Every time , and I do mean every time, our order is wrong. How hard is it to only put cheese and onions on a burger?

Horribly managed franchise. Ordered two coffees and waited over 20 minutes to get them - ridiculous. We stopped passing through on a trip and added over 20 minutes to our time because we wanted a coffee? Saw people standing at the counter to order food and literally were ignored for 5 to 10 minutes before even placing the order. Fast food??? Seems like once these places put in the order yourself digital checkout all customer service goes right out the door. I saved this location only to make sure I don't accidentally stop here again! My big mac was not assembled at all it was a build your own burger at that point. They put pickles on it and I specifically said no pickles. Fry's weren't fresh at all. I came in today to pick up a Big Mac meal and chicken nuggets, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unprofessional behavior from one of your employees, Ashlyn. She immediately gave me a rude look, and when I later asked her coworker for her name, and if she's always as rude, her coworkers said yes. What truly disturbed me was witnessing Ashlyn touch her hair and then handle my food -- specifically my fries -- without changing gloves or showing any awareness of food safety. When I opened my bag, I found a strand of hair inside. Not only was this incredibly unhygienic, but it's also clear she was not wearing a proper hair covering while working. In addition to the contamination issue, Ashlyn displayed a blatantly poor attitude throughout the interaction. She rolled her eyes at me when it was time to pick up my food and spoke negatively about other customers and even the store itself while chatting with a coworker. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and made the entire environment feel hostile and unpleasant. To add to the frustration, I ordered a large fry and was given a container that was clearly only half-filled. It felt intentionally done, and I can't understand why, considering I had no prior interaction with her before this visit. I came in expecting a simple, respectful customer service experience and left genuinely disappointed that I spent my money there. Please address this matter with Ashlyn. If she's unhappy working in this environment, that's understandable -- but it should never be taken out on paying customers. A job in customer service requires a basic level of courtesy, hygiene, and professionalism, none of which I witnessed during my visit. read more

First time coming here. Wanted to grab some Mc Chickens for the drive back to Chicago. It's a pretty average place but not a fan that they took down their menu and force you to use their touch screen kiosk instead. Store is clean. Staff is modest too. Overall average location. read more

It takes significant craftsmanship in developing the Chicken Big Mac, making it the leading food article internationally. It comprises four critical elements, including the one-of-a-kind sandwich dressing, the three parts of the soft bun, two succulent chicken patties, and fresh lettuce (O'Reilly, 2022). Each item plays a functional role in augmenting the sweetness and flavor of the food article. Additionally, the concoction of various important components offers a delightful and instructive eating adventure. The Chicken Big Mac has increased demand and follows globally. The customers are asking where they can discover the Chicken Big Mac menu item to savor after going through trial-and-error processes due to its discontinuation. Despite this misguided popularity, the food item is unavailable in the McDonald's menu, exhibiting that McDonald's is a disgrace for taking it away (Krishnan, 2022). Moreover, product development processes require much resource allocation because it is a daunting task to develop a new product and establish the proper management practices (Jalili & Mehrpanah, 2019). In the context of the Chicken Big Mac, the Chicken Sandwich product which includes Chicken Big Mac was a great success. Although Chicken Sandwich is the only item available in the Chicken Big Mac menu, the customer was given the potential to perceive many alternatives and selected according to her or his personal preferences (Jalili & Mehrpanah, 2019). Despite much hype about its availability, the Chicken Big Mac is no longer part of McDonald's menus. This might happen because the management made strategic decisions concerning the item's discontinuation to maximize organizational profitability in addition to sustaining competitive advantage. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Chicken Big Mac is the greatest food article globally, but its availability in the McDonald's menu is a real tragedy. read more

Cannot believe they got rid of the chicken bigmac for the McRib. The McRib is good and whatnot, but the chicken BigMac is heaven sent. If they don't bring back the Chicken BigMac its gonna be an issue and were going to protest. Have fun getting no money. read more

This place is terrible. You are pretty much forced to use these stupid kiosks, god forbid you actually want to interact with a human here. No menu screens inside, no self serve drink machine, and just an abysmal interaction all together. I'd gladly pay a dollar more per order to not have to use these damn kiosks. I will avoid this location after today. I'd rather see a blind dentist with no Novocain before coming back here. read more

Because my husband was waiting for us to go to the bathroom and it took a while because I had to completely clean the toilet myself we missed the "breakfast window" by 4 min. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because you can get egg McMuffins all day. Right?! Wrong. Not here. They refused to make them for us because we missed the time... cleaning their bathroom. We just walked out. I resisted pulling a Big Daddy movie scene. Unreal. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced in my 20 years of life. The staff was incredibly disrespectful and all seemed like they didn't wanna be there. The guy taking orders was taking his time with everything and one of the rudest people I've ever met. read more

Horriblr customer service overall! I can't believe this is a business. Because of the kiosks, we didn't interact with any person while ordering to-go. Stood at the counter watching at least 10 employees stand around. Audible swearing and chatting between themselves too of course. Finally got our food, heard the girl who gave it to us say "wait what was that again". Coworker responds "doesn't matter they're leaving anyways". Great thing we checked the bag because the completely wrong order was there. Terrible terrible experience. These lazy workers should be ashamed. read more

Talk about lack of common courtesy..... My oh my, the so called 'manager' wasn't responding to requests from a couple of his staff, I wondered why until I was served by a girl with a very serious attitude problem. I'm not a McDonald's kind of guy, admittedly, but this experience only reinforces my negativity towards them. read more

I don't usually bother to review chain fast-food restaurants since their very purpose is to provide a uniform and unremarkable experience, but there was a surprising amount of interpersonal drama here and I don't know whether that's peculiar to this location or just a consequence of going to a small-town fast-food restaurant at 10 pm on a Tuesday. But mostly I wanted to write this review to memorialize a new piece of McDonalds vocabulary I learned: "full-time," as in "that crispy chicken sandwich will be full-time, that ok?" (It took us a while to decipher this, but yes, we were willing to wait the full four minutes it apparently takes to flash-fry a breaded chicken breast.) read more

On a Saturday afternoon, Management decided to put one seriously unmotivated teenager at the front counter. Just one. The rest of the seriously unmotivated teenagers were halfheartedly filling orders. It seems that either the entire place is understaffed or under trained. this review is simply for the man who snapped at me for him not doing his job. i get to the speaker and order. not once does he ask me if i'm using the app, which whatever i couldn't care less. i get to the window to pay and show him my code and he goes "tell us at the speaker next time." i'm sorry, since when do i have to remind you to do your job? you're supposed to ask, it's not my responsibility to make it easier for you bc you cut corners. i never have good service at this location but this sent me over the edge. it's mcdonald's so i don't expect a whole lot but i sure do expect to not have to do their job. read more

First time eating here since the remodeling. Probably the worst service idea ever. Maybe because its new. But 30 minutes to get food when eating in. Just very inefficient and cold fries and food. You would think it would be hot at least if you waited 30 minutes. Won't return. read more

One star is generous. Just keep driving. No need to repeat what everyone else already said. Honestly, it should be shut down.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in terms of service time. In the drive through alone it takes about 20 minutes for a car to get through and get your order. One time I pulled up - no one else in the drive through - and the lane I was in the girl said "hold on please" I said ok expecting a few minutes. Within 5 mins another vehicle pulls up. My window is down and I hear at the other speaker "hi, how can I help you?" And all I said was "are you kidding me? I've been waiting for a solid 5 mins and you help them first as soon as they pull up?" So ridiculous. Needless to say, I avoid it as much as possible if I want actual FAST food. read more

RIDICULOUSLY SLOW and poor management. They have constant employee turn over. The customer service is very poor.

Wow. First, this is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. As soon as I walked in the door, the manager walked by asking if everyone had ordered. Before I even had a chance to answer she yells "yes? No?". More on her in a minute. Second, you can't order at the counter. You have to use the digital board they have set up for some reason. Also, there's no drink station to refill your own drinks. Next, the manager brings our food by and slides it onto our table. Rude. Then she asks "ketchup, salt, pepper?". Again, rude. My daughter wanted ketchup and salt. This lady pulled out an OLD eye glasses case that she was carrying around in her pocket, pulled out the ketchup and tossed it on our tray. It gets better. THEN, she pulled out a PILL BOTTLE, took out the salt and pepper and tossed that too. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, we didn't use any of it. I live in Texas, so luckily I don't have to worry about this being on my map. However, I have family here that will know just how rude and disgusting the manager is here. The restaurant looks clean, but if a MANAGER is so rude and unsanitary, I hate to think of what she lets go on in the kitchen. read more

Such a poor customer service ever. Lady on the drive thru window was lacking in customer service skills and told us to wait for our order. for a coffee we waited for 30 min outside in the parking lot. when nobody showed up I went inside to check upon them. Lebanon McDonald's.... you walk in and you're forced to order off a computer screen because employees don't want to do their job... not to mention they don't even have a menu on the wall to look at to see available options. It's a McDonald's so trust me when I say I wasn't expecting gourmet.
