I do go to ARBY'S frequently because their food is usually served fresh and it's usually tasty. The service is always good and their restaurants are well kept and clean. I went to ARBY'S today to get the highly advertised " Kings Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon sandwich" for me and my brother. WE WERE VERY DISSAPOINTED ! ARBY'S should be charged with false advertising ! ! ! This sandwich is a mix of regular bacon and "some" brown sugar bacon. I was so dissatisfied with the taste of this sandwich that I called the restaurant manager. He explained that this sand- wich does not consist of all brown sugar bacon. WHAT ! ! ! THAT FACT IS NEVER MENTIONED IN THEIR ADVERTISING ! Long story short...I had disappointing BLT sandwich. People need to know that ARBY'S new Bacon brown sugar sandwich has regular bacon on it too. The last few times I came to Arbys thru the drivethru at night, I am told they are out of beef. So I order something else and directed to pull around to the parking lot and wait for them to cook the food and someone will bring it out. Each time, no one behind me on line. Usually the wait is about 10 mins. But tonight was ridiculous. I paid for my food at 11:27 pm, told it would take 6 mins for my chicken sandwich and wait in parking lot. At 11:50 pm I was still waiting and there were 4 other cars online next to me waiting as well. She carried everyone elses order when she came out so she didnt have to keep walking out and going back in and my fries were cold! Whoever is managing, is doing a bad job! read more

I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about this location. It's almost never busy , and yes they take their time, but they have never gotten my order wrong yet. Always tastes delicious. Is always hot! I think sometimes if customers left the chip that's on their shoulders out of the transactions, they'd have far better experiences. My husband and I come here fairly often and every time we stop in the staff is the friendliest I've experienced at a drive thru in a long time. The food is consistent and fairly quick wait time. We've only had one experience where we were waiting very long for our food, and the employee that helped us gave us an extra set of fries and another sandwich for free. Zero! Visit out local arby's on 22 March as I do frequently on a Friday night. Purchased a couple of Roast Beef sandwiches. Went home and enjoyed them. At least till 10 pm. Then I was hit with the worst case of food poisoning. This diagnosis is well documented by professional medical personnel and exact timing of my meal. 36 hours later and I still feel the effects. I know this location has had a big staff turnover but they have a responsibility to the public. Maybe it's time for a health Department visit? I will be contacting them and Army's corporate offices. This location is one hot mess! The tables and floors were filthy! There were no straws, napkins, salt, pepper, condiments etc and the entire station was filthy! Literally the worst Arby's I've ever been too.. asked for a number 4 meal and some mozzerlla sticks .. and they proceeded to try and charge me more by breaking down the meal and yelling in the background it's the same price .. but it's not. Then I asked for a medium instead of a small... well they gave me a small size and really old (cold and hard) fries in medium sized boxes to be rude and didn't give me sauce for my mozzarella sticks either . update.. they also gave me the wrong gyro .. and wrapped old fries into my gyro to be mean.. super rude and spiteful and don't listen to their customers And I even apologized for requesting the meal and it not broken down.. when I asked for the meal in the first place and tried to be super nice the whole time.. so there was no reason to go that far out of their way to be mean / spiteful to a customer like that. read more

Arby's has very good sandwiches, and I particularly like the Mocha milkshakes -- too bad I couldn't get one tonight. This Arby's is measurably the worst one I've ever been in. The unfortunate folks ahead of me waited and waited, then their order was shorted, The two ladies up front were lethargic, unkempt, and wholly unmotivated to do anything except lurch around while customers waited and the store stayed dirty. Not the droids I was looking for... Love the jamoca shake at Arbys. Or used to. Now it's over-sweet. Did the drive-through. Menu clearly indicated large jamoca shake at $1.89. Nope. They charged me like $3.29 for that, said $1.89 was the small shake. Fail. (not what the drive-thru menu showed) Had to change it at the register at the drive-through window. Servant had to call manager. Manager had to make the change. Keystone Kops for sure. Roast beef sandwich. Roast beef. Bread. $3.99. No mayo, no horsey sauce, just roast beef. bread. I used to like Arby's. But to get anything remotely appetizing you have to order from the $7.99 menu. Or else you get - wait for it - roast beef. bread. Well, that was my once-a-year to Arby's. This is a very well-run and managed Arby's restaurant. It's always clean. I go here regularly and they always deliver kind, fast, quality, professional service. The workers here are nice and there are a variety of people there. It's not just an all white, all black, all latino, all ect staff. They are very welcoming of all types of people and they all do a great job. They greet and serve everyone the same. With smiles and accurate service. I've had two times over the past few years where there was a mistake with my order like fries missing, but they always corrected it quickly and sometimes even threw in extra fries for free. They don't cut corners here. They care about quality and making sure you leave with what you ordered. They almost always try to give fresh, hot fries and they fill the drinks up to the top without skimping on anything. Even when some of the workers have had a long, busy day, they are still very polite and try to make your visit enjoyable. The employees on the intercom taking orders always listen carefully and let you speak, instead of trying to rush you through. Whether at the drive-thru or inside, the staff cares about your experience and they always try to give you the best service. I wish more restaurants around the area were like this Arby's. Especially the nearby Mcdonalds... read more

Oh my gosh I wish you could hear what I'm hearing right now. First of all there's no music for background music and all you can hear are the employees playing around yelling, screaming, laughing so loud that I can't even think. Are used to own restaurant so I know how hard it is to get good employees but they obviously have no respect for the customers or their managers because the managers have no control over them obviously. After placing my carry out order I watched the next 5 customers in line get their food while I waited, several orders were larger than mine. After 15 minutes of this I finally got someone's attention and asked for my money back. Manager came to register, made no comments, even when I asked what happened to my order. This location is very clean. Rating of 99 is hard to find in this area so I was hopeful. First time we visited, we tried the new bacon sandwiches and found them hearty and tasty. Fries are plentiful and onion rings are very big. We have been back twice since and although the amount of food remains plentiful, the quality has declined. How do you not get a hot sandwich when it is coming right from the person assembling it? How do you get an "eat in" when all the receipts reflect "To Go". I think the final straw that broke this dinners back was bagging my own food when we told them it was supposed to be to go. Done. No need to return. read more

Every time I come in all of the staff is extremely nice except this one older lady I never seem to get her name she just seems to be bagging food but she always gives her employees attitude and seems to just stand there and boss people around.
