However, here's where the frustration set in: The Wait: I wasn't told it would take nearly 45 minutes for my order. The Math: I was standing right there in the shop, and for two simple turkey sandwiches, a 45-minute wait felt excessive--especially with what looked like a full house of staff working behind the counter. I'm a fan of their food, but this particular visit was a major test of patience. Since this happened during the throes of the pandemic, has anyone been back recently?
