I liked the service with the two employees serving being really kind. Not too much besides that to comment on for the service. The ambiance on how it felt was well, nice music but an overall quiet place. There was an issue with the cleanliness though. When we were inside the place, there was food on the floor and lots of crumbs still on a lot of the tables and eating areas. Also, there were ant(s) inside of the towel-thingy we got. Overall, would've been a 5 if it was cleaner.

Proof of purchase and order number was shown, they tried to make him pay for it a second time. Then they gave him three different numbers to call all of which didn't work and refusing to make our order. After 25 minutes of being humiliated and laughed at my husband left. I contacted the store manager at the location in which she was rude and said " I already told your husband what he needed to do" . She informed me there was nothing they could do in store and would not be making an order unless we paid again. She continued to yell at me and hung up. After I spoke with her I called the Ashwaubenon location only to be told " this happens all the time, sometimes our receipts don't print in the store and you have to pay again, you won't actually be charged". He was rude as well and come to find out they are husband and wife and the owner is the uncle. Two days later my bank account was charged the $51 and the are not answering the phone when I call. We had a pepperoni pizza with hand tossed crust, and a mac and cheese pizza with a thin crust! Both were fantastic. We also had the balsamic chicken and arugula flatbread; another winner!
