She told me they do not warm cookies at all and looked at me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. This was very frustrating. I drive from Bakersfield to this location because it is usually clean and the food is fresher. It was clear she was not familiar with how certain items are supposed to be prepared. This is my third time visiting this location in the evening, and I have had poor service each time.
