Let's summarize: - Filthy tables. No one cleaning them and place is literally two customers. - One marker in 5 cups to write an order. Good thing for kids broken mini pieces of crayon. - 4 to maybe5 people behind the counter and each sandwich comes out several 8 min apart. -wrap was definitely old spinach dry wrap, egg was not hot. Warm at best. - Kids meal comes with random loose m&ms in a tiny cup. Screams healthy. Not even an option. - Shake was decent hence the star. Otherwise one star experience. Tables were filthy, had to clean my own. Handwritten note at order counter"no tomatoes or pickles" who has a sandwich shop with no tomatoes. Lady in front of me complained. Typically, I love Which Wich, but this location is disappointing at best. Wrong orders, slow service, pitiful amount of ingredients. We still go back over so often and understand that maybe we caught employees on an off day, and we are all humans. However, given our recent experience, we won't be back. A few days ago, we tried to use a coupon from the 2025 Attractions book (expires 12/31/25) and were told they no longer accept them. The cashier said they had a new owner and would not be taking them anymore. They also have coupons in the 2026 Attractions book that just came out that expire 12/31/26. Seems like bad business to not honor new/existing coupons. Given all the issues and now poor customer relations/marketing, we won't be back. It's clear this branch doesn't want to be up to the standards of other Which Wichs. Maybe they saved a few bucks, but will be losing my family as a customer. read more

The bread was moldy. The floors weren't cleaned, and residue was left over on seats from previous customers. I was really disappointed with this branch, being that it seemed that management would make excuses rather than remedy any issues. read more

Awful experience. We arrived at 7:15 with chairs up. Asked if they were open and was told they closed at 8pm. We finally got our sandwiches at 7:40. Two employees, one was cleaning to close shop and the other making our food. Once we got our sandwiches and started eating the cleaning employee approached us. Told us the lobby was closed and asked us to leave. If they didn't want our business or to dine in, it should have been stated when we entered not while eating. As much as we love their food, the other options in town will have to do. Boo, unfortunate customer service. read more

I love which wich, I normally get the ultimate BLT but also create my own here & there. I prefer this over every other corporate sub shop. I probably come in once a month and each time it has been worse & worse. I'm hoping it'll turn around because the product is very good normally. Today the tables were all dirty & the music was unbelievably loud. Just not a place you would want to stay & eat at. The staff is always very friendly and today while the sandwich tasted good was very sloppy & wasn't cut. It was just very hard to eat & so I took the rest home and it ended up so soggy. Great experience here today! This sandwich spot is in the Point at Barclay where there are tons of food options. If you're looking for something warm and tasty, run on in here. There's tons of parking and a number of indoor and outdoor tables. Once inside, you order by selecting what you want on a brown paper form that you then give to the cashier. While I was there, they were slammed with a ton of online/app orders. Even in the middle of lunch rush, the staff was very pleasant, and my food came out hot and accurate quickly. The reuben sandwich was very tasty full of meat and cheese. I also ordered the philly cheesesteak for dinner later and it smells delicious! read more

Me and my wife came here after leaving the movies just to check the place out and were blow away with the sandwiches we had. We both ordered the "Club Wich" and I'm glad I ordered a regular size because I only could eat half of it with how big the sandwich was. The people who were working today (8/11/22 around 2:40pm-3:25pm) were great as well with there customer service skills. This was our family's first visit to a Which Wich and we loved it! The bag system of ordering let the teens be in charge of their own order which they enjoyed. My son inhaled his meatball sub and my daughter was happy with her custom built sandwich. My husband got the gyro and it looked delicious. Pita was soft and full of meat and toppings. I had the Italian and l loved it. Was close to a childhood memory of favorite sub shop, so that was a plus. read more

However, I would've placed the egg inside the wrap center than underly under the wrap. Other than that the food was very good and fresh. The place was very clean. I have eaten at this location several times and my salads are always great! Haven't had a sandwich because I don't eat bread, but everyone I've eaten with has enjoyed their sandwiches. Love that I can get a vegan meal very quickly and easily, and the salad is large enough to satisfy without chips, etc. Would give them a five start review if there were just a few more non-salted condiment veggie options. And their rewards app is awesome! I don't eat out that much, but have already earned two free meals here. read more
