I'm torn. When this place first opened was excited and happy at quality and service. Not sure if a result of growth and success but this last Sunday the quality of sub was way below what I am use to. It was over soaked in the oil and vinegar to a point the sandwich just completely broke apart on touch. So disappointed guys. Not what we expected from the average chain and I'm a loyal advocate for jersey mikes. Recommend shoring up your line to ensure quality each and every time or else business will suffer and I'm a transplanted jersey guy so by default I support you but not if your sandwiches are all oil and break like this. Also have a video of how this sub break on touch. To mgmt-- we went here Sunday afternoon.

First Time Here. The Customer Service Was Great & Very Accommodating. They We're Very Concerned Of Any Food Allergies Or Any Cross Contamination. The Sandwiches Are Very Big. With Tons Of Meat & Loads Of Flavors. They Have Plenty Of Different Variations Of Sandwiches For You To Choose From. The Prices Are Pretty High. I Guess You Get What You Pay For. Way Better Than Subways. I Am Thinking Of Bringing A Franchise To NYC Or Long Island. Stay Tuned.

Where can I begin... Its not the cleanliness, the attention to details or even the Sandwiches themselves. Its the Welcoming environment that they have created here. Aside from everyone saying hello as you walked in, as I waited on the line to place my order, I witnessed the Associates engage in conversation with the Customers as they prepared the order... You would think its a one off but when it was my turn, they engaged me as well! Made it a great experience. I was treated like I was a regular and because of this, I know I will be. Thanks to Paul and the rest of the Crew... Cant wait to see them again!

The big kahuna chicken was bomb! Try it you won't be disappointed! I added chipotle mayo to make it juicier.

Had the traditional cut pastrami sandwich as its a little fatty which gives the pastrami sandwich…read moremore flavor and it delivered on taste. Although both sandwiches were barely warm -- almost to the point where my husband was considering sending it back to the kitchen. He did not as he didn't want to wait for another sandwich to be brought out. The hand-cut French fries were very good. The coleslaw was okay -- certainly not the best I've had, but far from the worst. They also brought out two types of classic complimentary pickles for the table. Again, they were just okay -- I've definitely had better. One thing to note: the classic half sandwich & cup of soup combo comes with fries, but if you order just a classic sandwich, it does not come with fries, both priced at $17.99. My husband got the cup of lentil soup, which he enjoyed. I ordered the potato salad as a side dish, it was very vinegar-heavy and not really to my taste. I ended up bringing it home and doctoring it up, which made it much better. They had good deli mustard on the table, I asked for Russian dressing since I like that on my pastrami sandwich -- that was good. And of course, you've for to have a Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray or any one of the other Dr Brown flavors. All in all, we enjoyed our lunch. Between the food, the service, and the fact that the place is dated, I'd give it a 3 1/2 stars overall. Free on-site parking is a big parking lot as there are several other stores right in the plaza. I wanted to note that this Deli is dairy free. So no chocolate milk, but you can get a classic egg cream.

This isn't a fancy place--they close early, there are no white tablecloths, no wine list, and the décor leans toward gray veneer booths with red seats. But that's exactly the point. You come here for the food, not the frills. The pickles were outstanding--crisp, flavorful, and the kind you keep reaching for between bites. We both had pastrami on fresh, soft rye with great mustard, and it hit the spot completely. The fries were just right too--crispy overall with those smaller, extra-crunchy pieces mixed in. There's something really satisfying about a place like this. Simple, honest food done well. After a full day of work, it made for a relaxed and genuinely enjoyable date night. We'll definitely be back.

Decent, wildly overpriced, lacked any real character or distinctive flavor…read more Matzo ball soup: first couple of bites of the Matzo ball had a strong garlic flavor. Kind of unexpected, and not complex flavor at all. The soup didn't have any discernible flavor. Not bad, but certainly not great. Half sour pickles: again, kinda underflavored. Cut in slices rather than served whole (i think i got one whole pickle--pretty stingy). Cole slaw: this was actually quite good and the highlight of the meal. Egg cream: not enough seltzer while still being kinda meh flavorwise. Pastrami sandwich: the meat was somewhat dry and lacked that peppery pastrami flavor you expect from, what?, pastrami. The bread wasn't very fresh so I ended up not eating much of the bread. Small sandwich for $28 or $29. Potato knish: perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside. Again, though, not much flavor or seasoning. Overall, my meal cost $55 before tip and I'd get a better meal of all the same at any diner in New Jersey. Decent, but not worth coming back with so many better options out there.
