Can you ever go wrong at KFC? I mean... not gourmet, but greatest flavor and rarely ever dry.

Ordered on the app at 435PM. I know this place is very poorly run and I fully know you're spinning the roulette wheel on your order. It's customer beware. So I wait for 35 minutes before i head over. I get there are 520 and there are PEOPLE WAITING again. All with that oh so familiar look. Will I ever get my food? I shout out, because nobody comes to the register, again not surprising, I've been here before, online order for (name). Told, we are packaging it up. Wait some more and some more and some more. It's never coming up. Guy comes in to order at counter and asks how it's running tonight, I respond, typical and he laughs. He spends 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to counter. We are having a convo about how lousy this place is run, he suggests kiddingly i hope, but unfortunately it may be a front for money laundering because it's run so poorly. Uber driver asks, I'm just waiting on Mac and Cheese, it's been 20 minutes. Is told it's coming, We have to boil the water. True story. Each time an order comes up, it's like a game show where all the people are wondering if it's their order. When someone gets their order, people applaud sarcastically. I finally get my order, get in car, it's 6:01PM 86 minutes from the time I ordered. Seriously, this is so poorly run and has been for so long, it may be a front. Not the first time I've had this experience. Hours are inconsistent but the service is consistent, always bad. I looked it up, owned by a group in Texas. They don't give a shit either. Sometimes you're craving the Colonel, so you roll the dice with this place. And it's always snake eyes. There's a million more stories about this place, read the other reviews. If I could give negative stars I would. Every single time we try to eat here there is always a problem. We either have a 45 minute wait, or they don't have the food. Last time we went they were out of gravy. This past week the did not have white meat. How does a place that only sells chicken, NOT HAVE CHICKEN. Went through the drive through and was yelled at to come inside after the lady was speaking too quietly to hear. All fair as i didn't know to come inside. also only had three orders on screen and was having cars pulling up to park. Place is sticky and dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was opened for the day, drink machine with sticky coke all over it, empty straw wrappers around it as well. This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. First of all, they didn't even give us all of our food, and when we asked about it, it seemed like they don't even stock half the items on their menu. What kind of KFC runs out of its own food? The food we did get was extremely greasy, soggy, and wet--not crispy at all, just dripping oil. It was honestly disgusting and barely edible. Everything tasted old and poorly prepared. Big sign on the drive through window: "WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS". This should have been my first suggestion I was going to have a horrid experience. If you remember the location on Oneida, this one is headed in the same direction. 16 minutes. SIXTEEN. I placed my order on the app so I knew it was going to be right. Two sandwiches, one Korean bbq and one garlic ranch. Two sides of Mac and cheese, and a 10 piece of nuggets. Easy, right? What I got: Two Korean Bbq sandwiches, Two cold sides of Mac and cheese, And a ten piece of inedible nuggets. I tested one of the nuggets in the parking spot they directed me to, and damn near broke my teeth. I checked both sandwiches, and one was not the way I ordered it. They stated, "we don't give refunds". I then asked, "you don't give refunds for inedible food?" Then the person closed the window and walked away. I understand that this is not the best neighborhood in the Green Bay Area, but the service was subpar. The wait times are long and the lobby is very dirty. The only person that accommodated me was the manger who gave us free drinks after waiting 30 minutes for our order. We ordered our food through the drive thru when we got to the window nobody even came to the window to ac knowledge we were there for 10 minutes. Once the male employee came to the window to collect our money i told him we had already been waiting 10 minutes and that was not acceptable. He said oh I'm sorry I was in the bathroom. The gentleman (personal and professional but appeared overtasked) said to drive around and wait by the main doors. Kfc needed to change employees at this establishment. They pretend that they are but no matter what time you try to calling or showing up, nobody will be there, there will always be a block in the drive thru lane, and the doors will always always be locked. They even put on their sign "we're open until 8", but that is a complete lie.
