Wasn't fall off the bone but decent tenderness. Flavor wise good pairing with their sauces but not really worth the price. Wings (nashville): 8.1/10 -- probably best thing they have, texture & size are great. Got some spicy garlic sauce on side, that flavor is probably the best. The nashville rub is also good but could have more flavor. Mac & Cheese: 7.6/10 -- creamy & solid but nothing out of ordinary for Wisco. Good mac. Coleslaw: 7.8/10 -- Good creamy texture, pretty good slaw, on the sweeter side. Sauces: 8.2/10 -- I really liked their sauces actually, spicy garlic, mustard & pjs were my favorite, made the whole experience a lot better. Their cayenne ranch is great too. Cornbread: 7.5/10 -- solid taste but a little too crumbly. One dino rib, 2 sides, 6 wings and armadillo eggs ran me $60. Even in most major cities I've gotten far better bang for my buck on BBQ.
