The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. My husband placed an order for our family on the app, went to the store to pick it up and they claim the ticket never printed in store. Proof of purchase and order number was shown, they tried to make him pay for it a second time. Then they gave him three different numbers to call all of which didn't work and refusing to make our order. After 25 minutes of being humiliated and laughed at my husband left. I contacted the store manager at the location in which she was rude and said " I already told your husband what he needed to do" . She informed me there was nothing they could do in store and would not be making an order unless we paid again. She continued to yell at me and hung up. After I spoke with her I called the Ashwaubenon location only to be told " this happens all the time, sometimes our receipts don't print in the store and you have to pay again, you won't actually be charged". He was rude as well and come to find out they are husband and wife and the owner is the uncle. Two days later my bank account was charged the $51 and the are not answering the phone when I call. If you contact the corporate number they are " currently not taking calls at this time". Our only communication is via email. Avoid these idiots at all cost! read more

Very friendly staff. The subs were very tasty and my kids loved the Mac n cheese and meatballs.

I've been going to this Firehouse subs since they opened and I've had nothing but excellent service! The staff is all very friendly and the food is always very good, I highly recommend them. Especially the brownies!! YUM! read more

Got the meatball sub, beef and cheddar, potato soup, and mac & cheese. The food was good but not spectacular. The best I think was the beef and cheddar. I would rather have this than one from Arby's. The pizza meatball sub was good but the meatballs aren't spectacular. The soup I would not get again. The Mac and cheese was good. For $24 for two people though, it was okay. There does seem to be a lot of staff standing around. When I walked in they are chatting. When making food I noticed a focus on the TV or with one another vs getting the food out. It wasn't terrible but based on the trend (read other comments), I don't think it was a one off. read more

The absolute worst! I have been ordering Firehouse subs on Christmas Eve for years. I placed an order two days before Christmas Eve. I initially called the Oneida Street location; the lady who answered said in the bitchiest voice: "we're not taking any more orders". When I called the Howard location, the guy who took my order seemed nice enough and told me they were still taking orders for Christmas Eve. I place my order, confirmed the date and time and was happy to know I would have two party platters for my Christmas Eve party. Fast forward to Christmas Eve. My husband arrives around 3:15. I was told they were open until four. He calls me frantically to let me know they are closed and didn't look like they were open at all that day. Keep in mind I had tried calling that location several times earlier in the day to confirm my order. There was never an answer and no voicemail. We had to scramble to pull something off. I called fire house today and was given Jeru's (the manager) phone number. I call him and he's rude telling me that they waited until after four, and that we never picked it up. Of course we know this isn't true. Then he said "well I was told they would be open until four". He then impatiently asked me what I wanted him to do about it and made it a point to let me know he was in the hospital. I told him I would call back in a few days when he's feeling better. He hung up on me. Moral of the story....this place sucks, try Jersey Mike's instead. read more

I was in this store the other day for my lunch break. Ordered a Club on a Sub meal large sized on the same order as my co-worker who was with me. Received my sandwich, for it to be the wrong size. I took it back asking for them to make what I had asked for. They said sure, give us a minute and we'll make you the right size sandwich. 10 Minutes go by, my sandwich isn't being made and there's a line of sandwiches for other customers who have come in after me. Meanwhile the general manager is in the back room, visible, but not helping her staff who is drowning in orders. But she's having fun playing on her phone. I ask the tall kid making sandwiches where my sandwich was, now that its been 15 minutes... He asked me blankly.. "I thought you got it already?" and just walks away. The other guy behind the counter walks near me and says he'll get me a free sandwich card and he'll make sure my sandwich gets to me. I say okay. By this time, I've waited for a replacement sandwich for 25 minutes. I have a 30 minute lunch break. The manager comes out and I told her I it was ridiculous and I want a refund. As she's walking to the register, she pushes my nearly "finally" finished sandwich into the trash can. Walks to the register, hands me cash for my refund, and says "have a nice day". I apologize to the mother and small child who heard me go off on the manager. But this place has a serious problem, starting at the top. Arguably the WORST experience I have EVER had in any food establishment EVER. Called corporate to file complaint. Was told the store's owner would give me a call. 2 days later.... Radio Silence. And my google review was mysteriously deleted. read more

Yum! I have only had their subs once before at the location by the mall and they are tasty but I hate the traffic over there so that kept me from ever going. This new location in Suamico is much easier to get to and lots of parking. The decor inside is great and they have a Coke Freestyle machine which is cool. The bread is fantastic and there is a pile of meat on the sub. They also have 3 different sizes which is nice. The only downfall is that the wait time is long. Next time I'll order on their app. The app is also great because you can earn points to get free subs! read more

Always great subs, one of the best in my opinion...however if you find that you received someone else's order after driving 20 miles, don't bother with the manager. Will not refund to your CC, firehouse policy, nope...called them. Apparently not. Local maybe. CC refunds are not offered but if you are into rude attitude filled discussion, those are readily available. I'd give a lower rating, but the manager is bit sensitive, my comments fueled the fire....hangry moment. Firehouse is off my list..just confirm your order before leaving, you'll be fine. They get them wrong often at this location. read more

I ended up being banned from this location because they made up a story about how I hd harrassed someone in the parking lot and when I asked what they were talking about the OWNER started screaming at me. Terrible customer service. There were 3 workers and only one was actually working. Therefore way too long of a wait for a sandwich shop.

Sadly I'd give this place 0 stars if that were an option! Went there to order the staff behind the counter started laughing outrageously loud as soon as they started making my 4 sandwiches. I guess I found out why when I returned home 3 of them were made wrong with ingredients that don't even come on the sandwich! 2 were made with only minuscule amounts of veggies I'm guessing that's why the laughing all started ha ha I won't be coming back! read more

Over years, I have eaten so many subs from all the varying sub-shops that I have no problem holding my breath under water. So, with informed tastebuds, I give you my review that can be taken as gospel: Firehouse Subs are D E L I C I O U S! Fresh and hot, right off the grilling line, every bite is absolutely MARVELOUS. I give you a suggestion you should use and you will thank me for ... WRAP A NAPKIN or two around the bottom half of the sub before taking your first bite. Why? To avoid having any drop/s of JUICY-ness from the sandwich drip onto your blouse, shirt, sweater etc. It's just one of those things with a sub this full of moist ingredients, even if you're being careful not to spill. Your only regret occurs after you realize how fast you ate your sub.. wishing you'd have had or had taken more time to relish each and every bite, although that leaves you anxious to return to the Firehouse with a burning hunger. -----Also, it's a great feeling and makes easy SENSE to up your bill to the next dollar for CHARITY ... for any customer to take part for CENTS really ADDS UP! read more
