No receipt in the bag, I was left with no proof or anything of my food, and the lady had it in her hands behind the service window. I explained to her that we asked our friends to grab our fry, but they didn't allow that so we came back around through the drive-through to claim our small fry. The ladies then brought out her manager who is wearing a red shirt. Who has explained that this has happened multiple times today (This is not our fault) And claimed we ate small fry in this little amount of time we had to eat it. The two ladies were screaming at us, saying it was our fault when we had no receipt no evidence of what we bought. We had to buy another small fry previous from the one we didn't get. Additionally, there was workers in the front with McDonald's uniforms that are supposed to be preparing our food smoking WEED in the front of the building. Overall my experience was absolutely awful and the worst one yet as a high school student. The manager was a girl with black hair and she should be ashamed of her customer service. I ordered two chicken sandwiches at 1:01:58 pm, but I did not receive my order until 1:11pm; I stood waiting at the counter for nine solid minutes waiting for my order. During my wait, not a single employee told me about the delay. I was uninformed about why my order was taking so long. While waiting at the counter, I could see that one chicken sandwich had been prepared immediately upon placing my order, then it sat for nine minutes under a warmer while the staff waited to prepare my second sandwich. Consequently, when I received my order, one chicken sandwich was ridiculously hot while the other sandwich was hardly decently warmed. Given the delay while waiting for chicken to be cooked, both of my sandwiches should have been prepared fresh at the same time; it was fool-hearty to make the first sandwich before the chicken for the second sandwich was prepared. How did I know that my order was ready at 1:11pm? I asked the young man who handed my order to me to check the time on his register. When I told him that I had waited for nine minutes for my order his simple response was, "It takes seven minutes to cook the chicken." Not one of your employees was responsive to my needs. Not one of your employees was thoughtful. Not a single person was good at communicating with me. This entire visit was bad.
