This was by far the worst Subway experience I've had. I ordered two footlongs online. When I picked them up, they felt surprisingly light, but I figured I was probably overthinking it. As soon as I got home and opened them, I knew I wasn't. Both sandwiches had almost no vegetables. There were maybe six strands of lettuce, a few pieces of onion, and barely any of the other toppings I ordered. They looked like they were made as cheaply as possible, not like a normal Subway sandwich. If I'd been there watching them make my order, I would've asked them to add more. But since it was an online order, I didn't find out until I got home. Paying full price for sandwiches that looked like someone was rationing the ingredients was really frustrating. There are plenty of other places to get a sandwich. I won't be ordering from this location again, and I definitely can't recommend it. read more

This Subway sets itself above all Subways on the island. The girls in here have nicknamed me Big Tuna, because I usually order double meat. Which makes it hard to fold the sandwich closed. They don't even laugh at me when I order all the sauces on one sandwich. Believe me, it's beautiful mess. Combining Buffalo sauce with ranch sauce and creamy sriracha and bbq sauce and sweet onion. While it's not a fancy sandwich shop, a good Subway location is all you need to get your fix for a quick and reasonably light lunch on the go. This is one of the best locations for Subway on island. To me, this is the best subway. I've never waited to be served longer than a minute. The efficiency of the staff here is complimented by the manager as they prepare your sandwich and get you down the road to your next appointment while filling your belly with clean and delicious ingredients. The parking lot is small but quite a bit of people still at sandwiches for lunch, the busiest hour. I ordered oven roasted chicken. But i would like it if they put more vegetables. I will not be returning to this Subway EVER and I have let my Facebook friends know how terrible my daughters sandwich was. My 6" spicy Italian was made by someone else and it was decent. Although, I did ask for extra onions and jalapeños and tasted only one jalapeño. My daughter's veggie sandwich on the other hand was the WORST I've ever seen. It literally had 3 olives, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers and about 6 pieces of spinach. I always watch them make my sandwich but this was my daughter's sandwich and I was paying the bill. I am not going back there again. I've been there maybe 4 times in the past month only due to convenience. I order the same thing, no matter which Subway location I go to, the Chopped Italian BMT salad. At this location, the salad is noticeably smaller from two other locations that I go to in the area. The base of lettuce is flat and the other two locations have a heaping amount of lettuce. They never ever ask you what you cheese you would like, 3 different people, all 3 never asked. I don't want peppers, I told the girl when I was asked about my veggies, "no peppers at all". She put 2 different peppers on in my salad. Told her again, that I wanted no peppers. She took them out but put in another pepper. I had to repeat myself 3 times and I knew she was getting upset. By then, I just wanted to get out of there. Anyway, went back to the office to eat my salad, I had a jalapeno pepper in my salad and I ate it without realizing it. I was sick for the rest of the afternoon. This is why I request, "no peppers". This girl needs to realize that some of us can't eat certain types of foods so that is way we have special request. Apparently, this girl had no clue which vegetables were "peppers". YIKES read more

Near my Workplace. Fast & convenient. I usually order sub of the day. Can't go wrong with $3.99 right!? Plus I really not in the mood to eat and figure have to feed my body something. So on these kind of days, subway is my go to place (a no brianer lol) most subway locations have the sub of the day menu posted but not at this location or at least it's not in plain sight.( I can't never remember what sub or day it is lol)Which is fine, since I assume the workers know what their specials are. Unfortunately they have a lot of immigrant workers which I'm sure English is their 2nd language. As usual I told the worker, can I get the sub of the day on Italian herbs and cheese, with provolone cheese toasted and moved down for the next person. Oh did I forget to mention it gets busy at lunch time... when she pulled it out of the toaster, it looked like ham with melted cheese, didn't think to much about it and proceeded to tell the next help my veggie selection. As I'm paying she tells me my totally is $9.95 mind u I just ordered sub of the day expecting it to be 3.99 plus a small drink. So $6 is what I normally pay. The owner tells me u ordered a club sandwich or something, first I thought it was ham but I'll admit I was wrong bc there were different meats inside then I tell her what I ordered and she says who helped u. Ahhhh the first girl at the counter. Needless to say, she charged me 3.99 plus my drink and kind of told the girl she will deduct it from her. Idk what that meant but i felt bad. My suggestion please double check your order before u get charged something u didn't order. I have been here once or twice before, but don't remember the quality being this bad. The restaurant is clean & the staff was so-so. However, the bread was either overcooked or too many days old, as it was very hard & stale. When it came to the toppings, they are kind of stingy. Told them I want lots of lettuce (got about half of what I normally get at other locations, without having to tell them "lots") & olives (I got about 6 pieces. Seriously?). And, what's up with the lack of selection of bread? Wanted 9 grain honey oat, but without saying "I'm sorry but we are out of that", all the worker says is "white or wheat." In the beginning one girl was to busy to help me but as soon as one girl came out from the back and started putting gloves on, the one girl was no longer busy and able to help the guy behind me........ The one who did help me couldn't understand basic English. I told her no twice about not wanting my sandwich toasted. She tried jumping straight to condiments instead of vegetables. My coworkers and I eat here about once a week, and have never been disappointed. I only read the reviews for this Subway out of boredom, and I've got to say that I'm surprised by the negative reviews. So much so, that I signed up with Yelp just to leave my own review of this place. The employees are quick, clean, and courteous. The food is always fresh, tasty, and made to order. The prices are right, and the place is spotless. There are plenty of other places to eat nearby, but this is my favorite. I've been here enough that I moved well past my obsession with the Club sandwich, and have tried over half the items on the menu. They've all been good, and now that I'm finished writing this, I'm going for a Rotisserie Chicken Caesar wrap. read more
