Horribly managed franchise. Ordered two coffees and waited over 20 minutes to get them - ridiculous. We stopped passing through on a trip and added over 20 minutes to our time because we wanted a coffee? Saw people standing at the counter to order food and literally were ignored for 5 to 10 minutes before even placing the order. Fast food??? Seems like once these places put in the order yourself digital checkout all customer service goes right out the door. I saved this location only to make sure I don't accidentally stop here again! My big mac was not assembled at all it was a build your own burger at that point. They put pickles on it and I specifically said no pickles. Fry's weren't fresh at all. I came in today to pick up a Big Mac meal and chicken nuggets, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unprofessional behavior from one of your employees, Ashlyn. She immediately gave me a rude look, and when I later asked her coworker for her name, and if she's always as rude, her coworkers said yes. What truly disturbed me was witnessing Ashlyn touch her hair and then handle my food -- specifically my fries -- without changing gloves or showing any awareness of food safety. When I opened my bag, I found a strand of hair inside. Not only was this incredibly unhygienic, but it's also clear she was not wearing a proper hair covering while working. In addition to the contamination issue, Ashlyn displayed a blatantly poor attitude throughout the interaction. She rolled her eyes at me when it was time to pick up my food and spoke negatively about other customers and even the store itself while chatting with a coworker. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and made the entire environment feel hostile and unpleasant. To add to the frustration, I ordered a large fry and was given a container that was clearly only half-filled. It felt intentionally done, and I can't understand why, considering I had no prior interaction with her before this visit. I came in expecting a simple, respectful customer service experience and left genuinely disappointed that I spent my money there. Please address this matter with Ashlyn. If she's unhappy working in this environment, that's understandable -- but it should never be taken out on paying customers. A job in customer service requires a basic level of courtesy, hygiene, and professionalism, none of which I witnessed during my visit. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in terms of service time. In the drive through alone it takes about 20 minutes for a car to get through and get your order. One time I pulled up - no one else in the drive through - and the lane I was in the girl said "hold on please" I said ok expecting a few minutes. Within 5 mins another vehicle pulls up. My window is down and I hear at the other speaker "hi, how can I help you?" And all I said was "are you kidding me? I've been waiting for a solid 5 mins and you help them first as soon as they pull up?" So ridiculous. Needless to say, I avoid it as much as possible if I want actual FAST food. read more

Wow. First, this is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. As soon as I walked in the door, the manager walked by asking if everyone had ordered. Before I even had a chance to answer she yells "yes? No?". More on her in a minute. Second, you can't order at the counter. You have to use the digital board they have set up for some reason. Also, there's no drink station to refill your own drinks. Next, the manager brings our food by and slides it onto our table. Rude. Then she asks "ketchup, salt, pepper?". Again, rude. My daughter wanted ketchup and salt. This lady pulled out an OLD eye glasses case that she was carrying around in her pocket, pulled out the ketchup and tossed it on our tray. It gets better. THEN, she pulled out a PILL BOTTLE, took out the salt and pepper and tossed that too. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, we didn't use any of it. I live in Texas, so luckily I don't have to worry about this being on my map. However, I have family here that will know just how rude and disgusting the manager is here. The restaurant looks clean, but if a MANAGER is so rude and unsanitary, I hate to think of what she lets go on in the kitchen. read more

Lebanon McDonald's.... you walk in and you're forced to order off a computer screen because employees don't want to do their job... not to mention they don't even have a menu on the wall to look at to see available options. Dark lights out look where there would have been LED menus. 15 minutes later still no food. Asked two boys cleaning lobby - got an IDK and go up there and find a manager. About then food came to table. Said they only had cooked 1 of the 3 sandwiches. Nothing self serve - they bring you everything. She brought only one straw and went back. By then we sampled the fries - cold. She went and got us more. No napkins - back again. She also gives you the ketchup.
