries are delicious - and they give you soooooo many! I had a banana shake which was good, but needed a bit more flavor. My Mom uses a walker to help her walk. After picking up the order, one of the employees carried the bag out to Mom's car for her. Above & beyond service and a kindness not often given. Great food *and* great service offered with a dash of benevolence? Yes, please! read more

Five Guys always delivers excellent food and service! We look forward to our next meal from them.

Up front I don't give out 5 stars, unless a staff member goes above standards. With that said. My Granddaughters & visited Five Guys for Lunch, first half of June. Hands down they make a Great American Burger! You'll never hear us or a customer say , Where is the beef! I hear some people say, There so expensive. I say, I'm paying for a real thick American burger not a razor thin patty with mustard & ketchup. Don't forget the 89% bun. By the way don't forget Five Guys milkshakes. They're great on our hot Carolina Summer Days. read more

Amazing new favorite fast food place thay do serve heaven on a bun o my good love it 5 stars and everyone's nice

I was craving a hot dog. I was so not impressed by what I got. I paid $20 for a small fry and hot dog. The hot dog was so average. The actual dog was not very good. The fries were so salty I couldn't even eat them. They also had so much grease on them that the bag was covered. I thought this chain was supposed to be better than others but it was not good. read more

My Dad, sister, and I came here to eat today. We were celebrating and one of the employees, Faith, made our visit so special! She is so nice and super polite. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Faith! read more

When you do not salt your fries you turn something indulgent into something mediocre. Who wants mediocre fries? Everyone knows fries are bad for you. When you decide to eat fries, I think, you have a responsibility to give people the best fries they've ever had. You literally post it everywhere in your restaurant. The bun was shriveled into a hockey puck. Toppings were an afterthought. The drink station had 2 large barrels of ketchup. They were both almost empty to the point it took solid effort to get any ketchup at all. One of the drink machines ice didn't work. We spent $30 on 2 small burgers, unseasoned fries and two drinks we stood in line for. But hey make sure you ask us for a tip. read more

No pictures because we were so hungry the food disappeared so quickly! The food was great, consistent with other Five Guys we've eaten at! For five of us, a sandwich each and a small and large fries was plenty! Love their BLT and the rest of the family had a range of burgers. Everything was just as expected! read more

No denying that their hamburgers and fries are terrific! Glad they're conveniently located and usually are friendly, depending on how busy they are. We always get takeout so don't pay much attention to the amenities. read more

Great burger and fries. I needed a nap after this one. . . Service was good. They have a Coke freestyle machine (yayy) but it was out of the flavors I like (boo). read more

Quick even when busy. Good service. Tasted great. Would recommend. Just a little pricey.

Friendly. Clean. Food was great. Massive amount of fries. Patio was nice and clean as well. We enjoyed our meal outside. Thanks guys.

My Burger not only was poorly wrapped which cause it to fall apart in the bag but they put bacon on my grilled cheese that I specifically asked to be just cheese and bread. That was not ok at all read more

This place serves one of the better burgers in town. I ordered online a little bacon burger with lettuce tomato ketchup and Mayo. For my husband I ordered cheese burger with lettuce pickles ketchup and mustard. The food was smoking hot when they brought my order. My husbands order had an extra patti on it. He wasn't complaining about that lol. The burger was very fresh, the meat was flavorful. I really liked the Cajun fries that came with it. We ordered a large fries to share and the portion size was like an XL fries. I will say that these burgers are a bit on the pricey side, ranging anywhere from 8-11 dollars per burger but the quality of the ingredients is worth it to me. read more

Five guys delivers my food in so little time I give it five stars for the service but the ambiance is unpleasant but the food makes it all up read more

Delicious burgers. Fresh ingredients. Everything is made to order. The Cajun fries are always a must for me and you always get a bag full of hot fries. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but always satisfies my burger cravings. Their milkshakes are also incredible. I recommend dipping your fries in them!! read more

I love love their burgers & have no problems when eating at the store BUT twice now have had a bad experience with calling ahead . I feel it's pointless to have a call ahead option if you don't make it until I get there anyway. It seems call aheads sorta get lost in the shuffle and people arriving 15 minutes after me were receiving the food before me... normally not a problem but today I had 20 minutes for lunch so that's why I called ahead. In hopes to plan accordingly. This place is busy and good so maybe more of a sit down burger place! read more

A great chain burger restaurant, my go to place for a quick tasty burger. This is NOT a place for those that have a peanut allergy. There are many options for lunch; burgers, dogs and a few sandwiches and french fries. There are plenty of toppings to choose from to have on your burgers or dogs, but no sauerkraut. The burgers are 100% beef, no fillers. All burgers are cooked well done and well seasoned. I opted to have a little hamburger, one patty instead of two, with lettuce, tomato and pickles. My husband opted for a Kosher hot dog, which it split to cook on the grill, with mustard and raw onion. We enjoyed salted peanuts in the shell while waiting for our food. The food arrived shortly, and to our desire. If you order the fries, the order is typically huge. A great place to stop when you want a speedy burger or dog, but not a place for those with a peanut allergy, the fries are cooked in peanut oil. read more

We usually have a great experience at Five Guys, but today we waited for twenty minutes for our order in an almost empty restaurant. We would not have minded, but both of our cheeseburgers were cold and lacked most of the ingredients we ordered. The mayo could not have been more than an eighth of a teaspoon. Not kidding. Don't mind the hefty prices but not for subpar service and food. read more

The food is awesome here, the waiters/servers are so polite and have such great attitudes but oh gosh..the prices are insanely too high.

Fresh ingredients people post. I walked off the street and know this? Parker Fram Rd. The fries were under cooked, soft, very salty. The brown paper bag was very visible with grease from the fries. The burgers were okay just a burger. The fries I would not turn off the street for. For the price $20.08 (two burgers fries and one drink). You don't know until you try? Wilmington NC read more

Food was okay. It was hot and fresh. However not offering a kids meal. A burger for child should not cost 7 bucks. A linch for 1 adults and child over 30 bucks what a rip off. Happy to say we will never be back. read more
