we stopped for a late dinner after visiting my MIL in the hospital. There were 4 guys working in there acting crazy over some girls. They ended up leaving and following the girls to the parking lot. The staff were in pants that were sagging showing their underwear and grabbing their crotch. It was disgusting. There was one guy in the back that was doing everything. Thankfully he was the one that made our food or we would have left. The cashier was yelling at the guys. Very unprofessional. I will never stop there again. I would give it zero stars if I had that option. read more

Traffic piled up waiting for food. 15 min in had to leave. Dude at the window looks like he's sweating in the food. Gross

Friendly and fast service. Always love my bojangles meal when I come here. Yummy biscuits & chicken read more

Bojangles - Bojo - Fast Food Near Me - Leland, North Carolina

See all

Went in with an entire college basketball team and the staff handled the crowd really well. My food was pretty good for a Bojangles and the place was clean and tidy. If I'm ever back around I'd stop by again read more

If I could give them 0 Stars I would, went at 7:45 pm after taking my kids trick or treating for something to eat for dinner and this place is HORRIBLE, waited 15 minutes at the window rhen they pulled me up to wait another 20 minutes for some tenders. Finally they brought my food out and half my order was missing, I told them I was missing my 3 piece chicken meal and the guy stated oh sorry we are out of chicken, so I was like I payed for it so I want my food they said it will be another 20-30 minutes , then I checked my food again and the fries were cold and old , please I payed almost 60 dollars and got nasty food!!! Come on this place is HORRIBLE WILL NEVER RETURN! Plus they DO NOT WEAR GLOVES AND TOUCHING THEIR HAIR AND STUFF AND MAKING FOOD, this place needs help and as I can see a BETTER LEADER!!! read more

Bojangles - All the food on the heat shoots in containers !!! Unbelievable - Fast Food Near Me - Leland, North Carolina

We usually love our Bojangles. This is what my granddaughter received when I just ordered her a Cajun Filet Chicken biscuit combo. The fries and tea were fine but the chicken biscuit was not cooked thoroughly!!! I'm very disappointed and my granddaughter is grossed out. read more

Bojangles - hand holding a sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Leland, North Carolina

After several times to this location I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO. Biscuits are hard on the bottom - like crackers. Had a 2pc chicken breast dinner - not edible. It wasn't even cooked - the batter was wet on the inside. This USED TO BE an okay BoJ - but I will NEVER GO BACK. If you want decent biscuits Hardees next door is routinely good. Even McD's is far better than crapola. Whomever owns this craphole of an establishment should be fired as a franchiser or as a manager of a company store. Disgusting food and piss poor quality control. read more

Order was placed at 711pm and it is now 754 pm and I am still waiting. This place is a dumpster fire. I would recommend closing and retraining. DO NOT GO HERE read more

It's honestly just annoying, it's really not that hard to fully fill up the fries, every single time I've ordered a large fry It's been filled up a quarter of the way and they never get anything right, when I call and ask them about it they just laugh and hang up. It would be foolish to expect common decency from anyone in the fast food business anymore. read more

I've never been to a Bojangles and something not be wrong. They're either out of something, wrong order, food is not good, whatever. Something is always wrong. I e never been to a Bojangles and been completely satisfied. I can't thing of any other restaurant chain that I can say that about. read more

Getting breakfast at 7am you would think it would be fresh. Our biscuits were all hard as rocks, cheese was hard on edges being over heated under lamp. Does anyone care about what they serve to a customer anymore? We pay more and get so much less. Very disappointing read more

Paid over $10 for a chicken strip meal. I wouldn't have fed this to my dog. Everything was old & dried up. Being it was lunch time (12:00) I'm not sure how it could have been old already unless they cooked it in the morning. I have had the same issue at other stores and have just decided that Bojangles doesn't really care how their customers. I will not be a returning customer. read more

The worst Bojangles I've ever had. After waiting 20 min we were expecting fresh chicken but instead it was old and dry especially the breast, like it was sitting there day. Same goes for the dirty rice and biscuits...dry and terrible. We were in a rush and couldn't wait for them to remake it but please save your money and DO NOT EAT HERE! Also, kitchen staff needs hair nets..long hair was everywhere and I have no idea why the manager didn't say anything. If I could give 0 stars..i would! read more

Seems like they don't have enough employees. You have to wait before taking your order, not good for a fast food place. They're missing a couple of side orders like coleslaw and green beans. There is no discount for seniors. read more

never been to Bojangles that tell you you can't order more than 2 biscuits at a time at the window. She has intentionally made me wait when every vehicle that came throw the drive through got their order right away. I only ordered 7 every other Bojangles cranks them out quick. I guess next time I'll just lap the building and order 1 at the time I have sat for 30 minutes I will report to corporate gives them a bad name read more

We paid for 2 meals but only got 1 chicken supreme, food was "okay" though and was pretty fast.

They literally just give u what they want, I asked for fries and got Bo'rounds. Not the first time it's happened.

I now know why the parking lot is always empty. Green beans were so salty I could not eat them, the fries were no better. I like the seasoning they use but this was pure salt. Chicken was dried up so I assume it had been sitting under a heat lamp quite a while. I was the only cistomer and they forgot the condiments I requested. I always loved Bojangles but I will go across the street to KFC from now on. read more

The food was up to par. However, as an owner, I would be ashamed. The lady taking our order was rude. That's pretty typical at Bojangles now. The situation that pushed me to make this review is this; the lady assembling the food, the "ready to eat" food, was completely out of compliance. She did not have a hair restraint, had a smart watch on, was chewing gum, and had fake fingernails long enough to pick her brain out. Absolutely disgusting and out of compliance by any food standards. read more

I haven't had good service here the last 3 times. The drivethru is always ridiculous and the person taking orders is usually rude. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a different location from now on. read more

Rarely go to Bojangles, after today Will Never go to this location again. Terrible service, workers not working, young lady taking our order couldn't careless about her job, very lazy. Other workers goofing off, rude to customers ahead of us. read more

Decided after my 2nd time here, I won't go back. First time; my order was cold and wrong, but was still charged. (Asked for cheese on my Cajun biscuit, and it did not have it.) The biscuit also fell apart in my lap and had to eat the bread separately. Second time; my Cajun chicken biscuit was over cooked and cold once again. The service was not paying attention, just handed the food out the window didn't say "hey" or "have a good day." Very unsatisfied :( read more

If I could put negative stars I would. We stopped by on our way home from shopping and if we weren't hungry we would of went back in and complained. The food took around 20 mins to be prepared. When we walked in it was dead and the parking lot too, and now I see why. A young man came up to us at the counter and I had to ask him how he was doing, not the other way around. Then we said give us a couple of mins and he pulled out his phone and said that's okay I get paid by the hour anyways. We ordered, waited 20 mins and my boyfriend even said "at least we know it will be fresh since they aren't busy". When we got our food we had to ask for the condiments we asked for and they were literally thrown at my boyfriend with a comment from the young lady "I was wondering why you had that look on your face like that" well because it was mustard and you threw them at me ma'am. Our food, It wasn't fresh. Fries were hard as a rock and over seasoned to hide that fact. My supremes were the same way. I'm pretty positive they were over the 4 hour time limit to hold food. Really surprised the health score was 95 and think the manager of this restaurant must know someone who works for the health department. Horrible Bojangles experience. Will never go here again. And I don't think you should either if this is how it is whenever they aren't even busy. read more

Bojangles - Most unorganized service experienced in a long time. Little communication and nothing on hand when ordered - Fast Food Near Me - Leland, North Carolina

This place was awful. The mashed potatoes looked like they came out of someone. It filled my belly and I loved my server so that's why I give two stars. read more

This will be e last time we go to this Bojangles. My husband and I went through the drive through around 9am and it took a ridiculously long time for us to get to the window. When we finally did, the girl at the window barely looked at us, said nothing about our wait, and had her head turned and dropped all of our change out the window with no comment. Not to mention my drink was wrong. This place definitely seems to need new management. read more

Great place to eat some chicken. Never had it before, but I was able to just enjoy my self with the great food.

I don't know what this Hoebangaloes does different but they do it right. Out of all the locations near me, and granted this one is a good drive across the bridge, it's worth it. I've never had anything old, cold, dry, or bad from this BJ.. read more
