Came here for lunch. Service was relatively quick, my food was correct and hot. My only complaint was the girl taking my order was screaming into the mic and the speaker was so loud I almost went deaf and she couldn't hear me well either. If I could give a zero I would. I just went in there and used the restroom (it was grungy looking -but all I had to do was squat and pee). Since I used their restroom I was going to get a burger for me and one for the dog in the car. When I asked for a small cup of water - she clarified if I wanted spring water or tap. Well, I'm not going to piss anyone off and review the food. It's Wendy's and either you've eaten at one and know what your getting or you haven't and this review isn't going to change your mind. This particular franchise has just been renovated. If I plopped you down inside facing away from the counters so your couldn't read the menus, you would have no idea you were in a Wendy's. The place is clean and neat and very un-fast food like. Regular tables, different height counters, a faux high top, dividers to break up the dining room, etc. If you're a fast foodie, you can do a lot worse than this location. read more

My boyfriend and I had left from a late meeting. 15 minutes before closure. Gilbert was the one that attended us at the drive thru. He was so patient and welcoming in which we were being extra considerate of their time due to closing. Destiny was very inviting on giving us fresh fries. While, we waited for a new order we had placed after at the check out window. It was a lovely experience and we are looking forward on seeing Gilbert and Destiny again. I've only been to the drive-thru, but my experiences have been pretty consistent. First and foremost, the wait is always ridiculous. Holy moly, I always wait 20-40 minutes waiting! However, when my order is taken, the workers have always been pretty friendly. By the time you come to the window, I've always been greeted with a smile. But, Wendy's is Wendy's- food was not always served warm/hot. I even got a burger that was literally room temperature. Fries were flimsy and wet. Come on, now..... Clearly whoever owns this place doesn't care about this Establishment. Every time I swing by, there is some kind of problem but tonight takes the cake!! I just got off work and being that this is only place open at 2:00am. I drive out of my way to pick some food up and to my surprise there is nobody working the drive through, as I pull away I see two employees sitting by the drive through window doing absolutely NOTHING! I tried waving them down and even honking my horn (it is 1 full hour before closing) and they just looked around as if I wasn't right in front. Advice to employee: I guess your not happy with where you are in life at this point but you really don't have to treat people like that. Advice to costumers: storefront and Google thinks this establishment is open till 3:00am, it's not true, do your research first, hire a private investigator before to waste your time driving out here. read more

I've eaten at a lot of Wendys in the city so let me begin by saying that this Wendys is a very pleasant change if only because of it's nice suburban location. But that's not really why I like it. I guess my favorite part is that it's clean, safe and most of all very efficient. The food is always hot and is delivered without yelling and screaming back and forth and the line is moved relatively quickly. This is my normal choice for late night fast food if Hawthorne is closed. Always recommend the baconator, Dave's burger or the 4 for 4 if you are on a budget. The Hawthorne one is better as the drive through is slower here. I had times I pulled off the line if they are taking to long. The food is pretty much the same at eithier but the staff in hawthorne is friendlier. read more

This was a bad experience. The girl taking the ordered on the drive-threw was very impatient and obviously not listening time because part of my order was not in the bag. When I questioned it she gave attitude. Then when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager that was pulled foward wouldn't speak to me because he hadn't "clocked in", to me, if your a manager, it doesn't matter if you haven't clocked in yet, you handle the issue at hand and do the right thing.
