Ordered Huevos Rancheros and it was just eggs no salsa on top or tortilla underneath like I was expecting. They said this is how they made it. U ordered over hard and has you can see with the yolk that wasn't the case. The eggs were extremely salty to the point I couldn't continue eating. The salsa they did serve me after requesting was delicious. The rice was good but my beans were ICE COLD! Like no heat to them. They had a Buffett going on while I was there but nothing look appealing just old food under a heat lamp.

Service wasn't great either, didn't offer refills, and was basically chasing them down to ask to order food or get silverware.

The restaurant itself is cute and has a great vibe -- it really feels like you're in Mexico. The staff was friendly, but no one seemed to be in any kind of hurry. We were hopeful, especially since the staff only spoke Spanish (usually a good sign for authentic food), but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. From my understanding, his business is in Arvin, but caters around the area. So far I have enjoyed his tacos and I have tried the chicken, carne asada and the pastor. They set up everything so you can put your taco and hotdog together. For the tacos, he has chopped onions, cilantro, lime, radishes, grilled onions, grilled peppers, and two kinds of salsa (green or red sauce). For the hotdogs he has ketchup, mayo, mustard and grilled veggies (bell pepper and onions). Everything is made fresh to order and everything is prepared quickly. I don't know the Señors name, but he's friendly and I don't know if he's the only one that runs the business, but I have not seen any other people each time he has come. Not sure on prices, but I do know the tacos are delicious. Meats are moist, tasty, and definitely something I would buy if I knew where his stand posted at. I'm not too sure if he strictly only does catering. He sets up fast so you can tell he's been doing this for awhile and when he packs up to leave, always cleans up after himself.

We were given free samples of aqua Fresca to try - and they were delicious.
