The lady at the drive-thru on 12/29/25 at 9pm was utterly rude and disrespectful. I've been to McDonalds many times and i've never had anyone fail to tell me my order total, throw my change on the ground, and refuse to say thank you; or say anything at all. No apology, no thank you, nothing. Terrible service for just a sandwich, fries, and nuggets. One of them costs $20, and that's the one that's missing; all I received was a single $10 hamburger, two drinks, and two orders of fries. The worst service, aggressive workers do not respect the restaurant's hours and insult the customers, they attacked my daughter because we were eating inside, the workers raised their voices at us asking us to leave the restaurant, they turned off the lights and spoke badly, the schedule said they close at 10 p.m. and we ate at 9:15 p.m. It is not advisable to eat a hamburger with the family, it is very sad that the workers do not respect the service hours, the worst thing of all is that they attacked my 17-year-old daughter. read more

I have written and complained a month ago b/c of the wait time for someone to contact me after I left a negative review. No one ever contacted me. Here I am again 11/15/2019, Six at the drive thru line. Got food at 4:08pm. That is not fast food. Thankfully I did not have to pull over to the side like 3 other cars ahead of me. I asked for extra ketchup, extra pickles, reg onion, and no mustard. I don't get the training at McDonald's? If u just ask for no mustard you get maybe 1 or 2 pickles at most and a drop of ketchup. If u ask for extra pickles: instead of getting 4-5 pickles & get a little pickles in each bite and ketchup, they threw a handful on top, drowned the qrtr pounder in ketchup and threw another pile of onion on it(I didn't ask for extra onion or a pile of it on a leather burger). Also noted, I know for a fact these patties were cooked b4 I got there and sat under a heat lamp. Both patties were dry and looked burnt and were cold and hard as a rock. Like eating leather. This is the second time I have gone to this place and will never go and waste any money here again. There is no consistency. And when u complain, nothing is done or changes and if u complain online and do a survey, you will not get contacted by management. Hey: 9 bucks is 9 bucks. 3 stars are for the Fries. This chicken sandwich is abysmal. The $1 chicken on value meal is way better. That says alot right there. Go to Chill fil a, popeyes or kfc. Trust me. The outside is soggy and has no flavor. I'll patron the competition for my chicken sandwich fixin. And what is up with the sandwich bag graphics? They never leave the sauce I ask for in the bag. How hard it is to read a screen? And theybwant more pay?

The most important thing to notice is that it's a McDonald's so you shouldn't expect much. But what you should expect is a business that advertises as 24/7 is Not actually 24/7. I live two blocks away from this McDonald's location and without a doubt I'll come here often between the hours of midnight and 5 AM. It's a sad fact that most often I have to go all the way over to military Street because this location is closed because their drive-through isn't accepting orders. Because they put out hazard cones stopping people from going to the drive-through. That's totally fine but if you're going to advertise 24 hours have your drive-through open 24 hours. This McDonalds was mediocre at best. Cold fries, rude window attendant that sighed heavily when we asked for a carrier for our four drinks. The burgers were of okay quality I ordered a number two and at least they gave us ketchup for the fries this time. If I could do 2.5 stars I would. I was so pissed... me and my nephew and his girl went thru there and i order a quarter pounder with cheese meal (large) my nephew ordered double cheese burger meal (medium) and his girlfriend order 20 piece chicken nugget with two sweet and sour sauce and two bbq sauce and it was cool payin the guy was awesome then i pull up to the second window to get my food and he gives me my drinks one (large) one (medium) then he hands me the bag and i asked if it was all in there and he said "yea" and i said "are you sure?" Came here for mostly fries and a cheeseburger happy meal. Couldn't get the fries changed to a large size in the meal so got an extra large fry bc I really wanted fries. Both the large fries and the meal fries honestly sucked. Not warm or crispy or squishy. Not to mention they taste like NOTHING. Most are so hard that when I try to squish them they don't budge at all........ Why would you serve fries that are so old that even the employees wouldn't want to eat them. NASTY.
