don't even ask to use the bathroom here. they don't give you the code even though it needs a code. the girls make you wait 10 minutes just to tell a guy to open for you. i was waiting at the register after ordering for ten minutes just standing there as they ignored me. they called out my order and i asked before she ran away and she said she'll be right with you. had to wait another 5 minutes for a guy to come open it. even after those 15 minutes i was waiting for the bathroom they still forgot my freeze blast. at least the food and cleanliness of this place is good. service isn't read more

Sooooooo it says they open at 8am. I'm pregnant and have been craving a bacon Crunchwrap! Googled it, found one, super stoked because they say they open at 8am and I walk in at 8:03. I walk up and the not so pleasant girl and her two coworkers are standing around and look at me weird as I walk up. Like they didn't realize what time it was. I'm like hi! Can I order? She says we're not open yet. I'm like don't you open at 8? She says yeah. I said it's 8:03. She says "the meat isn't done yet". So I go pee, walk around the store for five minutes, go back, wanting to order. I walk up, is it ready yet? She looks at me rudely and says 'no'. By this time it's like 8:10. I wanted to wait but we had been driving for hours already and my boyfriend wanted to bail. So I got Burger King and called it a day. They were super nice there. My point here is: if you say you open at 8am, you should be open and ready for freaking customers at 8am. It's not my problem that the meat isn't ready. Maybe you should have gotten there earlier to make the meat? I don't know, don't think this is illogical. I'm pregnant and cranky on top of it, so sue me if I'm being rude. The staff at this Taco Bell on Oswell Street and Brundage Lane with all of the staff and the management that are rude to the customers, with them not caring about the customer and with all food at this Taco Bell ,that is all reheated. I usually love coming here, but the past few days they've been closed up to two hours from opening. On their hours it says they're open at 8, I came around 9 the past few times, with my luck they're not open apparently until past 10-11 am. Came here for the first time since it's opened, went through the drive through and I was glad I did not drive my truck as it is a very small. All Taco Bell's taste the same so nothing new to say about the food they did however mess up all of my drinks. Knocking off one star for drive thru size and another for order inaccuracy.
