He then grabbed a replacement but tossed it down on the counter and treated me rudely throughout the interaction. No apology, no discussion, just displaying disgust with his own life when all I simply wanted was the correct item I had originally asked for. Was it your family that didn't get to eat their pre-planned meal for a birthday party? No, but damn, you'd have thought it personally affected him. Also, when I ordered on Saturday, it's not like I physically went behind the counter and grabbed the wrong item. This was employee error and entirely an error on their end. I am the person that was inconvenienced by this. Mistakes happen, but attitude and customer service matter.
