Food was fresh, hot and made to order. The workers were friendly and told us to let them know if we needed anything else.

The team got everything right, except we paid extra for supreme with no tomato, and recieved no sour cream or tomato. It's not the worst thing, but it's extra money that was spent for absolutely no reason. Wouldn't recommend going there if you want people to remember what you're paying/ordering for. read more

Folks working there were super friendly. They made a mistake with my burrito and didn't try to just pass it off to me, which so many fast food places would have. Instead they dumped it, apologized for the delay, and made a new one. I thought the crew was great and the food was exactly as expected. I have zero complaints. read more

I never thought I'd be reviewing a Taco Bell on Yelp, but here I am. I've had many a taco and Mexican pizza from Taco Bell in my day. It's an old reliable. You know it's going to scratch an itch, but what else can you say about it? It's fast food. We were driving through and had to stop to grab a road bite. As we ate our tacos and burritos, I said to my partner, "this sounds weird, but I have to say that this is FRESHEST and BEST Taco Bell I've ever had!" He agreed. I was irritated that he already threw away the receipt because, for the first time in my life, I wanted to compliment them in the "receipt survey." Which leads me to a Yelp review of a TACO BELL. I just had to get a compliment out there! The girl working the drive-thru was very nice. The taco shells were the FRESHEST and most crunchy shells I've ever eaten at a Taco Bell. The tomatoes were cool, the lettuce and cheese finely chopped. The sour cream was perfectly chilled. Even the cinnamon crisps tasted like they were just made and were slightly warm. I still can't get over the fact that I was compelled to write something on Yelp about a Taco Bell, but I just had to. Next time you're cruising down 65 on a trip, listening to murder story podcasts, and need some road food, I'd suggest this place. read more

If i could give them 0 stars I would. That would be a more accurate rating. I used to go to this taco bell and they were decent, but now, every time i go, they literally make the food horribly. I'm not sure if the employees just are given no training or they are just mentally slow. I order the cheesy bean and rice burrito and the last time i ordered it it legitimately had nothing inside of it expect for a couple beans and a few grains of rice and sour cream. They didn't even put the cheese sauce or jalapeño sauce that it is originally supposed to come with. What a joke. It was literally a tortilla rolled up into a burrito shape. What a waste of my money. I hate this taco bell with a burning passion. Do not go to this taco bell unless you want to eat the shittiest fast food you have ever eaten. I am repulsed and appalled. And i called them to try to make things right and tell them that they don't know how to make cheesy bean and rice burritos and they hung up on my three different times before I could get my words out. When I called the 4th time i informed them that there was nothing inside of the burrito I ordered and the employee started cursing at me and just being a bully. It's not my fault you all don't know how to make burritos. A child could have made a better burrito than that. So please save yourself the time and money and do not go to this taco bell. The employees need to be fired and the store needs to be shut down. In all honesty. Or the employees need to learn human decency and respect and they need to learn how to make a damn burrito. Some of the best quality Taco Bell I've had! It was very clean inside and food came out quick.

Went here thinking it was going to be fast food service... it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Employees had us take our own order at the kiosks & get our own drinks then just sat there & chatted. The two young girls working the window & the two guys (one was a cook) were standing there discussing how they were being sued or something & there was probably 6+ people in the lobby all questioning why it was taking them so long to make our food. You're literally getting paid to WORK & they were doing everything but work. Quesadillas were also awful, had little black hairs in it, & weren't even worth the 15+ minute wait. You're better off going to Subway across the way LMAO. read more

Twice I've ordered from the app and was disappointed. This last time the food was just not right! They forgot one of my items, ran out of Cinnabons and the six I got were legit HARD as rocks like they've been sitting out. The Mexican pizza was supposed to have rice but didn't, it was stale and it looked like they just put it the box and held it sideways. The quesarito only had meat in it and nothing else. I ordered from this location on DoorDash. It took awhile because the dasher said the drive thru line was very long. Despite that, once the food arrived I was mind blown. Hot, correct, and delicious! I thought surely something would be "messed up" to some degree, which would have been understood given the circumstances but NOPE! 11pm on a FRIDAY NIGHT, super busy, and yet the order was perfect. Tried to "swing through" their drive thru for three soft tacos and two apple empanadas. We must've sat in line waiting for ten minutes! There were only three cars ahead of us, and from the speed of which those cars made it through payment and delivery of their food after ordering, I can only imagine the order taker wasn't letting them order as soon as they pulled up to the speaker. Or something. Geez. Oh, and after all that waiting in line, they only had one apple empanada and I wasn't going to waste any more time here while they made more. Horribly slow Taco Bell. I went to Taco Bell in Lebanon,In, i literally stood at the counter for 8 minutes while the young lady was texting on her phone at the register, i finally asked her if she was going to take my order or continue her texting conversation. she looked at me like i was bothering her. these fast food places need to start implementing some rules for these youngsters, either take care of the customers or go work somewhere else. there is a time and place for cell phones but while working, they should not be allowed. piss poor management is what i call it. the manager needs to make clear and consise rules and instructions for these young employees. read more

As far as Taco Bell's go, this seemed like a normal encounter. Dined in, and the tables were decently clean, although they could have been better cleaned; but they weren't filthy. The service was fairly decent, polite and quick, and the food was just as good as one would expect at a Taco Bell. The bathrooms were a weak point with only one toilet and poorly maintained. I could only choose from either no water, or scalding hot water, and there was only a weak hand-blow dryer, but a push open door to exit the restroom, which is a big plus for hand hygiene for me personally. This place is delicious it doesn't always get the order right so that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 it's better that White Castle, Mc Donalds, Arby's, and Wendy's for sure.
