As she's finishing my order, another employee comes out of the bathroom and immediately confronts me at the register about how I need to learn how to knock first instead of rudely assuming no one is in the bathroom. To be clear, I definitely assumed it was open - there were no cars, no one in the store, and it's 10:30am. And again; I assumed it was like any number of places that require you to have a key to unlock them... either way; it's crazy terrible customer service to speak to anyone the way that woman with the short hair and glasses spoke to me. She could've chosen a dozen more professional and/or kind ways to let me know the bathroom was now free. And I would've apologized had I even known someone was in it. I did not.
