I feel cheated. Just gross. They messed up my order made no effort to make it right and blamed store policy but I go to different little Caesars everyday and have never had them lie to me and fail so bad.I am disgusted and I would not trust them. I know! Four Stars! It's this location! They have fast service, friendly staff, consistently good and hot pizza. $5 for a Hot n' Ready Pizza is perfect for the kids, me on a movie day or just need a pizza that isn't breaking the budget. I often place my order for sausage pizza, if not immediately available, and still only 8-10 minute wait or less. The lunch special is my favorite for $5.99 for 4 slices of Detroit style deep dish plus a beverage. The Italian Cheese Bread, $4.99, is perfect for a side or lunch. So give this location a try if your location isn't hitting the mark. Stuffed crust, deep, deep dish, or classic crust covers most peoples pizza favs. Need a few sides to go with your pizza, then try the oven roasted wings with BBQ, Buffalo or Garlic Parmesan Caesar sauce. Seem to always forget some part of my order. It's approaching that point of being impressive it's so consistent.

Not my favorite pizza but you can't beat the price, stoped on our way home from soccer with a van full of hungry kids, 4 pizza's for $20 everyone is very happy. Quick service, convenient. Order ahead and use the Kiosk to pick up your pizza, when the store is packed and you walk in and grab your pizza's and go, it's really funny how many people get pissed off. read more

Update: I'm upping my rating from 3 to 4 stars for this location. Their ovens broke temporarily tonight, causing a back up, but the folks in the front and back of the house have been AWESOME. Quick, calm, cheerful, and fabulous. The staff at this location are friendly and efficient, and they make a good hot 'n ready. What more can you ask for? If choosing from the ready made menu or waiting 5 minutes after you place your order doesn't strike your fancy, you can also put your order in online. I like this location for delivering exactly what you expect from Little Caesar's, plus friendliness and efficiency. Nice work y'all! read more

One of my kids favorite place to eat and it is also very cheap when all you gotta get is a cheese pizza. I do love using the portal to get pizza it is fast, easy and convenient. Sometimes when they are busy using the portal is so much fun because it makes people mad that are waiting for their pizza. read more

This place is terrible. Ran by incompetent manager named "havier" ... most likely not even his real name considering when I asked him he had to pause and think about it... "what's your name" .. uhhh (looks up and to the left) "havier" . The problem was I like my pepperoni. Ordered the "extra most bestest" which shows a pizza on the menu covered in pepperoni mind you. I told the cashier.. hey make sure I get the EMB not a classic which clearly shows a pizza with less pepperoni. Informing him last time I was in there and got all the way home. There was like 3 pepperonis on a slice. Why am I paying for extra pepperoni if they aren't putting it on there and told him before I walk out I'm checking. So I waited patiently. Girl up front says my order is ready. Before I go to leave. I open the box... and again hardly a pizza with "extra" pepperoni. I bring it to the guy I ordered from. Hey this isn't extra pepperonis. I tell him to look at the picture then look at my pizza. The girl goes oh that's just a picture. And the guy follows up with. There's pepperonis on top and underneath the cheese. I say ok as long as there's more than what I'm seeing. I get home. Lol under the cheese. Not a single pepperoni hiding under the cheese. Frustrated for wasting my time. I go back. I walk in tell the guy again..yo there is no extra pepperoni on this. I want it remade and I want what I paid for. He goes oh ok Let me get the manager. I show him the pizza. He goes what's the issue. Already coming at me rudely so I return that energy. I go I ordered the pizza with extra pepperonis that cost extra right... show me a "classic" pepperoni. One that they had already made. He opens it up. Tell me why that "classic" had more pepperonis on it than mine. I go are you kidding me. You charged me extra and made me wait for a pizza with less toppings than one that is cheaper and already made. I want my pizza to look exactly like the picture you have advertised. He was already being rude. I waited again.. thinking they were gonna make a nice fully topped pepperoni pizza. 10 min go by. Here's your pizza. I open it up in front of them. It had to have been the exact same pizza they made the first time trying to pass it off like they remade one with extra pepperoni. It looked exactly the same. So now I'm mad. I go how hard is it for you to put extra pepperonis on a pizza and put it through your oven. Then low and behold he just candidly had another pepperoni pizza waiting .. he opens its up shows me. And while it still didn't look like their advertised picture it was more than the one he tried to pass off again a second time thinking I'm a dummy. Tell me why the cashier guy chimes in and tells me " you have your pizza now so get out. " I go who are you talking to.. I'm not going anywhere till I have what I paid for. He said for me to get out.. while in front of other customers and his 'manager" standing there. I look at the manager and not one time did he tell his employee to not talk to a paying customer like that. Did not issue any type of apology for the inconvenience. And on top of that said I needed to leave the store. I said I'm not going anywhere. Who's your manager. He goes the owner. Ok what's their contact info. He goes.. I'm not allowed to give that out. That's when I asked him his name. I go what's the cashiers name. He goes.. I legally can't give you that.. while the dumb ass cashier is standing right there all of a sudden not wanting to talk. Funny cuz his name is "Joyce L" right on my receipt. I tell him I want the corporate number. He rights a number down on a piece of paper. I tell them im calling corporate and reporting all of you. And then i leave the store. Tell me why the number he gave me isn't even the little Caesars corporate number. I easily googled the real number and will be calling them tomorrow. Clearly the owner don't care about their store or the paying customer. And on top of that..a shitty product. It doesn't take a genius to put extra pepperoni on a pizza. read more

I ordered Food before I got there. Get down the road and check my pizza and it's COMPLETELY WRONG. I tried calling the store multiple times and got no answer. All I was trying to do was get my correct pizza made before I got there. I go in reorder my pizza and ask for a manager. She states she is the manager very rudely. I explain to her what had happened and she stated "we're busy". Not to mention the fact i called 11 times so I did not have to wait. The manager is very rude and thinks that because she is the manager she has no repercussions on her actions. I stated I called Corporate after I got my pizza and she states "ok I'm the manager". Now, I know what you're thinking.... "THREE STARS, HAS HE LOST HIS MIND?!?!" The answer is clearly yes, but not for awarding three stars here. Obviously Little Caesars is the chainiest of the chain pizza places but this one always has fresh pizza and for the price you could feed a small army for pennies. The staff fast and friendly... every time I bring my little one with me they give him cookies which makes his day. So the 1-2 star food rating is propped up quite a bit by the 4-5 star service and 5 star price. :) read more

Went an extra 20 minutes because they had the best reviews on the west side of Indy. Asked for the pizza and bread sticks well done. The manager came up to make sure I got the right bread sticks when I cashed out. I worked at a LC in high school, have not had LC in 10-12 years. I will def be coming back for the next time the family wants pizza. For the price, these guys went beyond what others would offer. read more

At first, we used Door Dash to deliver our orders, but after one driver didn't check the order and missed some items, and another driver STOLE our food (employees were really apologetic and gave us free wings), we pick up everything ourselves. We're happy that we do, because the employees are awesome. Friendly, fast, and courteous, they've grown to know us by name and order. Our food is well prepared, ready quickly, and never wrong.
