I wondered if now that they've been open awhile they are now serving smaller tenders? The chicken - I have dined here 7-8 times since it opened. With the exception of my most recent visit for dinner on 7/10/26, the tenders were big, well-seasoned, juicy and crispy. I was disappointed on the last visit. The tenders were much smaller, were overcooked, and dry. I hope this was a one-off, because I would hate to see the food quality go downhill. The fries - the hand-cut, perfectly cooked and seasoned fries are amazing. The servings are huge, and the fries are hot & crispy. They serve the best fries I've tasted. The condiments - I love the condiment bar! They offer a wide variety of sweet, savory, spicy dipping sauces which you pump into serving cups and come back for more! The fountain beverages are also self-serve with free refills. The custard - I've only ordered the custard once. We took it home and it was very good. You won't be disappointed. However, right across the parking lot is Humble Cow ice cream and, given the choice, I definitely prefer Humble Cow. Service - the service is always efficient and friendly. I like that they bring the food to your table as soon as it's ready, so it's always fresh & hot. Atmosphere - the restaurant and tables have been clean on every visit. They have some TVs for watching games. The high ceilings make it overly loud and the air conditioner makes it so cold you'll want to have a sweater handy. The photo of tenders was from an earlier visit. They were much smaller on the latest visit.

And when I inquired about the various options, was met with a friendly explanation. The place was clean, ambiance casual with tables & chairs or benches. You bus your table afterward.... Pretty self explanatory and easy I placed a small order to try their sauces. It looks like they have a ghost pepper specialty meal which sounds tasty AND a bit scary . Lots of families stopping in for a quick lunch after a soccer event.. several to-go orders picked up while I was there. Moderately busy on a Saturday at 1pm with about 8 other eateries in the same location. The salad option looked good, but basically I'm not a fried food fan and even that includes fried food.... The food was good and the serving size (2 chicken tenders) was more than filling. If I ate fried food, I'd definitely return . It's worth mentioning there is a sign on the front door, warning that they use peanut oil in their product!!!!

This spot happened to pop up as a nearby Google recommendation, so we decided to give it a try. Maybe it was the hunger talking, but the food tasted **absolutely spectacular** for something so simple! I ordered the K-Town Combo, which comes with two proteins, japchae, lettuce, and rice with curry all layered nicely in a bowl. I chose bulgogi and marinated pork with the Hot spice level, and everything sat on top of the lettuce, japchae noodles, and curry rice with a drizzle of sauce. It was seriously so good--flavorful, satisfying, and exactly what I needed after a long day. The restaurant itself is very small, with just a handful of tables that look like wooden benches, and there's no restroom, so it definitely feels more like a quick casual spot than a full sit-down restaurant. When we arrived around 6:30 PM, the place was empty, and we ended up chatting and eating until around 8:30 PM when they were about to close. It never got overly busy, though a few customers came in and out throughout the evening, so it seems like a pretty casual, low-key vibe. One thing that did throw me off was finding the place. I came from the direction of the roundabout and somehow struggled to spot it--maybe I was just tired. Parking wasn't too bad overall, but I think I may have approached from the wrong direction when I tried to park in front. I'll be honest--I didn't really pay attention to the cleanliness because I was too focused on enjoying the food. I didn't get sick and I left feeling full and happy, so overall I'd say it was a great experience. My only real gripe was how difficult it was for me to find, but the food alone makes me want to come back and try more from the menu.

Little condiments given, which sucks, because that is what makes the whole meal...saved it, even. Also got the Korean burrito, which was soooo deep fried that the taste of the breading overtook whatever the filling was supposed to taste like. The fried breading was so overdone that it hurt my teeth to bite through and chew it. The staff also had no wrapping foil to use, so they put it in a cup? Bro, WHAT?! I can barely get this thing out of the cup to eat. It was so bad. Genuinely. Maybe it is on me for trying to give a chance to Asian food in Lacey. No need to. Prove myself wrong on my preconceived notions. But, would not visit here again unless it is for the spicy mayonnaise mustard whatever condiment. Only good thing from this whole restaurant. Staff is also so lost in the sauce that you have to reiterate your order. Very small restaurant with not much parking. Only like 3 tables with 2 chairs each, so better to take to-go so you could eat elsewhere... maybe at a nearby park or something. No motion in this restaurant, fr

Then I saw their TikTok last night, and let me tell you, that video had me craving it instantly. The scrumptiousness was living rent free in my brain all night, so today my son and I had to stop in and see what the hype was about. We ordered the Sour Diesel, the Fire, and the Afgoo, all on their toasted jalapeño cheese bread. First of all, the female employee who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. We do not eat out much, so we were genuinely excited and maybe a little impatient to try them. When they handed us the sandwiches, I immediately noticed how heavy they were. And the smell in the car on the way home, oh my goodness. Pure torture waiting to unwrap them. Then we got home and opened them up, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. There was actually a MEAL on that bread. Not one of those sad sandwiches that's 80 percent lettuce and air. These were loaded. My teenage son even commented on how good his was, and trust me, teen approval is not handed out lightly. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and each sandwich was totally unique and delicious. I can confidently say I have found a new favorite sub spot. Total hidden gem if you love a good sandwich that actually fills you up and tastes incredible. I did not grab a shake this time because it was freezing outside, but after seeing all the flavor options on the menu, I will absolutely be trying one next visit. Highly recommend in every aspect. I love when you try somewhere new and it completely exceeds expectations. This one is a must try.

Food: perfectly crisp edges, melted cheese and grilled onions with burger sauce on a soft but sturdy bun. The burgers were very good. I would suggest a bigger shake of salt & pepper, but the taste of being smashed onto sliced onions gave them a delicious flavor. The menu is a bit unusual with an eclectic selection of foods, including Birria and chicken tacos, Korean bulgogi, shawarma, variations of fries, shakes, lemonades, Mexican corn, egg rolls and more. Too much for my choices but the smash burgers are reason enough to come here. We had water with our meal because a soda was nearly $5! Service: order and pay at the counter and your food is delivered as soon as it's prepared. The family staff provides efficient, friendly service. Ambiance: nothing to write home about, but there are plenty of tables to dine in the restaurant. The TV was playing a movie that nobody seemed to be watching. I would have preferred a baseball game or just some decent music. If I'm in the mood for a smash burger, but don't want to make it at home, this will be my go-to place.

The sodas are also cans not fountain which was labeled as permanently out of service. Overall, the place honestly had a weird vibe. The woman who took our order disappeared into the bathroom for well over 15 minutes leaving a child to take the orders of several people on line. Also, there was just a space heater on one of the tables heating the area which didn't look safe at all. We will not be returning to this spot :(

Dear Popeyes Guest Care and Ambrosia QSR Leadership,…read more I am requesting that this complaint be reviewed by Paul Abeline, Director of Operations for Popeyes at Ambrosia QSR, as this issue reflects a recurring operational problem rather than a single order mistake. If Mr. Abeline is not the appropriate contact, I respectfully ask that this email be forwarded to the appropriate member of Ambrosia QSR leadership. I am writing because I have reached the point where I feel compelled to escalate my concerns regarding Popeyes Store #11363 in Lacey, Washington, which is operated by Ambrosia QSR. This is not about one missing packet of cocktail sauce. It is about a repeated pattern of inaccurate orders from this location. Time after time, items, sauces, or other parts of my order are missing. As a paying customer, I should not have to inspect every bag before leaving or repeatedly contact support over mistakes that should have been caught before my order was handed to me. After this latest experience, I reviewed public customer feedback for this location and found that I am far from the only person experiencing these issues. Numerous reviews mention missing items, incorrect orders, and incomplete meals. While every customer's experience is unique, the volume of similar complaints suggests this is not simply an occasional oversight but an ongoing operational problem that deserves attention. Tonight's order is just the latest example. My order confirmation clearly lists Cocktail Sauce with my 8-piece Lemon Pepper Butterfly Shrimp, yet it was not included in my bag. When I attempted to report the issue through the Popeyes support system, I discovered that Cocktail Sauce was not even available as a selectable missing item, despite being listed on my order confirmation. I have attached screenshots showing both my order confirmation and the support page. To make matters even more frustrating, I contacted Guest Care by email only to receive an automated response directing me back to the same support page that had already failed to address my concern. Rather than resolving my issue, I was simply sent in circles. I am not writing to complain about one missing packet of sauce. I am writing because this location has repeatedly failed to provide complete and accurate orders, and the current support process makes it unnecessarily difficult for customers to report legitimate issues. As a customer, I expect that the food I purchase will be prepared accurately and completely. I also expect that when mistakes occur, there is a functional process for reporting them and receiving assistance. Unfortunately, neither expectation has been met. I respectfully request that: This complaint be reviewed by Ambrosia QSR leadership rather than simply forwarded back to the local restaurant. The recurring order accuracy issues at Popeyes Store #11363 be investigated. The issue with the Popeyes support system preventing customers from reporting missing items listed on their receipts be corrected. Appropriate coaching, accountability, or operational improvements be implemented to improve order accuracy at this location. I receive a response outlining what actions Ambrosia QSR and Popeyes will take to address these concerns. I enjoy Popeyes and would like to continue being a customer. However, the repeated mistakes at this restaurant have reached the point where I no longer have confidence that I will receive the complete order I paid for. I sincerely hope this feedback is viewed as an opportunity to improve the customer experience rather than as a complaint about a single missing condiment. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from someone within Ambrosia QSR leadership or Popeyes Guest Care who has the authority to investigate these recurring issues and provide a meaningful resolution.

I didn't live close to a Firehouse Subs at my last address so I had never bothered signing up for an account (& all my friends + coworkers often ordered for me at work lol). Now that I'm down the street from a Firehouse Subs, I signed up for an account and ordered online for pickup at this location, which came with a discount for first-time customers ($10 off, if I recall correctly). Understandably, my order was not ready by the time that I arrived, since I placed the order 5 mins before arrival. I didn't mind the wait since the restaurant was fairly clean and I was able to use their public restroom. The employee working on my order was nice enough to inform me that they were working on it, so I wouldn't be left guessing where I am in the queue, since a couple customers entered after me, probably waiting for their takeout orders as well. It took some time until my order was ready (probably just another 10 or so minutes) but waiting isn't a problem for me, as long as my order is made correctly. I didn't eat my sub immediately after I arrived home but by the time I opened it up a few hours later, I was very pleased to find that the bread was not soggy, my order was accurate since all my customization preferences were followed, and everything tasted delicious!
