Came in and there was a long line, I chose to wait patiently so waiting was no problem. However, I do have a problem with after having waited over 10 minutes to place the order someone long after me comes in places an order and receives their food before me is offered two free sub coupons for his wait. When I inquired about this they had to huddle and discuss I before coming to address it. Then lied and said he placed an online order and it was over his wait time. Funny thing he ordered at the counter and why would he need to pay if he ordered online. She told him he could use the coupons today if he liked, he seemed very surprised to get his food free. I don't appreciate the lady with the tattoo on her face picking and choosing who it is ok to wait and the lead who came over who lied after they huddle to get a story together. Do better! read more

hard day and didn't want to cook, got my mind set on a jersey mikes sandwich and ordered online about an hour and a half before closing. takes about 30min to get there, park, go in etc and pick up my order. names on the sandwich ticket and it has my exact order of a turkey and provolone add pickles, mikes way but no oil or vinegar today and rosemary bread. I get home and get ready to eat and notice the bag is now soaking through, shouldn't be anything really wet on it, so I unwrap it and see a ham sandwich on white, no cheese and no other topping except banana peppers and it's drenched. only 30min to close at this point, not enough time to go back and not really looking forward to the very end of the topping bins if I did. so I go online again to my order and click that I received the wrong item, describe in detail, like I'm doing here, what happened. it then says it will be reviewed. it's been two days, still no sandwich, no apology, no coupon, nothing. but I still have an uneaten ham and pepper sandwich in my fridge if anyone wants it... read more

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. Most likely would not go back. The sandwich was ok, nothing special for the amount of money they want to charge. They are very overpriced for a skimpy sandwich that is supposed to be a giant size. Mostly bread. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is my go to place when I'm in the mood for a good hoagie, which is all the times. Every time I go there, no matter what time of day, I'm always greeted with a smile. I always order sandwich # 31 (California Chicken Cheese Steak Sandwich). To me this is an awesome hoagie. They have other great tasting sandwiches, but 31 is the one for me. Just left Jersey Mike's here during lunchtime, very busy. The staff was efficient and friendly. I have a real question about some of the poor reviews left here. Imagine yourself standing behind the counter with a line and people staring at you. A door Dash driver came in and didn't speak English. The young girl told him a red bag of Doritos and a blue Gatorade so he went and picked up a blue bag of lays potato chips, twice. A customer in line pointed him towards the cooler and gave him a Gatorade. Just shaking my head. If you were never in the service industry, you won't understand. I paid alot of money for my food only to get home and see that they put stuff on my sandwich that i told them not too. I heard a lot about Jersey Mike's before moving to Leland and when I saw we had one locally I couldn't wait to try them out. I ordered a chicken parm and my wife had a bacon ranch cheesesteak. I ve got to say, we sure got a lot of bread in our sandwiches! The "giant" chicken parm was about 15" long. Too bad there me wasn't a whole lot of food inside . There were several 1" chunks of chicken breast, some melted cheese and a couple of spoonfuls of sauce. You had to look for the contents. It wasn't a generous portion. The bacon ranch cheesesteak was ground dark meet chicken . The bacon was slightly over cooked and added to the overly salted flavor of the sandwich. We felt that we paid $24 for a lot of bread with a small helping of leftovers. The quality was poor. The portions were small, and the prices were high. That translates to low value for consumers and high profits for Mike's. SORELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! read more

So I stopped by to get a hoagie and decided to try a different sandwich, not my usual (#31 - California Chicken Steak Sandwich). I had the Tuna Sandwich instead with Swizz​, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and lite onions...it was delicious! The tuna portion was just right and it didn't have a huge amount of celery or onions​ (if any) like in some other places. The bread was fresh and soft. Overall​, this sandwich (although not my preferred) was above average and I wouldn't hesitate to order it again. I know there are other sandwich places I can go to, but for me,​ Jersey Mike's is THE place for a good hoagie. This place is always clean and it doesn't smell like some other places I've been too. The staff treats you with respect and are always friendly. All in all, Jersey Mike's in Leland is MY go-to​ sandwich place. I hope you try it out for yourself! read more

Coming from someone who worked at a Jersey Mike's not too long ago, this place is sad. I ordered two sandwiches, one with extra bacon that I paid for. Both the sandwiches are wrong and there's no bacon. They gave me the wrong chips, but it is possible they ran out of the ones I asked for. Whoever made these were not paying attention to the ticket. They also forgot to label the sandwiches which is what we learn on the FIRST DAY. do better. read more

I usually really like Jersey Mike's. However tonight was a horrible experience. Horrible customer service. So I originally order a steak and cheese with only mushrooms. I get all the way home to realize it has peppers and onions. Ok no big deal, I will just go back and get another one. I work in the food industry, so I completely understand that it happens and I'm never the one to complain or give a hard time because I work in the industry I totally get it. So I go back and they tell me they only have wheat bread and some parmesan kind. I don't like either one of those, but like I said I am never one to complain or give a hard time. So I tell the kid I'll take wheat. So I get my sandwich and go home. Well I open my sandwich and it is the parmesan bread!!! So I call them and spoke to a "manager" Nick and or Riley. I spoke to them both. However they tell me that if i bring the sandwich back....for the 2nd time he will make me another one. It was absolutely horrible customer service. So you mean to tell me that if I drive back there for the 2nd time you will only make my sandwich again...no refund, not a lousy free bag of chips, not a discount....nothing!! I will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive the extra distance and go to the Jersey Mike's in Porters Neck. At least I know Rob cares about his customers and trains his "managers" the right way. read more

I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time a few weeks ago. I wouldn't agree that it is the best bread on the planet as stated previously, but it is okay. Just an average sub really, I think any Subway sandwich is just as good most likely. The sandwiches here are much bigger, but I prefer the larger selection of toppings at Subway. In a pinch this is okay, but I would never go out of my way to go here. read more

I believe you can tell the freshness in every bite you take, you can see the meat and cheese sliced right before your eyes. The bread just tastes much better than places like Subway and Quiznos. this place needs a board of health review!! i've been in there a few times and noticed a few disturbing things: 1-they toss excess items back into the bins after it falls off sandwiches-2-they prepare sandwiches on the counter without putting down the sandwich paper-3-they wipe down the counters and use the same rag to wipe off the cutting knife- this could be a serious health hazard!!!!! not worth the risk :( read more
