I'm not sure what kind of roll it is that comes with their meals but Hot Damn it's bomb! It's like a soft pillow, almost like a beignet but not as airy. As with any new business, it is going to take a few days to get the place up and running. You can eat inside. The tables and chairs looked comfy, but I opted to take out. The walls are a little sparse, but I'm certain they will dress the place up nicely. The owner was very nice and you could tell he had a passion for this business.
