I was monumentally disappointed in the bbq chicken wings from Popeyes. They barely had any sauce on them. I think it was not the sauce ordered. They handed me the wrong drink through the drive-thru window and were off put when I pointed it out and asked for the correct drink, which was sitting in plain sight. Bad experience all around. They forgot we were waiting in our car for our carry out. Ordered a 12 piece family meal. The only good thing in the whole bag were the biscuits; but they forgot the honey. I've been trying this place on Mason st Green bay since it opened and I gotta say..drive thru sucks. I've been there a handful of times mostly for the spicy chicken sandwich, once for spicy boneless. Once I received a spicy chicken sandwich with no breading or sauce. Another time a spicy chicken sandwich without any sauce. Recently I went for boneless spicy wings...got bone in. And now today I saw they had a new ghost pepper chicken sandwich...got what seems like the regular spicy...no heat whatsoever. Service was fast...maybe too fast. One star for the tasty food. The employees can NEVER get orders correctly. I've ordered for myself and also for my business. It's either they missed sides, missed an entre, or gave the wrong order entirely. We like the food so we have given them multiple chances but not once have they given us the correct order. It's not that hard to double check an order to make sure everything in the receipt is in the bag(s). workers were extremely nice but when I order 40$ worth of food and they won't take a 50 so I used my card. was very specific on how many of each item I wanted. never gave me a receipt so I have no idea if I was being charged for the right amount. My experience with the east side Popeye's location has not been stellar. I have attempted to eat there 3 times. First time I tried to go through the drive through, with only 2 cars in front of me and after 25 minutes, I drove away. The second time I went through the drive through, ordered a chicken sandwich, and they stated they were sold out for the evening (It was 5:00 pm). The third time, I went in to order. They got my order wrong (forgot the biscuits and wrong side). As I was ordering at the counter, the employee had his cell phone on the counter and was checking his social media notifications the whole time. No wonder he got my order wrong???? First of all- I love Popeyes, but this restaurant at this location must be poorly managed. The last two times I have visited, the chicken was overcooked. I have had problems with them running out if sides or other menu items. Today their only side was french fries- and you had to pay in cash. Sometimes they forget stuff as mentioned in prior reviews. My wife ordered from Popeyes for lunch this afternoon around 2pm on 10/20/2021. The order was going to be delivered by Gerry from Door Dash. The order arrived on a timely fashion. Gerry was polite and he should get a 5 star rating. When my wife wife went through the order we were missing a Chicken Sandwich. She called Popeyes to explain what happened and the lady from Popeyes hung up on her. She called back and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, so she hung up and called again. This time she talked to the girl that answered, explained what happened again, the girl asked if we could come and pick it up. My wife explained, no we couldn't, thats why we had it delivered. She said we don't have a driver, that's why we don't deliver. My wife told her that it was delivered. The girl answering phones at Popeyes was rude. My wife had her on speaker so I heard everything that was said. I'm on disability, before that I worked in a paper mill in town, if I would of talked to a customer or even my boss on the phone the way she talked to my wife I'd be looking for a new job, she should be fired. I don't really think Popeyes wants their employee's talking to customers the way she did. Also it wasn't door dash that packed the order, it was an employee from Popeyes that packed the order. If you can't count to 3, there's something wrong and your in the wrong business. This is why the 1star rating, they also lost 3 customers today.
