This location is great when I'm getting off from my part time gig. The app is super helpful so I can order my food and get right on the highway. I will say it's a bit inconvenient when it comes to the pick up order process. If there is a line of people ordering normally you have to wait to get the order as the pick up stand is behind the counter. Also, none of the workers really speak here or properly tell you to "give me just a moment" so sometimes I do feel as though I'm interrupting by simply picking up my order. Lastly, I'd love it if they had extended hours as it's the only semi healthy spot in the area located near a bunch of warehouses! I stopped into this subway instead of using the drive thru so I could make a quick bathroom break stop AND get something to eat for my roadtrip. When I walked in, I went straight for the bathroom (Having been driving for hours) but it was locked so I assumed you needed a key for it. I decided to go ahead and order my sandwich before asking so the lady helping me would know I wasn't just using their restroom and dashing, but I was a paying customer. As she's finishing my order, another employee comes out of the bathroom and immediately confronts me at the register about how I need to learn how to knock first instead of rudely assuming no one is in the bathroom. To be clear, I definitely assumed it was open - there were no cars, no one in the store, and it's 10:30am. And again; I assumed it was like any number of places that require you to have a key to unlock them... either way; it's crazy terrible customer service to speak to anyone the way that woman with the short hair and glasses spoke to me. She could've chosen a dozen more professional and/or kind ways to let me know the bathroom was now free. And I would've apologized had I even known someone was in it. I did not. Im glad my local subways are way better staffed with much kinder people. The woman ringing me up was nice. But I chose to tip less than I originally planned based on that awful interaction. I placed an order on the Subway app. When I went to check and make sure my order was going to be ready on time I received a notification that there was an issue processing my order but there sure was not an issue taking the money from my bank. Unless you want to be ripped off or support crooks I recommend going elsewhere!!! I only gave a star because yelp makes you give at least 1 star. read more

Made a stop here today for lunch on our drive back to Louisville. This location is easy to get to from 65. The parking lot is nice sized & they have a drive thru. We decided to get out of the car & eat inside. I could not get over how well all their employees worked together & how friendly they were! They had packages of their cookies on the counter & we got a free one with our purchase. I figured they would not be soft but the free cookie was just as delicious as the ones I've paid for in the past. While walking thru all ingredients looked tasty. My boyfriend both enjoyed our subs. Good friendly service, clean location, ample parking, drive through. I had the sub of the day a 12 inch tuna ($6) on Italian herb cheese bread, it was delicious. I ordered a chicken Caesar protein bowl from Doordash. Deliver was great but the food wasn't worth the money or eating. There was a barely any dressing - not enough to cover the chicken, tomato's, cucumbers and olives. No lettuce or anything else. Maybe a teaspoon of dressing to eat what's basically a salad. Will not be ordering from here again. I ate very little of my dry salad, making a waste of food, the delivery drivers times and the plastic it came in. read more
