Went through the drive through and was yelled at to come inside after the lady was speaking too quietly to hear. All fair as i didn't know to come inside. also only had three orders on screen and was having cars pulling up to park. Place is sticky and dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was opened for the day, drink machine with sticky coke all over it, empty straw wrappers around it as well. This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. First of all, they didn't even give us all of our food, and when we asked about it, it seemed like they don't even stock half the items on their menu. What kind of KFC runs out of its own food? The food we did get was extremely greasy, soggy, and wet--not crispy at all, just dripping oil. It was honestly disgusting and barely edible. Everything tasted old and poorly prepared. To make it even worse, I ended up with explosive diarrhea afterward, which says a lot about the quality and safety of the food. This place is clearly not being run properly. If you remember the location on Oneida, this one is headed in the same direction. 16 minutes. SIXTEEN. I placed my order on the app so I knew it was going to be right. Two sandwiches, one Korean bbq and one garlic ranch. Two sides of Mac and cheese, and a 10 piece of nuggets. Easy, right? I tested one of the nuggets in the parking spot they directed me to, and damn near broke my teeth. I checked both sandwiches, and one was not the way I ordered it. Tested the Mac and cheese, cold as if it was sitting there waiting for the bag. I came back around the drive thru and remarked that I have my whole bag of food, and I stated the issues. They stated, "we don't give refunds". I then asked, "you don't give refunds for inedible food?" Then the person closed the window and walked away. I attempted to go inside and I was met with, "we're not open inside, you have your food, so you're all set". I understand that this is not the best neighborhood in the Green Bay Area, but the service was subpar. The wait times are long and the lobby is very dirty. The only person that accommodated me was the manger who gave us free drinks after waiting 30 minutes for our order. We ordered our food through the drive thru when we got to the window nobody even came to the window to ac knowledge we were there for 10 minutes. employees don't give receipts when they're supposed to, they treat you and not give you food that you paid for . They're rude and filthy. Kentucky Fried Green Bay has gone downhill to the gutter. We placed an online order, and were given a pick-up time of 2:35. We arrived on time and went through drive-thru. The gentleman (personal and professional but appeared overtasked) said to drive around and wait by the main doors. Our order was being brought out at 2:55 and I approached the doors to give the female employee assistance, and she rudely told me to drive visit drive-thru. I explained that I had done so, and was directed to wait by the doors, and was only trying to help. She was rude and unprofessional. She said she didn't care. downloaded KFC APP while the the KFC parking lot, placed my order and paid with my credit card and waited until i got email/message that my order was ready for pickup. This must be a popular item because I had my food and was on my way home within 5 minutes after ordering. All the food was as I remember it as a kid. I parked next to another car who was also waiting. After 50 minutes, I and the lady in the car next to me walked inside to find out what's up.
