Definitely don't order food from this Taco Bell. I ordered a chili cheese burrito with extra cheese and chili cheese fries with extra cheese. Opened my bag and to my surprise I was given two flour tortilla's with a handful of cheese tossed in. No fries, no chili, just cheese. Would have been better off ordering a handful of lettuce and risking getting sick. read more

Taco Bell - My chili cheese burrito with no chili. LOL - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Indiana

It was amazing!!!!! the person who gave us. Our food was very nice and even gave me a thumbs up after I complimented the way that he gave us our food five out of five stars would go again!!!! and just so you know guys I am not a bot. I am just very happy with my service. This is my first Yelp review. read more

Food was very good, service was fine...unisex bathroom was kind of gross. Good location just off of I65 south.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service and wrong orders. Stay away unless you have 30 extra minutes

Took forever to order and the food was thrown together. They had two at the register when one could be helping prepare food. They were just joking around read more

Food was awful. 2 Gordita's and 2 tacos had to be thrown away. The meat tasted like some chemical was in it. Waste of money.

Food was fresh, hot and made to order. The workers were friendly and told us to let them know if we needed anything else.

The team got everything right, except we paid extra for supreme with no tomato, and recieved no sour cream or tomato. It's not the worst thing, but it's extra money that was spent for absolutely no reason. Wouldn't recommend going there if you want people to remember what you're paying/ordering for. read more

The food can't complain. There is one man single handily holding down this Taco Bell he is the greatest employee to ever live. The ambience well it's a Taco Bell what more could you expect. read more

Awful food Parking lot could use cosmetic work People working are rude, don't like their job and just ruin your day. Avoid this place. read more

Folks working there were super friendly. They made a mistake with my burrito and didn't try to just pass it off to me, which so many fast food places would have. Instead they dumped it, apologized for the delay, and made a new one. I thought the crew was great and the food was exactly as expected. I have zero complaints. read more

This taco service garbage wors as ever and they make the wrong food. We don't need the meat. They put a meat in a veggie and they make again didn't even put veggie or nothing inside. look like They don't work they see people standing there and they were laughing take some action. Very disappointed, Service read more

I never thought I'd be reviewing a Taco Bell on Yelp, but here I am. I've had many a taco and Mexican pizza from Taco Bell in my day. It's an old reliable. You know it's going to scratch an itch, but what else can you say about it? It's fast food. We were driving through and had to stop to grab a road bite. As we ate our tacos and burritos, I said to my partner, "this sounds weird, but I have to say that this is FRESHEST and BEST Taco Bell I've ever had!" He agreed. I was irritated that he already threw away the receipt because, for the first time in my life, I wanted to compliment them in the "receipt survey." Which leads me to a Yelp review of a TACO BELL. I just had to get a compliment out there! The girl working the drive-thru was very nice. The taco shells were the FRESHEST and most crunchy shells I've ever eaten at a Taco Bell. The tomatoes were cool, the lettuce and cheese finely chopped. The sour cream was perfectly chilled. Even the cinnamon crisps tasted like they were just made and were slightly warm. I still can't get over the fact that I was compelled to write something on Yelp about a Taco Bell, but I just had to. Next time you're cruising down 65 on a trip, listening to murder story podcasts, and need some road food, I'd suggest this place. read more

Don't use the app to order here. If they can't fill your pickup order, they won't bother telling you. You will just stand around forever.

Quesadilla had more cheese on the outside than chicken and cheese combined inside of the it.. the "cantina chicken" that was in it was very dark and dry. Disappointing experience.. read more

If i could give them 0 stars I would. That would be a more accurate rating. I used to go to this taco bell and they were decent, but now, every time i go, they literally make the food horribly. I'm not sure if the employees just are given no training or they are just mentally slow. I order the cheesy bean and rice burrito and the last time i ordered it it legitimately had nothing inside of it expect for a couple beans and a few grains of rice and sour cream. They didn't even put the cheese sauce or jalapeño sauce that it is originally supposed to come with. What a joke. It was literally a tortilla rolled up into a burrito shape. What a waste of my money. I hate this taco bell with a burning passion. Do not go to this taco bell unless you want to eat the shittiest fast food you have ever eaten. I am repulsed and appalled. And i called them to try to make things right and tell them that they don't know how to make cheesy bean and rice burritos and they hung up on my three different times before I could get my words out. When I called the 4th time i informed them that there was nothing inside of the burrito I ordered and the employee started cursing at me and just being a bully. It's not my fault you all don't know how to make burritos. A child could have made a better burrito than that. So please save yourself the time and money and do not go to this taco bell. The employees need to be fired and the store needs to be shut down. In all honesty. Or the employees need to learn human decency and respect and they need to learn how to make a damn burrito. It's not that hard. Here's a pic of the sad ass burrito they gave me. read more

Taco Bell - "Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito" my ass - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Indiana

Some of the best quality Taco Bell I've had! It was very clean inside and food came out quick.

Went here thinking it was going to be fast food service... it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Employees had us take our own order at the kiosks & get our own drinks then just sat there & chatted. The two young girls working the window & the two guys (one was a cook) were standing there discussing how they were being sued or something & there was probably 6+ people in the lobby all questioning why it was taking them so long to make our food. You're literally getting paid to WORK & they were doing everything but work. Quesadillas were also awful, had little black hairs in it, & weren't even worth the 15+ minute wait. You're better off going to Subway across the way LMAO. read more

They always cancel my orders, its been several times that I was waiting after I paid for my food and they cancel.

Sam you are by far the best! Customer service top notch delivered by great service. You made my wife's and I day! Please gives this man a raise!!! Thank you for being awesome to a hard to hear person. read more

Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location ever again! I didn't ask for a refund just only asked them to be more mindful of how they handle food. I'll let the pictures tell the story. By the way there is a hair on the fries if you zoom in. read more

Twice I've ordered from the app and was disappointed. This last time the food was just not right! They forgot one of my items, ran out of Cinnabons and the six I got were legit HARD as rocks like they've been sitting out. The Mexican pizza was supposed to have rice but didn't, it was stale and it looked like they just put it the box and held it sideways. The quesarito only had meat in it and nothing else. I use to work fast food and let me tell you this quality was not tolerated, really sad that it's gone downhill. read more

Tried to "swing through" their drive thru for three soft tacos and two apple empanadas. We must've sat in line waiting for ten minutes! There were only three cars ahead of us, and from the speed of which those cars made it through payment and delivery of their food after ordering, I can only imagine the order taker wasn't letting them order as soon as they pulled up to the speaker. Or something. Geez. Oh, and after all that waiting in line, they only had one apple empanada and I wasn't going to waste any more time here while they made more. Horribly slow Taco Bell. Avoid for sure. read more

I ordered from this location on DoorDash. It took awhile because the dasher said the drive thru line was very long. Despite that, once the food arrived I was mind blown. Hot, correct, and delicious! I thought surely something would be "messed up" to some degree, which would have been understood given the circumstances but NOPE! 11pm on a FRIDAY NIGHT, super busy, and yet the order was perfect. Seriously, kudos everyone! And thank you!! read more

I went to Taco Bell in Lebanon,In, i literally stood at the counter for 8 minutes while the young lady was texting on her phone at the register, i finally asked her if she was going to take my order or continue her texting conversation. she looked at me like i was bothering her. these fast food places need to start implementing some rules for these youngsters, either take care of the customers or go work somewhere else. there is a time and place for cell phones but while working, they should not be allowed. piss poor management is what i call it. the manager needs to make clear and consise rules and instructions for these young employees. read more

This place had weirdly nice decor for a Taco Bell. They also asked me soooo many questions about my order that I've never heard before despite being a Taco Bell connoisseur-- "do you want your crunch wrap extra grilled?" Uh, is it better that way? Maybe that's why it's so slow. They sure do take their fast food seriously in Indiana. read more

do NOT order through the app and pick up. they will definitely miss something on your order. we haven't received our complete order the last few times we've gone to this location. the food that we do end up receiving is mediocre per taco bell standards. the quesadillas have almost nothing in them, tacos are nothing but a mess, drinks are always flat. however! the burritos are always full and good. read more

ordered food and wasn't made correctly this taco bell has gone downhill fast i don't recommend stopping here

This is probably the worst taco bell I have ever been to. No matter what time of day, any day, the service is slow and the cashier cuts you off before you can even finish your order. Sitting in line now, it's been 15 minutes and have moved 2 cars with 3 ahead of me. Absolutely insane. I don't know why I haven't learned and just driven into whitestown to get Taco Bell. Ridiculous. read more

As far as Taco Bell's go, this seemed like a normal encounter. Dined in, and the tables were decently clean, although they could have been better cleaned; but they weren't filthy. The service was fairly decent, polite and quick, and the food was just as good as one would expect at a Taco Bell. The bathrooms were a weak point with only one toilet and poorly maintained. I could only choose from either no water, or scalding hot water, and there was only a weak hand-blow dryer, but a push open door to exit the restroom, which is a big plus for hand hygiene for me personally. Overall, a decent, average TB experience. read more

I've lived close for 15 years love Taco Bell especial this one, very quick, great food, great service my number one trusted Taco Bell.

Understaffed to handle the lunch rush. Friendly staff, but they didn't work well together. Otherwise, it was a standard Taco Bell: food that is tasty but you regret eating afterwards. read more

Best taco bell I've ever had! Quesalupa was crunchy mexican pizza was made perfect. Wish there was a taco bell like this back home

This place is delicious it doesn't always get the order right so that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 it's better that White Castle, Mc Donalds, Arby's, and Wendy's for sure. Taco Bell has great food. I love it. Beat Burger King and Long John Silvers for sure. I highly recommend it. So what are you waiting get off your couch and go have some delicious food at Taco Bell. But look at your food before you bring it home or eat it, because like I said the my don't always get their orders right. But they do have great food. Enough reading go get in your car and get so amazing tacos and burritos and maybe some pizza. And remember ONLY Taco Bell had Mountain Dew Baja Blast so if you like that go to Taco Bell to get that either soda or as a frozen drink. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GO EAT A BURRITO ARE SOMETHING! read more
