Did Uber delivery and took almost 60 minutes for 3 miles! Chicken was ice cold! Not a nice experience!

Can I give zero stars? Probably the worst customer service I have ever had. From the "new employee" to the manager. I truly understand that everyone starts somewhere, I have managed fast food restaurant, was a GM of pizza joint. But this was ridiculous. She couldn't take a kids meal order, she didn't want to speak. she has headphones on DURING PEAK TIME.. 5:15pm ON A SATURDAY. It was my nieces and sister first time at Popeyes. I was monumentally disappointed in the bbq chicken wings from Popeyes. They barely had any sauce on them. I think it was not the sauce ordered. They handed me the wrong drink through the drive-thru window and were off put when I pointed it out and asked for the correct drink, which was sitting in plain sight. I ordered lemonade, and they handed me a soda. I will not go back to this location and may not go to Popeyes at any location for a while. read more

Bad experience all around. They forgot we were waiting in our car for our carry out. Ordered a 12 piece family meal. The only good thing in the whole bag were the biscuits; but they forgot the honey. Rice and beans were only so-so. Chicken was awful. Mostly bone, skin and a ton of deep fried batter. Very expensive for us, cheap for them. I've been trying this place on Mason st Green bay since it opened and I gotta say..drive thru sucks. I've been there a handful of times mostly for the spicy chicken sandwich, once for spicy boneless. Once I received a spicy chicken sandwich with no breading or sauce. Another time a spicy chicken sandwich without any sauce. Recently I went for boneless spicy wings...got bone in. And now today I saw they had a new ghost pepper chicken sandwich...got what seems like the regular spicy...no heat whatsoever. Service was fast...maybe too fast. As much as I love Popeyes, I don't eat it here in Green Bay because this is the only location and it has the worst service. The employees are always rude and our order is never correct. One star for the tasty food. The employees can NEVER get orders correctly. I've ordered for myself and also for my business. It's either they missed sides, missed an entre, or gave the wrong order entirely. We like the food so we have given them multiple chances but not once have they given us the correct order. It's not that hard to double check an order to make sure everything in the receipt is in the bag(s). GM - properly train your employees in attention to details and to have a better attitude when customers call to notify of incorrect orders. read more

Stopped in for a Sunday dinner and got the spicy chicken strips dinner with mashed potato and beans with rice. I ordered online. When I got there the food was not ready. They were out of honey too oddly, they are always out of honey. Once we got there and told them that we were there, they got the food ready. Drive-thru employee was super slow working and hard of hearing. He couldn't get my order and made me wait to hear back from him through the intercom. It was NOT busy. He made me give my order again at the window. He had low-key attitude. When we got home, I realized that I was short a piece of chicken. My husband and I stopped at 1:00pm. Hours for dine-in were listed on the door as 10:30am. When we arrived the doors were locked. However, the drive thru was open. workers were extremely nice but when I order 40$ worth of food and they won't take a 50 so I used my card. was very specific on how many of each item I wanted. never gave me a receipt so I have no idea if I was being charged for the right amount. My experience with the east side Popeye's location has not been stellar. I have attempted to eat there 3 times. First time I tried to go through the drive through, with only 2 cars in front of me and after 25 minutes, I drove away. The second time I went through the drive through, ordered a chicken sandwich, and they stated they were sold out for the evening (It was 5:00 pm). The third time, I went in to order. They got my order wrong (forgot the biscuits and wrong side). As I was ordering at the counter, the employee had his cell phone on the counter and was checking his social media notifications the whole time. No wonder he got my order wrong???? I stayed inside to eat, and while there, 3 other people who had gone through the drive thru came back in stating their order was wrong. Food was mediocre at best. I won't be back. read more

First of all- I love Popeyes, but this restaurant at this location must be poorly managed. The last two times I have visited, the chicken was overcooked. I have had problems with them running out if sides or other menu items. Today their only side was french fries- and you had to pay in cash. Sometimes they forget stuff as mentioned in prior reviews. Very rudely the staff member told me they didn't take walk in orders after a certain time but yet I saw someone order at the counter moments before I walked in....so be careful you don't make the same mistake I did. I was on lunch break for work so they wasted my entire break by not having some sort of sign that tells people about that certain "rule". My wife ordered from Popeyes for lunch this afternoon around 2pm on 10/20/2021. The order was going to be delivered by Gerry from Door Dash. The order arrived on a timely fashion. Gerry was polite and he should get a 5 star rating. When my wife wife went through the order we were missing a Chicken Sandwich. She called Popeyes to explain what happened and the lady from Popeyes hung up on her. She called back and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, so she hung up and called again. This time she talked to the girl that answered, explained what happened again, the girl asked if we could come and pick it up. My wife explained, no we couldn't, thats why we had it delivered. She said we don't have a driver, that's why we don't deliver. My wife told her that it was delivered. The girl answering phones at Popeyes was rude. My wife had her on speaker so I heard everything that was said. I'm on disability, before that I worked in a paper mill in town, if I would of talked to a customer or even my boss on the phone the way she talked to my wife I'd be looking for a new job, she should be fired. I don't really think Popeyes wants their employee's talking to customers the way she did. Also it wasn't door dash that packed the order, it was an employee from Popeyes that packed the order. If you can't count to 3, there's something wrong and your in the wrong business. This is why the 1star rating, they also lost 3 customers today.
