The charge by container size, which is an amazing deal as you can stuff it with whatever chips and candies you desire. The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because I've had two bad experiences with one of the workers. She's light complected,thick, teen girl. My first bad experience occurred when I bought a fruit cup and asked to get a little more watermelon. The girl responded she couldn't add more watermelon because "it was going to finish". She said I would need to chose another fruit. My cup was only half ways full and if I'm paying for the item I should be able to add whatever I want!! Secondly, I went again today and the same girl was there. Her coworker was a thin tall male. He was providing us good service. No complaints but the way she talked to the teen guy was just rude! She doesn't know how to be polite with her co-workers. She sounded very demanding with him. I feel bad for her coworkers. I get it everyone has bad days but she seems to be having a bad day Every time! read more

Every time I visit my parents I stop by this place. You order the size of cup you want, pay for it and THEN they fill it up with all the goodies you want. You're charged by the size of the cup, not the weight, not the amount?!? This place is seriously under priced for the amount of fruit, candy, and everything else you choose from but I'm not complaining. You can ask them to put as much or as little of each item you choose. They offer all kinds of chips, a variation of fruit, many Tamarindo and gummy candies, and so much more. You can also tip it off with chamoy, lemon, tajin, and hot sauce. So excited to finally try this place! I can't wait for the location in Bakersfield to open up in 'May! I literally felt like a kid in a candy store! The fruit selection is great there is everything from watermelon, to pineapple, to apples! There's also a great variety of chips! I also like that there was a large variety of mixes I could choose from! I've never tried mango chamoy and oh my it is delicious! There's also a large variety of Mexican candy too! The prices for the amount you get are great. I got a medium for $6 and I couldn't even finish it there was so much fruit! My only complaint is the wait. Every time I go through Arvin I always stop here! If they opened one up in town it would be freaking packed! The fruit is always so fresh and their prices are so great! Since it's all made right in front of you it does become a little time consuming but it's all worth it in the end! You must make a trip to Arvin just to eat here!!!! I like their snacks and items. Everything is delicious. The only reason I didn't give it full stars was due to their service. Don't get me wrong the guy that's usually there is super nice and generous on his portions, it's the ladies that have no customer service or that take soo long to come out and help out when it's busy. I give it 3 stars because the service is always extremely slow! The person in the register is taking orders and leaves the register to make orders as well. Prepares multiple orders while people are waiting in line for a very long time! You will be standing there for a while. This place is pretty lively for Arvin. Hazte Loko is like a mix for subway, Starbucks, and a street fruit peddler...loko means crazy in Spanish and the crazy mash ups of waffles, nachos, yogurt smoothies....wow, a crazy good mess. Not the best place to get Ur Mexican drinks. Many of the ingredients used for their raspados are just juice. Some of them lack flavor. Also next time you go you might see them not wash their hands. Other minor health violations can be seen. I would assume they would be up to code even after being shut down once by kern health. read more
