All the meats come from This Old Farm north of Lebanon except for the chicken which comes from an Amish farm on the border of Indiana and Ohio. The meat arrives fresh and the final processing happens at the shop. In the shop, they carry most cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken. They are known for their specialty sausages which come with natural casings. Meats can be purchased fresh or frozen. They also offer special bulk packages (for freezing.) they also carry a limited amount of locally sourced sauces and rubs in the shop. Prices are really reasonable for freshly sourced products. I stocked up! Morgan said that they have a rewards program that you can sign-up for and gives you future discounts based on purchases.
