As someone who's been hitting Bambu locations across the Chicago area for years, I know my chè. So when my family was wrapping up dinner and craving something sweet, finding a Bambu still open in Green Bay felt good. I went straight for the Mango Halo Halo -- and it was identical to what I get back home. Same flavors, same quality, same love in every layer. That consistency across locations is genuinely impressive and tells you everything about how seriously Bambu takes their craft. What stood out: Mango Halo Halo -- spot-on, no corners cut Service -- warm, friendly, and efficient even late in the evening Pricing -- matches Chicago locations, so no sticker shock This is a small, locally owned business bringing authentic Vietnamese dessert drinks to a city that deserves it. If you're a chè lover or just dessert-curious, don't walk -- run. I'll absolutely be back every time I'm in Green Bay. read more

Best in town...hands down. Yes I have tried the others in town. They aren't close in taste. Bambu better. They aren't close in value (boba/fruit/jellies/ingredient ratio). Bambu better. Cleanliness and pride in business visuals. Bambu better. Korean corndogs best I have had in town. Ownership always on site, courteous, prompt, and willing to talk to you..not a "here's your drink (stuff) now go"...attitude most owners have around here. Most importantly...if you've been a fan boba and during your travels tried different shops you'll know exactly what I mean......NO boba blowout 2hrs later!!! Which means strengthens the quality/cleanliness factor. That alone is worth it. Give it a shot. You be happy you did. read more

Wanted some thing from California and this is it. Wisconsin was missing out, not having this store around until now. Really excited to try this place out. Turns out the owners are Hmong! It did not taste exactly like the Bambu in California, but it will have to do. it's pretty darn close. I green cendol felt a bit different. Still good tho. We also try a couple of other macaroons and of course that was good read more

Love this place! It's refreshing to see this in Green Bay esp with the wide variety of drinks options they have. You can customize the sweetness level of the drinks along with taking away or adding toppings to your drink choices!! Currently, they only offer almond and coconut milk substitute but all the drinks are delish regardless!! read more

Was looking for a smoothie place open around 6pm and stumbled across Bambu and so glad I did! Cute little shop with amazing Asian desserts and beverages. I'm Filipino and I was shocked that they had ube and halo halo. Just became my new favorite spot for dessert and quick beverages. Workers were super nice and pleasant. They were helping the lady behind us figure out what she wanted for a good minute and I saw how helpful the workers were! read more
