Our waters never got below half full and they asked us if we needed anything multiple times. Me and my two friends ordered way to much food but we wanted to try everything! Located in the Saraga shopping complex, there is plenty of parking and other stores to visit, if inclined. This was our second visit. The first visit was with friends. The second visit was just Hubs and I. The quality of the items was the same for both visits and the waiter was super friendly. The quantity of chicken for the price is why my review teeters between a 3/4 star rating. This is definitely the place to visit if you want super crispy Korean fried chicken but be prepared to pay high prices, IMO. We ordered the whole chicken for 16.95, a small fried chicken and the dumplings. It was over 50 with tip. The whole fried chicken was listed as 8 pieces. I think they chopped up a breast into 4 pieces and threw in a leg. One piece was all rib bones. I was really surprised because the fried chicken from our first visit seemed plentiful. This was barely any food. I'm sure we will go back but I'll never order the whole chicken again. All we can say is WOW! Best wings we've ever had. We will be back and we've already told our whole family about how wonderful our experience was. Titan was our server and he was top notch. My son and I dined here for lunch after we didn't some shopping at Saraga. We both had never experienced Korean fried chicken so we wanted to check it out. We went on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't crowded at all. We mentioned that this was our first time eating there so the staff was kind enough to walk us through their favorites. We dined in and had the honey garlic wings. It took a little while to make because they make them fresh but other than that it was worth the wait. We noticed a lot of people coming in getting take orders so that's always a good sign. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. The flavors were amazing! I love a good crunch so you'll definitely get that with Korean wings! As a first timer, I just wish they had a sampler option for us to try different flavors but that wasn't an option. I think we would've order more if that was on the menu. The wings are pretty big so my son enjoyed them. I like small wings, I found three in the basket. Would we come back? Absolutely! My husband and I go to Saraga in Castleton once in a blue moon and this restaurant is always out of the corner of my eye. I am always in a rush and never even get to have the discussion of the possibility to visit this restaurant. So I got lucky enough to get to do my shopping alone and early. There weren't many folks inside being is was about 1130am. But I was greeted AND welcomed by a gentleman tidying tables. When I told him I was ordering to go, he directed me to the counter where two more extremely friendly folks helped me order. The sweet lady at the register guided me through the menu. I went for the 8pc boneless chicken with spicy sauce. They fry fresh--so be patient. I waited about 15-20 minutes. When I got to my car--my goodness the heat and aroma just permeated my car. I only got takeout, but this place definitely bears a return visit for dine-in. It's in a non-descript strip mall with Saraga International Grocery, but the inside is pretty upscale. They are known for their Korean lfried chicken and they really have got the recipe down. They have a lot of flavors for. Their wings and boneless wings. i got my entree 30 minutes late and wrong. I had previously asked my server what the entree came with and when they brought it out something from the entree was missing (rice cakes) and when I informed them they said they would bring them out soon. 15 minutes passed by and I ask for them and they said that they don't come in the entree anymore. so why couldn't they say that at the beginning?? i asked to speak to a manager and they said they don't have one. But I get a guy that's "in charge of the kitchen" and he was so unprofessional and rude. He argued with me saying he wouldn't take it off the bill or remake it when it was clearly a issue on their side. It's my new favorite chicken. We love it so much it was our NYE dinner (carry out and Wicked at home!). Their Gangnam style wings are amazing. The Secret sauce is sweet and slightly spicy. And the hot ones (Galbi and Mala) are HOT! The kimchi fried rice is so good- And those picked radish cubes make it perfection. The Rose' Ddeok-Bokki is so freakin good- the description sounds and it's not good cold-- but dang it's awesome. Give them a try. You won't regret it! We have done the bone-in and boneless. I felt like I was back in South Korea, enjoying fried chicken and beer, with kpop on the TVs. I was so excited to finally go here, and I wanted to get many different flavors. However, I came alone, and even the "small" size of wings (8) is too much. The wings are HUGE, and fried to perfection. I got the "Galbi" flavor and it was amazing. Sweet, but not too sweet. Decided to swing in here after a Costco trip to give it a try. Hubs enjoyed his chicken and the space was awesomely clean. Being our first trip in, we were oriented to the menu by staff and we placed an order to go. We were told it would be about 20-30 minutes (despite the place being empty) so we went over to Saraga to browse while we waited. The staff here could not be any nicer - however - I wish they had one vegetarian option and wish they would note that the Kimchi fried rice has chicken IN it. I know, I know - it's a chicken place - but it is not on the menu as having chicken in it. Was bummed to get it home and realize that I could not eat it (I am vegetarian). I visited this place for the first time today. It's tucked away in a strip center south and east of Castleton Square on Center Run Road. They offer a variety of boneless and bone in chicken wings with a number of unique sauce toppings. They also have a few Korean rice cake bowls as well as kimchi fried rice. You will find this gem hidden in a desolate strip mall by the Saraga International Grocery Store. There is tons of parking available in the malls lot. There are a few chairs outside of the restaurant to sit, but no tables. The restaurant has a pretty nice sized dining room with a bunch of televisions that were playing sports and K-pop videos. They serve adult beverages here and they have a small bar area that is off limits to those under 21. They specialize in KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) wings and tenders. I opted to get the wings. My next choice was the sauce...and it was a big one. There was Gangnam Style, Caribbean Spice, Spicy Galbi, Hot Mala, Gangjeong, Soy Garlic and Secret Sauce. I decided to go with the Honey Garlic wings, partly because that is one of the few that I knew what it was. Most of the flavors do include an explanation of what it is though. anyway, I also ordered cheese corn to go with my wings. It took about 5 minutes for me to get my corn cheese. It was unique and delicious. The cheese went well with the corn. I really liked it. My wings took bout 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. They were fresh, hot, flavorful and delicious. I was glad that I went with the Honey Garlic. The wings were very crispy and well coated with the sauce. The offer soda and drinks, but it comes in a can and you get a cup of ice to go along with it. The staff there was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean and updated. Dine-in customers have table service so you are seated when you enter and place your order with a waitress. I highly recommend this restaurant they have some really delicious wings and some great sides to go along with them. Both were very good and had lots of sauce and flavor. We ordered two sides of rice to put the wings on (I was told this is the more traditional way to eat Korean chicken.) It's a full-service sit-down restaurant that has a fast-casual vibe. It's a chain *yawn* but was pretty tasty and much better than say KFC or Popeye's, plus they have beer! I had heard great things about this unique wing place that it was placed on the top of my list of places to try. While in the area, I stopped by with my husband, really hyping the place up. We entered and the place is fairly large with not many people dining for a Sunday afternoon (three other tables with 2-4 people at each). We were seated back by the bar. We immediately noticed the prices were on the high end. For what's called a small order (8 wings), it was $15. This does not come with a side or dipping sauce (they do have ranch but it's not include and I confirmed it's not made in-house). The music was Christian worship before it abruptly changed to loud rap halfway through our time there, which was such a comical switch it not only made us jump, it had us cracking up. I ordered the gangman boneless, my husband got the spicy galbi bone-in. Our drinks were sat down (ice waters). Mine was dirty with what looked like either a dead bug or debris in it. I was never brought a clean water. Instead, when my husband needed a refill that never came because our waiter never came back, I had to bring it up to the bar and ask someone else to refill it. The food took 40 minutes to come out, which felt like a long time for a restaurant that was not busy. Again, our waiter never checked on us or let us know it would be out soon. Upon someone dropping the food off, we noticed the wings were huge! However, I had to keep swatting away bugs, which made for a less than favorable experience. My first wing was very fatty, filled with quite a bit of yellow sticky fat. My second and other wings were better, with a solid crunch, where the breading wasn't thick. The gangman sauce was tasty, on the spicier side (only one flame marker for heat), but my husband didn't love the spicy galbi, which wasn't as hot, despite the two flame markers. Overall, the wings were pretty good, but the lack of service, long wait, dirty water (it's sits in uncovered pitchers at the bar), and wild amount of flying bugs I had to kill will have me never returning. All of this was shared with our server when he brought the bill, having never checked on us whatsoever, and all he said was, "Eww, sorry," before saying he would try to pass along info to a manager. Beware the wings of fire! I love Korean fried chicken - I'm normally not a fan of breaded chicken wings, but Korean style fried chicken will change your mind. These wings were crunchy, meaty and excellent. Had a side of crispy dumplings (gyoza style) and some Kim chi fried rice. The wings of fire were initially not as hot as I wanted - crispy chicken with a sweet and spicy glaze. I only felt about a 4/10 after the first wing, but by the time I finished the order we had hit a solid 8/10. It's a great flavor and a slow building burn. Don't sleep on the wings of fire. The golden crispy wings had a touch of heat but not too much for a novice. Not much contact with the staff, as I had a to go order. I saw a liquor license permit on the outside of the building so there isn't alcohol yet. I've been to other bb.q chickens before and this one since it's so new was super clean. It was decently busy too for its first day. I ordered the small boneless to go with the spicy galbi sauce. The food took like 15 minutes and came out pretty fresh and came with pickled radish. The boneless pieces were pretty good and it held its crisp on the way home surprisingly. The sauce just tasted like galbi sauce and wasn't spicy at all. I would come here with some friends to get some wings. The bigger portion sizes were a little more expensive, but probably good with a group of people. Ambiance: Came here around 7 on a weekend and it was still pretty empty. The service was fine and we had no issues with bugs or dirtiness mentioned by other reviewers. The food does take a full 30-40 minutes to come out, but for those that don't know, Korean Fried Chicken is defined by its two stage frying process and wings are made to order here. I do agree they process a lot of online orders so if you're starving then I would call your order in while you make your way here, or just enjoy one of their draft Japanese beers while you wait. Food: In general, the chicken here is prepared very well. The dark meat chicken is tender and juicy. The fry is extra crispy and the batter is light, like it should be. If you're getting yours coated in sauce, it probably won't stay crispy for long especially if you're carrying out. While there is some size variation from strip to strip, a small with 8 tenders is actually decently filling especially if you're getting a side. My main complaint here is I wasn't a huge fan of all the sauces. The original non-dressed chicken is a safe choice although you will need to ask for ketchup separately if you want it. The Secret Sauce is probably going to be the crowd pleaser with a sweet and tangy sauce reminiscence of a mongolian chicken you might get at Panda Express. I am a spicy lover, however, and the Spicy Original was just a blast of cayenne without much actual flavor. It was definitely hot and you'll probably be alternating wing flavors to cool off a bit but it needed more complexity. I also got the Spicy Galbi but they weren't kidding about the extra-smokiness, it tasted like drinking the liquid smoke seasoning you buy at the grocery store which was pretty off-putting. Overall, I think this place is fine but it does require you to be patient and find the flavors you like on the menu. As for value, $14-15 for 8 tenders is reasonable consider it is good quality chicken that is prepared well and filling. Raise Cane's and Chick-Fil-A tenders individually cost roughly $1.80 each so this is actually comparable. read more

Customer service was not as expected. We stopped by on a whim at 8:30 pm fully aware that it was 30 minutes before closing time so we were going to make a to-go order. No issues with that, but as we were going to order our 4 year old said she needed to use the restroom. They then informed us that the restroom was already 'closed'... the restaurant still had 4 tables of customers actively eating at this time. We proceeded to order, but I had to leave while our food was being made to find another restroom at a different store. It happened to be an extremely cold day and after lunch hours, so we were seated at a booth without wait. The booth was pretty comfortable. There were several flat screen TVs on the wall for those who want to watch the game. Music was not too loud but definitely the explicit language version, which our 8 year old was quick to pick up on. It wasn't that bad, and they would've definitely changed the music if we had asked. Menu is pretty straightforward; however, we wish our waiter had informed us the amount of food we would be getting. We ordered 4 different wings and boneless chicken. All SMALL size. Well, each flavor turned out to be a significantly large amount of food. Waaay more than we expected.
