I didn't live close to a Firehouse Subs at my last address so I had never bothered signing up for an account (& all my friends + coworkers often ordered for me at work lol). Now that I'm down the street from a Firehouse Subs, I signed up for an account and ordered online for pickup at this location, which came with a discount for first-time customers ($10 off, if I recall correctly). Understandably, my order was not ready by the time that I arrived, since I placed the order 5 mins before arrival. I didn't mind the wait since the restaurant was fairly clean and I was able to use their public restroom. The employee working on my order was nice enough to inform me that they were working on it, so I wouldn't be left guessing where I am in the queue, since a couple customers entered after me, probably waiting for their takeout orders as well. It took some time until my order was ready (probably just another 10 or so minutes) but waiting isn't a problem for me, as long as my order is made correctly. I didn't eat my sub immediately after I arrived home but by the time I opened it up a few hours later, I was very pleased to find that the bread was not soggy, my order was accurate since all my customization preferences were followed, and everything tasted delicious! I will definitely be returning when I am craving a sub :)

The cashier that took my order and brought the food out to me. She was nice, friendly and talkative. The bag already had napkins in it so there's no need for me to grab a napkin.
