I was so excited when they announced one would be coming to Leland. I have never been not one time when I had a good experience. They are always out of product that you order (with a grocery store 2 minutes away) or either the frosty machine is broken. One day I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes to place an order to find out the machine was broken again. I don't know if it is management or the help but the owner needs to step in. Well, against my better judgment, I decided to try Wendy's again. I shouldn't have. Just wanted a small combo meal after grocery shopping. I was the third car in line and it took forever waiting to pick up an online order, and it took FOR-EVER. Eventually pulled into a parking slot, ran in to pick up my food, and (obviously) the whole meal was cold. I'm done. You'll never see another review from me, from this Wendy's location. read more

Drive thru wait ridiculously too long. Order inaccuracies common. Sometimes friendly service but most times not. What's even worse, is this terrible service is occurring when prices are at their highest. If Wendy's is considering closing many locations this is definitely a candidate in my opinion. This location should be a premier location and a leading 'go to' fast food restaurant with all the growth going on in this area. Good luck in the future. read more

0 stars!!!! This is the second and last time I will set foot in this restaurant. Stood at the front waiting to place my order after 5 mins I finally was told I had to order from the self checkout kiosks. 2 out of 3 were broken. One person was in front of us and it took them 10 minutes to place the order because the touch screen was unresponsive. I was irritated on why they took so long to order for two until it was our turn. Don't even bother unless you want to order the food as is and not customize. Well I have 3 kids and they wanted to customize. Ugh! Well 15 mins later we ordered. The food came out looking like dog food and $38 for burgers and fries with no drinks. If you like waiting for lousy service and mediocre food, this is the place for you. You can wait in a nearly-empty drive-thru for twenty minutes as they whip up a simple order, being generally inattentive and dismissive at best, only to receive room temperature food that in no way matches your order. In three years, no one in my household ever saw them get an order right. I don't mean a simple mistake, like adding the wrong condiment or leaving the pickles on. I mean you order chicken, and get beef. I once had to wait ten minutes for a bottle of water in the middle of a heatwave. That was the only thing I ordered. read more

They ALWAYS have a problem. Last time they were only cash, and they didn't have the proper signage up, and I was the one that got reprimanded for not having correct payment. This time, they took my order and charged me for items that were not even IN STOCK. Not to mention the wait times are always terrible at this location. I have waited at the order microphone for 10+ minutes while they have "a shift change" several times. This place just has nothing but bad service honestly. Ordered a #8 through the drive-thru. (English Muffin, sausage & egg). "We don't have biscuits." The sign says English muffin. Wait and wait behind one car at the pickup window. Finally, we're at the window. Pay for our order. Employee: "There's no eggs. You want a refund?" Asks for the credit card. "No, you paid cash." "Here you go." This was our first time and last time at this location. No one working front counter, had to use Kiosk. No receipt. Dirty tables & floor. No Syrup in soda machine for Doctor Pepper. This place might take awhile in the evening because they don't have many employees, BUT the ladies that work here are absolutely amazing and so nice!! This morning the lady at the drive thru absolutely made my daughters whole morning by giving her a cookie and a toy even though I didn't order any kids food. My food has ALWAYS been on point too so I never mind waiting a little bit for it. read more

This restaurant is convenient, right off of I 17 and located near Brunswick Forest. The staff is friendly and work hard to get your order right. The couple of times we have been here, the hold up has been customers. They add to the order at the window and aren't familiar with the menu. I had to look up the menu up online in order to see it before getting to the order board. It would help to have the menu posted before you have to order. read more

The food is always good but we were the only ones in the drive through and it took us 35 minutes to get our food. Everyone was just standing around and a girl was on her phone right in front of the window with our food in bags next to her and just stood there not giving us the food. Out of ice for a week. Machine still broken and not 1 lazy ass manager or employee will go to the store next door for bags of ice to compensate until it gets fixed. I would understand more if it was an older store but a brand new one is ridiculous. Managers should be fired. read more
