If I could give them 0 Stars I would, went at 7:45 pm after taking my kids trick or treating for something to eat for dinner and this place is HORRIBLE, waited 15 minutes at the window rhen they pulled me up to wait another 20 minutes for some tenders. Finally they brought my food out and half my order was missing, I told them I was missing my 3 piece chicken meal and the guy stated oh sorry we are out of chicken, so I was like I payed for it so I want my food they said it will be another 20-30 minutes , then I checked my food again and the fries were cold and old , please I payed almost 60 dollars and got nasty food!!! After several times to this location I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO. Biscuits are hard on the bottom - like crackers. Had a 2pc chicken breast dinner - not edible. It wasn't even cooked - the batter was wet on the inside. This USED TO BE an okay BoJ - but I will NEVER GO BACK. If you want decent biscuits Hardees next door is routinely good. Even McD's is far better than crapola. Whomever owns this craphole of an establishment should be fired as a franchiser or as a manager of a company store. It's honestly just annoying, it's really not that hard to fully fill up the fries, every single time I've ordered a large fry It's been filled up a quarter of the way and they never get anything right, when I call and ask them about it they just laugh and hang up. We usually love our Bojangles. This is what my granddaughter received when I just ordered her a Cajun Filet Chicken biscuit combo. The fries and tea were fine but the chicken biscuit was not cooked thoroughly!!! I'm very disappointed and my granddaughter is grossed out. read more

Paid over $10 for a chicken strip meal. I wouldn't have fed this to my dog. Everything was old & dried up. Being it was lunch time (12:00) I'm not sure how it could have been old already unless they cooked it in the morning. The worst Bojangles I've ever had. After waiting 20 min we were expecting fresh chicken but instead it was old and dry especially the breast, like it was sitting there day. Same goes for the dirty rice and biscuits...dry and terrible. We were in a rush and couldn't wait for them to remake it but please save your money and DO NOT EAT HERE! She has intentionally made me wait when every vehicle that came throw the drive through got their order right away. I only ordered 7 every other Bojangles cranks them out quick. Seems like they don't have enough employees. You have to wait before taking your order, not good for a fast food place. They're missing a couple of side orders like coleslaw and green beans. There is no discount for seniors. read more

I now know why the parking lot is always empty. Green beans were so salty I could not eat them, the fries were no better. I like the seasoning they use but this was pure salt. Chicken was dried up so I assume it had been sitting under a heat lamp quite a while. I was the only cistomer and they forgot the condiments I requested. The food was up to par. However, as an owner, I would be ashamed. The lady taking our order was rude. That's pretty typical at Bojangles now. The situation that pushed me to make this review is this; the lady assembling the food, the "ready to eat" food, was completely out of compliance. She did not have a hair restraint, had a smart watch on, was chewing gum, and had fake fingernails long enough to pick her brain out. If I could put negative stars I would. We stopped by on our way home from shopping and if we weren't hungry we would of went back in and complained. The food took around 20 mins to be prepared. When we walked in it was dead and the parking lot too, and now I see why. A young man came up to us at the counter and I had to ask him how he was doing, not the other way around. Then we said give us a couple of mins and he pulled out his phone and said that's okay I get paid by the hour anyways. We ordered, waited 20 mins and my boyfriend even said "at least we know it will be fresh since they aren't busy". When we got our food we had to ask for the condiments we asked for and they were literally thrown at my boyfriend with a comment from the young lady "I was wondering why you had that look on your face like that" well because it was mustard and you threw them at me ma'am. Our food, It wasn't fresh. Fries were hard as a rock and over seasoned to hide that fact. My supremes were the same way. I'm pretty positive they were over the 4 hour time limit to hold food. Really surprised the health score was 95 and think the manager of this restaurant must know someone who works for the health department. Horrible Bojangles experience. Will never go here again. Decided after my 2nd time here, I won't go back. First time; my order was cold and wrong, but was still charged. (Asked for cheese on my Cajun biscuit, and it did not have it.) The biscuit also fell apart in my lap and had to eat the bread separately. Second time; my Cajun chicken biscuit was over cooked and cold once again. This will be e last time we go to this Bojangles. My husband and I went through the drive through around 9am and it took a ridiculously long time for us to get to the window. When we finally did, the girl at the window barely looked at us, said nothing about our wait, and had her head turned and dropped all of our change out the window with no comment.
