The bowl was delicious, I worked at a restaurant similar to this in Madison WI, and this was a bowl recipe that I hadn't seen before. It was still super cold when it made it to me! The pictures on their menu are very accurate to what I got. One note is if you're located further away from the restaurant to request that the toppings be put on the side as they get soggy. The price point is a little high for my liking but on par with the place I used to work. I'll definitely be stopping here again as a treat!

It wasn't possible to get help or Exchange for anything because there is only one person doing orders and therefore a long line. So we left. I looked up and found that Matcha can be fishy when it is low quality or if it has oxidized. I sent an email to the Exchange that day and gave them the whole week to reply. Crickets! Nothing. Guess they don't care.
