the Hot Pastrami Sandwich is amazing!! It comes with the best pickles ever!!

I highly recommend this place! There's a lot of parking. Service is welcoming. The food is amazing! I had a pastrami sandwich. The pickles were so good, too. It's fun to look around and see the deli.

I had not been here since I worked in white plains in the 1980's through the early 1990's I would go at least once a week back then and enjoyed my kosher food. Great pastrami, great corned beef and tongue. The home made knishes are great even though I prefer the square Gabriella knish which they also prepare to perfection. It was very nostalgic for me to come back and try it after all these years but I have to say things were identical and fantastic.

Service was sluggish and sparse The booths were cramped but well cushioned.' If your very generously sized you might not fit. The food was quintessential kosher deli but also some healthier fare like salads for me! All was average to better than average. Let's say we give it 3.5 they lost than 0.5 for poor service and cramped quarters.

    Pastrami on club

It was easy to order online. I got a pastrami on club, and there was a good amount of meat, but you can pay extra for a half pound more of meat, not sure what the standard amount is. The food was ready quicker than email said it would take. There was plenty of parking since it's in a strip mall. Even though kosher pastrami is an expensive sandwich, it is really filling and can easily be split into 2 meals and is just as good cold, but the hot fresh out of the bag pastrami is amazing.

Stopped in to grab a few hotdogs for lunch. i'm so glad I did! The hotdogs have a Great bite to them, with a little bit of Chrispness on the outside. I bought two, one for me and one for my friend. One with sauerkraut and mustard and one with just mustard. The Sauerkraut had a great sour tang to it with a nice spicy mustard. We love the hotdogs, they were very memorable. Always a good meal at Epstein's!

    Macaroni salad, beets, whitefish

There are many impressive things to order both from the menu and from the deli. I'll start with the deli sandwiches. The tongue sandwich was quite good. I was surprised how delicate the flavor was, and there was a deeper quality to the meat compared to other cuts. The deluxe sandwich which included cuts of roast beef Pastrami and corned beef was extremely tasty. In particular the Pastrami and corned beef really hit the spot. The turkey sandwich did not seem so special given that the other meats proved themselves to be much stronger. The cold Deli items were also quite tasty. Macaroni salad stood out, nicely textured with bits of carrot providing contrasting flavors. The white fish was really rich, some might consider it's too salty. I thought it was okay in that respect. The coleslaw tasted very fresh, as did the beets. The herring was perhaps much too pickled for my taste. Finally, the knishes are all really nice. The deli was able to warm them all up. The potato knishes, both the round and the square ones, had a lot of rich flavor, and texturally gives one a feel-good sensation. The buckwheat knishes had a distinctive flavor that I was not quite used to; however, I believe over time I could get used to it. Excellent overall!

Well me and the family stopped in at our old kosher dogs from many moons ago, so our reference for this local monument comes from super customer service great portions and a excellent dining experience. After returning back to this eatery we found that from the moment we were seated to our server we felt like we were a inconvenience and a nuisance. I must say the Dill and Kosher pickles were just as I remembered 35 years ago but the pastrami, corned beef tasted delicious but the portions left something to be desired are they Katz or Carnegie No but these small renditions of what I grew up on in Hartsdale was a big let down. But nonetheless we returned, we ate And we traveled back down 95 with our hearts only connected to the memories of what was in the 1980's and 1990's understanding it take a strong culture to maintain a standard that sticks with you through time!

Way too expensive. $20 for a basic pastrami sandwich and nothing else is absolute robbery.

The pastrami sandwich was the worst I've ever eaten--dry and flavorless. I will not go back.

Everything was also packed up and presented so nicely. My mom picked it up and she said that an employee helped and brought everything to her car. Whoa where did this place come from?…read more We ordered from here for delivery last night. I couldn't believe it. Israeli Mexican fusion? GTFO. What an ingenious combination. There are so many things here that sound incredible but I ultimately went for a falafel bowl. You can choose a base which, if memory serves, was a selection of grains or kale, I went with the latter. It was very good. They throw on a deliciously flavorful sauce. I could probably eat anything bathed in sauce. GF ordered the shakshuka and ate the entire thing. She also ordered yuka fries but literally did not give me the chance to try any one of them. I also ordered fries, they were the small kind which I adore. They were a touch soggy for my liking but I plan on throwing the leftovers in an air fryer tomorrow. We ordered chocolate rugelach and babka which I have not yet had a chance to sample. Great place. I look forward to ordering from here again.

They sell alcohol and have a small area with stools to dine in. There is a fireplace to warm up the restaurant. Stop in for great takeout or dine in!
