I came in around 9:30 p.m. and was waiting for my order. The employee asked if I was waiting for something, even though I had already placed an online order. I told her yes and gave her my name and number. I ordered three cookies. The employee, who appeared to be a manager, handed me the cookies but did not warm them up, even though they are usually served warm. I asked if she was going to warm them, but she seemed confused. I explained again and then said never mind and asked how long the cookies are normally heated so I could warm them at home. She told me they do not warm cookies at all and looked at me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. This was very frustrating. I drive from Bakersfield to this location because it is usually clean and the food is fresher. It was clear she was not familiar with how certain items are supposed to be prepared. This is my third time visiting this location in the evening, and I have had poor service each time. In my experience, the best customer service is only in the early morning between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. I do not recommend visiting this location at night. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to the mcdonald's and expected a normal mcdonald's experience. but instead they took 10 minutes for the pumpkin and cream pies. we would have to constantly talk to the lady that we were missing things. they gave us our food piece by piece instead of putting all of it in a bag and drinks in the cup holders. we asked the lady to give us a mocha drink and she continued to say she gave it to us when she didn't then finally realized and saw that she hadn't. there were other customers waiting for the cashier or overall service and there was nobody there. people looked like they didn't wanna help or deal with anything but kind of expected with a mcdonald's. proceeded to forget our items and gave us NONE of the sauces we ordered. food tasted abnormal not enjoyable mixed with a attitude if a regular mcdonald's experience is around 3 starts this for sure deserves one. read more

Staff were friendly enough. We ordered four double cheeseburgers and one order of fries. We received three doubles, one single, and the fries. At $20/hr for everyone that touched the order, one would think order accuracy would be a given. Nope. read more

The service was disgusting. Young girl with a pink vest gave me attitude first thing in the morning. as a customer customer service worker I'm very kind to all employees in any franchise to be treated like this when I was very, very kind to her...is insane. i'm not sure if she has a personal problem with me or she was just having a bad day, but I'm not really satisfied with my service and I hope you guys pay attention more to your employees and how they treat people that come into the drive-through. there are two other employees that give great service a young man that always wears a mask and a girl that wears a yellow vest and works front and drive-through. This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever had I had ordered 3 large fries and all the fries were soggy af with no salt in them I went to pay at the first window and nobody was there so I proceeded to the next window and I seen all the employees playing around and joking reminded of high school lol I don't have anything against kids around that age but come in the line was all the way to street when it's time to work it's time to work let's get these customers out in a timely manner shame on this shift. Also I noticed there was no type of leader ship there This was at 9-8-22 around 9:30 pm. I would not be coming back here I'm glad I live in Bakersfield I can get McDonald's here.! The damn manager is Rude as hell. The lady in the afternoon. Order a #5 and they didnt charge me the fries and was upset I wouldn't go around and order again. Because her timer was going up. So I told her no to charge me and got mad. Oh and I guess McDonald's dont sell small fries anymore because they say they didnt have any. read more

Adequate, if not exemplary. Service is pleasant enough, and I got my meal pretty quickly. The place was clean, and the flavor is tried & true McD's. I wasn't looking for spectacular, and I didn;t find it here, either, but if chicken nuggest are what you need, this is the place to get'em. read more

I hate when someone goes and tells something rude and walks away so you can't reply, that's what happened to me here, I ordered one of there fancy Bergers and was told to park in the waiting thing, it's 107 degrees mind you and I didn't want to just wait in the car. I asked if I could exchange the Berger for anything they may have on hand that's within the same price when the maneger ( I'm guessing he was idk) told me that I have to listen when they tell me to go and park and walked away before I could respond. I don't believe I was being rude, so that was a unnecessary comment in my opinion. SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE, there's a guy who's really nice but the lady wearing the black uniform (manager) is so rude, so there is this two for one of frappes, so we ordered one & we were hoping to get asked by the cashier if we wanted the free one, but he didn't so I assumed that it was over and didn't order a second one because we didn't have enough money for the two but then the guy after us got a free one so we went back & asked if we could get the extra one but the manager gave us attitude and said that we had to order it too, so I told her that I couldn't order it because we didn't have enough, so she made it all angry & placed it on the counter so rudely and yelled across the restaurant, HERE YOU GO, and we were just like .... So my sister went to the counter and asked her if it was ours and she COMPLETELY IGNORED HER, so the really nice guy said yes buuuut no one said sorry, now I can't even enjoy this frappe.
